Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the prevalence, risk factors and clinical meanings of geriatric foot problems and to suggest implications for the future. Methods: One hundred eighty nine elderly aged 60 and over from institution as well as community were investigated for their foot conditions by means of a questionnaire including general characteristics, self care capacity, risk factors, foot problem checklist, X-ray, podoscopy and foot scan. Descriptive statistics and $\chi^2$-test was performed as appropriate utilizing SPSS version 14. Less than .05 of p-value was adopted as statistical significance level. Results: All subjects had at least one kind of foot problem and the most prevalent ones were nail problems, foot deformities in order. Prevalence of foot pain and edema was relatively low. Conclusion: Foot problem in elderly is prevalent and geriatric foot is expected to emerge as one of the most important problems in the geriatric field. Therefore strategies to deal with geriatric foot should be developed and practiced for better quality of life in later life.

Method: The data were collected by 68 subjects, using the self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pearson correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of job stress was $3.19({\pm}.60)$, health perception scale was $3.04({\pm}.49)$ and health promoting life style profile was $2.49({\pm}.30)$. The relationship among job stress, health perception and health promoting life style were not statistically significant. The relationships between age, overloading job, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between religion and problem of interpersonal relationship was statistically significant. The relationships between single of marital status, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between career and stress management was statistically significant. The participants were 189 children in 4 to 6 grades and their teachers from one elementary school in Seoul. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: (1) There were statistically significant gender differences in the children's behavior problems, emotional regulation and social support. (2) Children's negative emotion explained boys and girls acting out problems and learning problems. Children's positive emotion regulation explained boys' and girls' shy-anxious and learning problems. Boys, who perceived less support from parents, displayed more acting out behavior, boys who perceived less supports from friends showed more shy-anxious behavior, and boys who perceived less supports from teachers exhibited more learning problems.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a linkage between mobile bathing services and service learning, and a method to activate mobile bathing services. Method: As a descriptive research, it selected evaluation factors from the aspects of structure, process, and result and analyzed 25-month activities. The data analysis was done with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and contents analysis. Result: The mobile bathing services were performed for 67 days during the evaluation period and it was 88.2% of the number of expected activity days. The volunteers participated in the activities were 293 and they provided the service for 124 people. The expense per service provision was 97,771 won. Both recipients and volunteers were highly satisfied with this service. Also, the broadcasting on the activities and awards enhanced volunteers' pride. Conclusion: The mobile bathing services linked with the service program as a part of major course. In particular, the service strengthens problem-solving abilities of nursing students, so it is necessary to develop the mobile bathing services into the service program in pursuit of learning by action.

Availability, awareness and use of electronic resources provide access to authoritative, reliable, accurate and timely access to information. The use of electronic information resources (EIRs) can enable innovation in teaching and increase timeliness in research of postgraduate students which will eventual result into encouragement of the expected research-led enquiry in this digital age. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. Samples of 300 of postgraduate students within seven out 13 Faculties were randomly selected. Data were collected using questionnaire designed to elicit response from respondents and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics methods percentages, mean, and standard deviation. Results indicated that internet was ranked most available and used in the university. Low level of usage of electronic resources, in particular, full texts data bases is linked to a number of constraints: Interrupted power supply was ranked highest among other factors as speed and capacity of computers, retrieval of records with high recall and low precision, retrieving records relevant to information need, lack of knowledge of search techniques to retrieve information effectively, non possession of requisite IT skills and problems accessing the internet. The study recommended that usage of electronic resources be made compulsory, intensifying awareness campaigns concerning the availability, training on use of electronic resources and the problem of power outage be addressed.

Knowledge and confidence of newborn care was measured from the two postpartum care center located in G province. Descriptive statistics, paired t-test, t-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data using SPSS. Methods: A descriptive correlation study was conducted with 114 pediatric nurses in G city. Self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: The mean percent of correct responses for physiology of fever, fever management and antipyretics was 51.3%. Knowledge of antipyretics was lower than knowledge of other items with 29.2% correct. Both positive and negative attitudes were discovered. Pediatric nurses' in this study reported negative attitudes toward beneficial effects of fever and positive attitudes toward use of antipyretics to prevent febrile convulsions and reduction of temperatures as low as $38.3^{\circ}C$. A level of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Sixty six of the 301 women (21.9%) indicated that they heard a Pap smear test and 16.6% of women had experienced a test. The number of women participating increased with age, duration of marriage, number of births, knowledge about the Pap smear and perception of risk for cervical cancer.
