Analytical Study on the Correlation between the Functionality of Virtual Idols and Fan Satisfaction under the Chinese Market

  • Virtual idols have aroused wide attention as a novel product of the idol industry in the digital era over the past few years. The population of China determines that virtual idols have a huge fan market. As a digital cultural product closely connected with fans, virtual idols are im-portant to gain insights into the correlation between fan satisfaction and virtual idol functions. In accordance with the KANO demand model, this study first classifies and explains the specific functions of virtual idols into four quadrants, including attractive, must-be, 1D (One-Dimensional), and indifferent. Subsequently, the satisfaction of fans of virtual idols with specific functions in each quadrant are analyzed using a questionnaire. This study suggests that virtual idols have one at-tractive quality, three 1D quality, two must-be quality, and five indifferent quality functional elements. This study qualitatively analyzes the functional elements of virtual idols through fan satisfaction based on the KANO model, which provides valuable help for future research in the field of virtual idols and producers in this field.

  • Suitability for the human body, freedom to move and thermal insulation are important design considerations in military clothing. This study investigates the performance and wearer-satisfaction of the functional inner winter uniform currently used in Korea; it is hoped that our data can inform the development of a future version. Interviews were conducted, in which the participants suggested various improvements. The uniforms were mainly worn for guard duty or as daily attire in cold weather. The participants chose how many layers to wear according to the current situation, rather than sticking to the layering recommended in the manual. Layering choices did not significantly affect combat efficiency but were found to affect wearers' comfort. Wearers' satisfaction was found to depend on the convenience of the clothing, whether it was in the appropriate size, freedom to move and thermal insulation. Also, this study suggests a problem with the current size system, as the analysis of size distribution, across all sizes, the range of current production is insufficient to cover the demand.

요통환자들의 성생활 행태와 영향 요인 조사 (A survey on sex life behavior and factors of low back pain)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate discomforts and sexual life and to identify the relation between the discomforts and sexual life with low back pain. The data were collected from March 2 through July 31, 2001. Four hundred forty-two questionnaires were returned (response rate=88.0%). Analysis of the data was done with SPSS PC+ and use descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA. regression. The statistics shows that over than 80% of the adults experienced lumbago at least one time in their life, and Back pain is known as one of the most common complaints made by the patients of all ages in the general hospital or local medical clinics throughout. However, in certain case it leads to a chronic condition which can cause a great deal of problems in management and in financial burden to individuals and society. The result of this study was summarized as follows: 1) It appeared that regarding the distribution of gender, male was the higher(63.6%) then that of female, the portion of forties was 28.5%. Sitting for long time was 23.1% in men and 21.7% in women. Unknown reason including sexual behaviour was 12.9% in men and 15.5% in women. Patients treated medicine and physical therapy were 36.4%. In level of educational background, the rate of high school was 31.0%, technical college was 28.5%. The highest proportion by occupation was 18.3% of office workers, occupation posture was 41.9% of sitting. 2) Men(26.0%) and most of women(34.8%) were not satisfied in the explanation satisfaction rate of sex life concerned disease. 23.8% in men and 23.6% in women considered flexibility of waist good. Man(33.3%) and most of woman(35.0%) considered that Health education is necessary. 32.7% in men and 27.3% in women did't mind educator is whoever. Preventing of lower back pain(LBP) and proper Health education of sex life are demanded in daily life. 3) 58.0% of man and 64.0% of woman mostly had a posture which is man over woman. 28.5% in men and 27.8% in women considered that proper information finding of LBP and sex life was very few and few. 37.7% in men and 42.7% in women have acquired information about sex life flung their friends. 4) The number of sex life was decreased from 2.96 0.98 to 2.61 1.63 and also the time of sex life was decreased from 3.65 1.89 to 226 1.64. The satisfaction rate of sex life changed from 3.60 0.86 to 2.77 1.10. In the number of sex life, The non correct group was 2.62 1.91 and the correct group was higher in 2.68 1.65. In the time of sex life, The non correct group was 2.02 1.47 and the correct group was higher in 229 1.65. The satisfaction rate of sex life was 2.76 0.86 in non correct group and 2.88 1.10 in correct group. So there was a difference. 5) In the satisfaction rate of sex life, Men who have a lower back pain were higher than women and no attack group was higher than attack group. As they had many sex life, the satisfaction rate was higher significantly in statistics. As the time of sex life was short, the satisfaction rate was lower significantly in statistics. As the age was low, the demand rate of Health education was high and as means of patient who had a lower back pain was high, the demand rate of Health education was high. As the patient who had a lower back pain had a long married life, the demand rate of Health education was high and as education level was high, the demand rate of Health education was high. It is necessary to provide patients with conservative treatment, educational teaching, and training to prevent further injuries in the future. In general, it is important to educate the public how to prevent back injuries and how to treat themselves in an onset period to prevent further injuries sliding into a chronic state. Sexuality is an integral part of normal and healthy relationships, but patients are unable to enjoy sex because they are riot able to get into a comfortable position due to back pain. Many conditions of the spine can make certain positions uncomfortable. Health educator should make the education program of the discomforts and the sexual pattern for low back pain in workplace and/or hospital. Further study Is needed on how to integrate the educational program on sexuality into the total rehabilitation program.

