수요사슬 통합전략에 영향을 미치는 동인에 관한 연구: 지능형 협업 사례 분석 (Drivers Influencing Demand Chain Integration Strategy: Analysis of Intelligent Collaboration Cases)

  • 수요사슬에서 기업간 협업은 통합 (Integration), 협업(Exchange), 그리고 동기화(Syncronize)라는 3 단계의 계층구조를 갖으며, 단계가 높을수록 협업의 지능성은 강하다. 이 논문은 국내의 제조업과 서비스업을 중심으로 지능적인 수요사슬 통합전략(공급통합, 수요통합, 수요사슬통합)을 수행하는데 영향을 주는 동인들을 발견한다. 여기 동인에는 효율적 동인과 시대적 동인으로 구분하여 각 통합전략에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하여, 그 특징을 파악하고 문제점을 제시한다. 인터넷 강국인 국내기업의 통합전략과 동인에 대한 면밀한 분석을 통해 기업에게 가장 이상적인 통합전략이 무엇인지를 제시한다. 결론에서는 고객과 통합을 추진하는 통합전략을 선택한 기업은 웹통합을 하는 가장 큰 이유는 경영성과를 높이기 위해 추진하는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급자와 통합을 하는 전략을 선택한 기업은 외부환경의 압력에 의해서 어쩔 수 없이 추진하는 것으로 해석된다.

  • 본 논문은 SW인력수급의 질적, 양적 불일치를 해소하고 산학협력을 기반으로 하는 인력양성을 위해 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management) 모델에 대한 개념을 SW인력정책에 적용하였다. 대학을 공급자로 기업을 수요자로 인식하고, 대학과 기업간의 산학협업을 통해 수요지향적 SW인력 양성 시스템을 구축하는 최적의 공급망 관리로 새롭게 접근하였다. 산업체 수요를 반영하기 위해 SW분야 산학연관 전문가로 구성된 인력양성정책협의회를 통해 인력수요계획을 수립하고, 이를 대학 내 수요 지향적 교과목개발 및 교과과정개편에 반영하여 전공역량이 강화되는 공학인증으로 유도하였다. 또한 산학협력 프로젝트 수행을 통해 취업으로 이루어져 산업체가 필요한 인력을 배출하는 수급매칭 프로세스인 인력양성 SCM모델의 가치사슬(Value Chain)을 제시하였다.

지역적 정보 공유를 활용하는 멀티 에이전트 시스템 기반의 공급사슬 관리 아키텍쳐 (A Multi-agent Architecture for Coordination of Supply Chains with Local Information Sharing)

  • Multi-agent technology is being regarded as one of the promising technologies for today's supply chain management because of its desirable features such as autonomy, intelligence, and collaboration. This paper suggests a multi-agent system architecture with which companies can improve the efficiency of their supply chains by collaborative operation. Reflecting the practical difficulties of collaboration in complex supply chains, the architecture allows agent systems to share information with only neighboring companies for the coordinated operation. The suggested architecture is elaborated with a collaboration model based on Petri-net, conversation models for communication, and internal behavior models of each agent. A simulation experiment was performed for the evaluation of the suggested architecture. The result implies that when the estimation of market demand is higher than a certain level, the suggested architecture can be beneficial.

  • The company was focusing on production which was partial mission rather than acquiring the information of customer in intensive process industry. The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. As a result the company hard works on controlling production rates, production quantities in production area and gathering exact information which is about available resource and available quantities. Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.

  • In this paper, even though there exist various problems to be solved in SCM field, we focus on problems arising from demand-supply discrepancy and introduce the concept of CPFR (Collaboration Planning Forecasting and Replenishment) as one solution for outstanding problems. Furthermore, by presenting a real CPFR project case between the S Company and V Company, we try to help potential benefactors of CPFR in two aspects : 1) how to implement CPFR, and 2) what they can expect from CPFR.

  • The objective of this research is to construct and build a software platform to enable collaboration among enterprise headquarters, product designers, software engineers, manufacturing plants, and suppliers which are located at different remote locations via internet. In specific, agent technology is adopted as a software vehicle to automate demand as a software vehicle to automate demand and supply process in the internet environment. Agents are programs that act an behalf of their human users to perform laborious tasks such as information locating, accessing, filtering, integrating, adapting and resolving inconsistencies. Global competition is forcing the present day industry to produce high quality product more fast and inexpensively. In Korea, most labor-intensive industries have moved to China and other Asian countries for cost reduction. The need for fast information exchange has increased among the remote locations for the cooperation and coordination. In this research, a virtual global manufacturing system will be constructed that distributes production schedule among remote places, acts as a bridge between the headquarters and manufacturing plants, distributes tasks and collates different solutions between demand and supply using agent. The external communication protocol takes HTML format, internal message handling requires SGML for document exchange, and KQML for agent implementation. The expected benefits will be : reduced cost of real-time information exchange, realization of global manufacturing environment, the maximum utilization of internet for the enterprise data exchange.

  • Supply chain management can be defined as an information system that connects the inside and outside of a company. Its purpose is to systematically and strategically manage the flow of information, resources and services to improve the long-term performance of the entire organization, including individual companies connected to the supply chain, and the quality of service provided to customers. The ultimate goal of SCM is to create synergy through organic integration of supply and demand based on cooperation and collaboration with stakeholders in the supply chain. This study is based on the hypothesis that the company's management performance will improve as the level of SCM improves. Most of the previous studies dealt with the relationship between corporate performance and SCM in the IT area. In this study, research was conducted through human capacity with IT system. The causal relationship was demonstrated, and there was a difference in the perception of the results of this study depending on whether or not smart factories were consulted in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. There is a need to examine the links between management's value chain and its causal relationship.

  • This paper was tried to show the improvement model for software industry structure in Korea regarding to have the global level of competence in Korean software firms. To suggest the improvement model for software industry structure, the detailed status about software industry which as in the supply and demand perspectives and comparativeness dimension were analysed. Also to this model the special survey results from the 35 professionalists in the software industry were included. This improvement model suggests the big software firms have to consider the economy of the scale, and to enter global IT market, the other SMEs have to pursuit themselves as a specified technology firms. So it is good for the oversea project collaboration with the solution provider firms and IT service firms. And it is desirable to make a the economy of scale regarding as the solution venture startup, M&A, networking the software firms as supply chain. Also the development of new business model for new market and firms with the high-tech business competency will be required.

  • We have discussed the importance of collaborative forecasting and the difficulties that can arise during its implementation. We have also proposed the detail process of collaborative forecasting and the system requirement on each step of the process so that the proposed detail process can be easily applied to real life scenario. Lastly, we have talked about a case study of a telecommunication equipment manufacturer that has implemented the proposed collaborative forecasting process that verify the feasibility of the process.
