치과 임플란트 환자의 의료서비스 질 만족과 가치만족, 재이용의사의 관계에 관한 연구 (Relationship between satisfaction of dental service, value quality, and reuse intention)

  • Objectives : The objective of study is to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction of dental service, value quality, and reuse intention among dental implant patients. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 316 dental implant patients in 4 dental clinics in Daejeon from December, 2013 to March, 2014. Results : The average of dental service satisfaction was 4.14(SD=.562). The average of value satisfaction was 3.88(SD=.648), and that of reuse intention was 3.98(SD=.662). The tangibility was defined as the influence of the quality of medical service on the value satisfaction(t=4.042, p<0.001) and the confidence(t=2.997, p<0.01). The influence of the service value on the intention to reuse was 0.486(t=10.796, p<.001) of path coefficient. Conclusions : The quality of medical service is decided by the value satisfaction and the intention to reuse including the value satisfaction.

치과 의료서비스 질이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향 (Factors of the Quality of Dental Care Service Upon Intention to Revisit)

  • Purpose: Identify the factors that influence following up control and reuse intention of patient who used dental health care institution after dental heath care service and in order to prepare the method which improve the quality of dental health service which dental heath care institution service afford. Methods: Data were collected through random sampling from June 20th to August 20th 2010 (for 60 days). Once we explained the purpose of our survey to people who experienced the dental service within one year, we distributed the questionnaires to someone who volunteered to respond and they answered all questions by themselves based on the actual experience of dental health care organizations. Even if the survey was conducted for 610 people, only 585 properly answered questionnaires were analyzed because responses which had many unanswered questions and had errors in responsive way were excluded. Results: Result of multiple regression analysis, the value of dental clinic service, the following up control after dental treatment, the technique and kindness of dentist, the environment of treatment, type of dental service and the kindness of dental staff is significant main cause to intention of reuse dental clinic. Conclusion: In order to increase the rate of patient reuse, enhance the value of service with following up control after health treatment and the high quality of dental health service.

치과위생사의 의료서비스에 따른 내원환자의 만족도 (According to the dental hygienists care services of patient satisfaction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine factors related to the satisfaction level of patients with dental hygienists services. Methods : Questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 157 dental hygienists. The collected data was performed frequency & percentage, independent t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. Results : 1. The mean score of kind of dental hygienists was 3.07 out of a maximum 4 points and level medical treatment of dental hygienists 2.94, friendly of dental hygienists 2.75. 2. Regarding the correlation between kind, level medical treatment, friendly of dental hygienists had a statistically significant correlation of r=0.677 which was the highest correlation factor(p<0.01). 3. dental satisfaction, dental reuse intention between intention recommendation, they were statistically significant different with dental satisfaction(p<0.05) 4. Regarding the correlation between dental satisfaction, dental reuse intention, intention recommendation had a statistically significant correlation of r=0.705 which was the highest correlation factor(p<0.01). Conclusions : Dental care service, dental hygienists have significant and their to revisit and recommend.

치과 내원 환자들의 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관한 융합 분석 (Convergence Analysis on The Determinants of Reuse Intention in Patients Visiting a Dentist)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과 내원 환자들의 인적서비스, 서비스 가치 정도를 알아보고 치과 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 파악하여 공급자와 소비자에게 질적 치과 의료서비스에 대한 정확한 요구도를 도출, 서로 간에 긍정적인 영향을 주고자 실시하였다. 대전 및 전북지역의 치과 의료기관에 내원한 성인을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이며, 자료는 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 t-test와 one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 인적서비스는 서비스 가치, 재이용 의사와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 서비스 가치도 재이용 의사와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 변수는 서비스 가치, 인적서비스, 치과 의료서비스에 대한 차별감으로 나타났다. 따라서 내원 환자에게 맞춤 치과 의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 최적화된 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 꾸준한 방법 모색을 통한 실제 적용이 요구된다.

  • This study is about the basis of satisfactions by patients : One is 'what factors of the marketing by dental medical service have an effect on consumers dental clinic' The other is 'what is the most important part when consumers choose the dental medical ser Seoul and Gyeonggi area unintentionally. Finally 446 people were analyzed. 6 general questions, 5 selective form questions when consumers choose the dental service, 11 satisfactions questions after treating and thought of reuse the dental service 6 (Likert scale) questions. Whether the choice of hospital dental marketing by dental analysis, both male and female hospital medical marketing and use of selected highly suggests that it does not respond. The resulting satisfaction analysis using the Hospital Dental Marketing consumer access to medical care, and then, a full explanation, comfort, quality and level, health care costs, treatment management, and symptom improvement were higher satisfaction with the item, select the dental healthcare after the analysis of the marketing of recycled doctors are otherwise subject the person selected from all entries equal to or higher than the average consumer satisfaction showed a higher medical doctor also higher reuse. Consequently, Through the use of marketing to choose the best dental healthcare need to providing quality care.

치과위생사의 일회용 치과진료용품 감염관리 인지도와 재사용자율의 차이 (Differences in dental hygienists' infection control awareness and re-user rate of disposable dental care supplies)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the difference between the awareness and reuser rate of infection control t for disposable dental care supplies (DDCS) according to general characteristics and infection management-related characteristics. Methods: A questionnaire was used for 277 dental hygienists to check the general characteristics, infection management-related characteristics, awareness of infection control disposable dental care products, syringe needle, prophylaxis cup, prophylaxis brush, plastic saliva ejector, orthodontic bracket, and gloves reuse rate. Results: The awareness of infection control for DDCS differed according to 'hospital type', 'average number of patients per day', 'presence or absence of infection control guidelines', and 'experience in infection management training in the last two years' (p<0.05). Reuser rates of disposable dental care products differed according to 'hospital type', 'average number of patients per day', 'presence or absence of infection control guidelines', and 'experience in infection management training in the last two years' (p<0.05). Conclusions: In order to manage infection of DDCS, the level of infection control system in the workplace is improved and support for related education is needed. In addition, guidelines and regulations on prohibition of reuse and classification criteria for various DDCS should be prepared.