  • 최근 한전에서는 배전부문을 분리하여 발전부문과 배전부문이 입찰시장에 참여하여 수요와 공급에 따라 시장가격이 결정되고 송전망을 개방 배전회사의 자유로운 사용을 보장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전력 수요 요인(기온, 경제성장)에 따른 패턴을 추출하여 전력 수요를 예측 한다. 예측된 데이터들을 Database화하여 Web으로 보여주며 발전 최적 시장가를 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 앞으로 개방될 전력 수급 시장에서 정확한 수요 예측을 통하여 경쟁력을 향상 시키고 전력 수급의 원활을 통해 소비자의 만족도를 증가시킨다. 또한 전년, 전월, 전주, 전일의 시간대별 전력 사용량을 미리 예측하고, 분석하기 때문에 공급자가 전력을 생산하는데 필요한 기본요금 절감효과와 하한가를 정함으로써, 사용자의 기본요금 지출을 절감할 수 있다.

간호간병통합병동과 일반병동의 간호서비스 만족도와 중요도, 간호 근무환경, 간호사 재직의도 비교 (Comparing Satisfaction and Importance of Nursing Care Nursing Work Environment, Nurse's Intention to Work between Comprehensive Nursing Care Unit and General Nursing Care Unit)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the difference in satisfaction and importance of nursing care between patients in comprehensive nursing care unit (CNCU) and general nursing care unit (GNCU). It also confirms the difference between practice environment of nursing work and nurse's intention to work. Methods: Nursing care satisfaction and importance levels were measured from 202 patients. Practice environment of nursing work and nurse's intention to work were measured from 54 nurses. Results: The satisfaction level was higher in the CNCU in comparison to the GNCU (p<.001). There was no significant difference between the importance and satisfaction level of nursing care for patients at the CNCU (p=.973), whereas in the GNCU, patients' satisfaction level was lower than the importance level (p<.001). The score for practice environment for nursing work was higher in the CNCU than in the GNCU (t=3.34, p=.002). The nurse's intention to work in the CNCU was higher than that of the GNCU, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Through the survey, the paper suggests that comprehensive nursing care is a service type that satisfies the nursing demand (importance) that patients consider important. Results from nurses showed no significant differences.

일부 한국농촌지역의 8대 한방공공보건사업에 대한 주민의 이용실태 및 개선방향;강원도 홍천군을 중심으로 (Utilization and Improvement of 8 Principle TKM Public Health Services in Rural Areas of Korea)

  • Health promotion program utilizing traditional korean medicine(TKM) is very unique modality uncommonly conducted throughout the world. Korea's TKM public health services went through initial stage from 2001 and spread throughout the country by 2003. 35 public health centers in the nation is appointed as 'TKM health promotion HUB' and in operation from 2007. But the program is still in the early state and evaluation of usage, satisfaction, and community service is still in demand. This study aims to verify current situations of TKM public health service by examining public awareness, usage, and satisfaction and suggest improvements based on findings. 2.5% of local residents were sampled and 1739 were chosen as subjects. Knowledge, attitude, satisfaction and others for TKM public health service were examined. TKM treatment service was most widely utilized(13.2%), followed by CVA prevention program(5.2%). For satisfaction level, CVA prevention program showed highest satisfaction(73.3%), closely followed by (Qi-gong program 63%). In general, awareness and utilization of TKM public health service were low but compensated by high satisfaction level. More active promotion and development of community specific programs should become available in the future.

