For composing the structure model of national maritime power system by system structural modelling, in this study, the 50 basic factors are selected by survey of the extensive and thorough literatures on maritime, sea, maritime power and sea power. And the basic factors are classified into 36 component factors by cluster method. The 9 attributes are extracted by the application of the principle component analysis method, one of the factor analysis method in system engineering, to component factors. We defined the attributes composing the national maritime power system by integration the result of this study and existed our studies relate to this topic. Which are showed in table 8. and we showed the structure model of national maritime power system in figure 3. In table 8, the 9 attributes are as follows: the fundamental power of maritime, shipping and port power, naval power, fishing power, shipbuilding power, the power of ocean research and development, dependency on seaborne trade, the protection power of ocean environment and the will and inclination of government.

This paper presents the electrical properties of SiGe HBTs designed with bottom collector and single metal layer structure for RF power amplifier. Base layer was formed with graded-SiGe/Si structures and the collector place to the bottom of the device. Bottom collector and single metal layer structures could significantly simplify the fabrication process. We studied about the influence of SiGe base thickness, number of emitter fingers and temperature dependence (< $200^{\circ}C$) on electrical properties. The feasible application in 1~2GHz frequency from measured data $BV_{CEO}$ ~10V, $f_r$~14 GHz, ${\beta\simeq}110$, NF~1 dB using packaged SiGe HBTs. We will discuss the temperature dependent current flow through the e-b, b-c junctions to understand stability and performance of the device.

It is crucial to understand the characteristics of cloud occurrence frequency for development of high precision guided missile using infrared imaging sensor. In this paper, we investigated the vertical structure of cloud for altitude using upper-air observation data. We find that cloud occurrence frequency is high at altitudes of 1.3 km and 9.5 km. Theses features have seasonal and temporal dependency. In the summer, cloud often occur more than average regardless of altitude. In the winter, low clouds occur frequently, and high clouds do not occur well. In temporal characteristics, clouds occur more frequently in daytime than in nighttime regardless of altitude. Many of clouds exist in single layer or double layers in the air. We also find that the 40 % of cloud occurrence frequency at high altitude when low clouds under altitude of 2 km cover entire sky.

The Purpose of this study is to integrate two opposite paradigms, (development from above) and (development from below), by means of A. Giddenss (structuration theory) and to provide practical development strategies on the basis of integrated paradigm. The integration of these two opposite paradigms is in fact the internalization of epistemological overcoming of 'dependency', which means the structural transformation of dualistic thinking into monistic thinking that the enlargement of capitalist world-system can be 'development' and it may also be 'dependency'. Therefore the practical main issue of this integrated paradigm results in how peripheral countries should achieve self-reliant and continuous development under the circumstances of dependency. To achieve such development while resisting the growing arrogance of transnational capital, development strategies should be prepared to maker revitalized political community designed to fit a human scale and for the economy to be subordinated to the political will of the community. And at the same time the 'empowerment' of people should be strengthened.

This study is designed to test the effects of innovativeness, information dependency, informative sufficiency, and review reliability on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and eventually continuous use in mobile bakery applications and to provide useful information for the bakery industry. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed for data collection from September $1^{st}$ to $30^{th}$ in 2014. Out of 455 returned questionnaires, 441 were useable. Statistical techniques utilized in the study were a factor analysis, reliability tests, and a covariance structure analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows: first, innovativeness had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, information dependency had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Third, informative sufficiency had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fourth, review reliability had significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fifth, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had significant effects on the continuous use of a mobile bakery application.

In this study, we evaluated the dependence of thickness and temperature in the breakdown strength of MDPE and effect of semiconductor. As the result, breakdown strength trend to decrease according to the increase of thickness and temperature. We obtained the result that the breakdown strength was a little lower in the structure of Semi/MDPE than Semi/MDPE/Semi, but breakdown strength of MDPE was greater both of all. The dependency of permittivity, tan ${\delta}$ and conductance on frequency and temperature were investigated. Both of the specimans showed the trend of decreased in permittivity as the temperature increased but increase as the frequency increased.

The topic of selection of a grammatical subject in a correlative conjunction phrase has long failed to attract the attention of linguists due to some difficulties not only in figuring out the internal structure of NP's conjoined by a correlative conjunction but also in its heavy dependency on the representational aspects each correlative conjunction demonstrates. In this paper, I have explored the seemingly complex patterns in the selection of a grammatical subject in a correlative conjunction phrase in the frame of the Optimality Theory (Prince & Smolensky 1993, 2008). I show that, with the help of three newly developed constraints such as MinDist, Focus, and PARSE which are ranked relatively to each other, an optimal grammatical subject out of two NP candidates conjoined by a correlative conjunction can be correctly selectable.

The electrorefining experiments with an anode composed of U, Y, Gd, Nd and Ce (or U, Gd, Dy and Ce) were carried out in the KC1-LiCl eutectic melt at $500^{\circ}C$, Uranium was the major component in the cathode deposits at the high initial uranium concentration, and the separation factors of the uranium with respect to the rare earths (REs) were calculated according to the applied voltage and the uranium concentration in the molten salt. The current efficiency was inversely in proportion to the applied voltage in the range of 1.0 V to 1, 9 V (vs. STS304L). The dependency of the applied voltage on the current efficiency as well as the deposition rate was discussed in terms of the microstructural feature and crystal structure of the deposit.

The Stirling refrigerators have been widely used for the cooling of the infrared detector and HTS to the cryogenic temperature. The Stirling refrigerator with the rotary compressor are applicable to the cooling device for the compact mobile thermal imaging system, because the refrigerators have the compact structure and light weight. The typical performance factors of the Stirling refrigerator are the cool-down time, cooling capacity at the desired temperature and the input power. And the above performance factors are depends on the thermal insulation characteristics of the Dewar. In this study, the steady thermal load of the Dewar and the performance of the Stirling refrigerator were measured. The results show the dependency of the input power and the charging pressure on the performance of the refrigerator.

Multilingual machine translation means the machine translation that is for more than two languages. Common transfer means the transfer in which we can reuse the transfer rules among similar languages according to linguistic typology. Therefore, the multilingual machine translation based on common transfer is the multilingual machine translation that can share the transfer rules among languages with similar linguistic typology. This paper describes the linguistic modeling for multilingual machine translation based on common transfer under development. This linguistic modeling consists of the linguistic devices such as 1) multilingual common Part-of-Speech set, 2) multilingual common transfer format, 3) multilingual common transfer chunking, and 4) multilingual common transfer rules based on linguistic typology. Validity of this linguistic modeling for multilingual machine translation is shown in the simulation. The multilingual machine translation system based on common transfer including Korean, English, Chinese, Spanish, and French will be developed till 2018.