도재용 금합금 재사용에 따른 변연 적합도에 관한 연구 (A study on the marginal fitness to reuse with a Au-Pt-Pd alloy for porcelain fused to metal crown)

  • This experimental study was to determine the fitness in each cervical margin of reusing porcelain gold alloy. The gold alloy used in this experimental study was a Au-Pt-Pd alloy (BDCG-898, Bukwang Inc, Korea) for the fabrication of porcelain fused to metal crown. Twenty-five copings were divided into the five groups. And the group A, B, C, D and E were cording successively according to the frequency of reuse to five times. Each specimen was reused without adding new metal. The experimental results were as follows: 1. The group A, B, C showed good fitness in each cervical margin. 2. The group D got good fitness in labio and linguo cervical margin, but the mesio and disto cervical margin showed more than $40{\mu}m$ 3. The group E showed worse fitness than the other groups in each cervical margin.

입 체조 프로그램에 참가한 노인의 만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A study on elderly people's satisfaction level with oral exercise program)

  • Objectives : This study was to examine the satisfaction level of participants in a oral exercise program geared toward the improvement of oral function, their reuse intention of the program and their willingness of recommendation in an effort to facilitate the advancement of the program. Methods : The subjects in this study were 85 senior citizens who used senior welfare centers and nursing homes in Seoul. A oral exercise program was implemented 24 times from April to June 2009, twice a week, and the selected elderly people participated in the program 20 times or more. An interview survey was conducted by two trained dental hygienists, and the collected data were analyzed. Results : 1. As for satisfaction level with each part of the program, the elderly people investigated expressed the best satisfaction with the service supplier(a mean of 3.81), followed by the usefulness of the procedure of the program(3.77) and oral exercise(3.64). 2. The satisfaction level with oral exercise had a significant impact on their overall satisfaction with the program, reuse intention and willingness of recommendation, and the entire satisfaction level with the program was correlated to reuse intention and willingness of recommendation(p<0.001). 3. Out of the demographic characteristics, marital status and whether to live with their families or not made a significant difference to their satisfaction level with oral exercise(p<0.05). Conclusions : It took 20 minutes to get oral exercise, which consisted of warming-up, exercise for each part of oral and cooking-down, and they found it appropriate to spend that time and had no difficulties in repeating after the instructor.

Survey of the real-world re-use of disposable dental supplies in dental offices

  • Objectives: To investigate the real-world re-use of disposable dental supplies (DDS) in dental offices and assess the relationship between general characteristics of dental hygienists and reuse of DDS, with respect to infection control characteristics. Methods: A questionnaire was administered to 277 dental hygienists to assess their general characteristics, awareness of infection control/DDS management, and re-use of DDS. Nine DDS were categorized into the following categories based on their purpose: Critical, Semicritical, Noncritical, and Personal protective equipment (PPE). The association between general characteristics of dental hygienists and re-use of DDS, with respect to infection control characteristics, was assessed using the chi-squared test. Results: All 9 DDS were re-used to different extents. The highest reuse rate of supplies were for masks (64.6%), prophylaxis cups (61.0%) and plastic saliva ejectors (30.0%). Overall, 89.5% of the participants re-used DDS; subgroup analysis showed the following proportions of specific DDS re-use: PPE 66.4%; Semicritical DDS 63.9%; Noncritical DDS 19.5%; and Critical DDS 1.8%. Based on the type of clinic, the rate of re-use was higher in dental clinics than dental hospitals. Thus, the re-use of DDS may be caused by inappropriate or nonexistent guidelines or habitual practice, rather than the awareness or attitude of dental hygienists. Conclusions: In order to ensure a safe environment within the dental clinic, DDS classifications must be clearly outlined in the dental infection control guidelines; moreover, additional studies are needed regarding the regulations for DDS re-use and disposal.

치과 의료소비자의 대기시간과 병원이미지 및 환자만족도간의 융합적 연구 (The Convergence Research on Waiting Time, Hospital Image, and Patient satisfaction in Dental Care Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 일부 치과 의료소비자들의 대기시간에 대한 반응과 병원이미지 및 환자만족도와의 관계를 파악하여 의료서비스의 질적 대기환경관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 치과 병 의원에 내원한 대기시간을 경험한 성인으로 하였고, 2016년 5월 16일부터 6월 18일까지 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 병원이미지는 장시간 대기 시 치과 의료기관 신뢰도 변화, 재이용의사 변화, 예약시스템, 환자만족도는 성별, 예상 대기시간설명, 장시간 대기 시 치과 의료기관 신뢰도 변화, 재이용의사 변화, 예약시스템과 관련이 있었다. 대기시간에 대한 긍정적 반응과 병원이미지, 환자만족도는 양의 상관관계로 나타났고, 부정적 반응은 병원이미지, 환자만족도와 음의 상관관계를 나타났으며, 병원 이미지와 환자만족도는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 병원이미지 제고와 환자만족도 향상을 위한 실제적인 접근방안이 요구되며, 대기의 불안과 부정적 반응을 해소 할 수 있는 IT기술 및 여러 컨텐츠를 접목한 대기환경의 변화가 필요하다고 사료된다.