생태학습장 이용객의 지각된 성과에 의한 만족도 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction by Perceived Performance of Ecological Learning Center)

  • An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.

방사선사의 직무특성 및 직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족도의 관계 (Relationship of job-satisfaction due to Radiographer's Job-Characteristics and Job-Stress)

  • 본 연구는 방사선사의 직무특성 및 직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족도를 조사하여, 근무에 대한 만족도를 다각도로 살펴보고 현재 방사선사가 적절한 환경에서 근무를 하고 있으며 그에 합당한 대우를 받고 있는지 조사하였다. 병원에 근무하고 있는 방사선사 213명을 대상으로 일반적특성, 직무특성, 직무스트레스, 직무만족도를 포함한 총 105문항의 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 직무만족도는 심리적요인, 환경적요인, 구조적요인으로 구분하였으며, 직무스트레스는 물리환경, 직무요구, 직무자율성 결여, 관계갈등, 직무불안정, 조직체계, 보상부적절, 직장문화로 구분하였다. 30세 이상보다 30세 미만이, 보람이 낮은 사람보다 높은 사람이, 사명감이 낮은 사람보다 높은 사람이, 근무처가 지방보다 서울이, 병원의 규모가 커질수록, 이직의도가 있는 사람보다 없는 사람이, 직무불안정, 조직체계, 보상부적절, 직장문화, 물리환경이 높은 사람보다 낮은 사람이 직무만족도가 높았다. 이렇듯 방사선사에게 있어서 집단간의 직무만족도에 차이가 다르게 나타나므로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 원인들을 규명할 필요가 있다.

장애 아동의 발달재활서비스가 부모의 이용만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Development and Rehabilitation Services for Children with Disabilities The Effect of Parents' Service Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애 아동의 발달재활서비스 부모의 이용만족도를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 강원도의 9개 시, 군 지역 복지관, 사설기관 등 17개소에서 장애 아동 120명과 부모 120명을 설문대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 18을 사용하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달재활서비스를 이용하는 부모의 일반적 특성에서 수급형태가 이용만족도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 이용특성에서 사설치료기관이 이용만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다, 셋째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 제공에서 과정과 효과가 이용만족도에 유의하게 나타났다. 넷째, 발달재활서비스의 서비스 접근성에서 선택이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의하게 나타났다. 연구결과의 의의는 발달재활서비스의 서비스 제공과 서비스 접근성이 높을수록 장애 아동 부모의 이용만족도가 높아진다는 것을 확인한 것이다. 이에 따라 발달재활서비스를 이용하는 부모의 이용만족도를 향상시키기 위한 논의와 함의를 제시하였다.

악교정 수술 환자의 주관적 만족도 조사 연구 (EVALUATION OF THE PATIENTS' SUBJECTIVE SATISFACTION ABOUT THE ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY)

  • Purpose: As the interest and demand for esthetics grow up with medical development, the number of patients who want to correct dentofacial deformities by orthognathic surgery has increased. And the success of orthognathic surgery is dependent upon satisfaction of patients in great measure. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine functional disability, sensory disturbance and esthetic satisfaction of the patients after orthognathic surgery. Material and methods: Among 89 patients who orthognathic surgery was performed at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital during the period from July 2003 to July 2008, 46 patients were considered in the study. Patients were surveyed with questionnaires and visual analogue scale(VAS) which author has designed. The analysis and comparison were performed according to gender, follow up span, and type of surgery based on answer of questionnaires. Results and conclusions: Total satisfaction rate was 76%. And there was statistical significant difference between subjective evaluation of facial esthetics before the surgery and that of after surgery(p<0.05). Differences in occurrence of functional disability, sensory disturbance between groups were not observed. In conclusion, the operator should understand the postoperative self-satisfaction of the patients and complications. If we can communicate with the patients before operation. patients' satisfaction rate will increase after operation.
