헬스케어 서비스에서 동적인 데이터 전달을 위한 데이터 결합기 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Data Binder for Dynamic Data Delivery in Healthcare Service)

  • 본 논문은 서로 다른 벤더의 응용 프로그램과 생체 신호 측정 장치가 동적으로 데이터 전달을 할 수 있는 생산자(Producer)/소비자(Consumer) 패턴 기반의 데이터 결합기 구조를 제안한 것으로 휴대용 정보 단말에서 컴포넌트 기반의 프로그래밍이 가능하고 서비스 지향적인 동작 메커니즘을 제공하는 OSGi 플랫폼의 번들로서 구현된다. 데이터 결합기는 정적으로 데이터 생산자와 소비자를 연결하는 OSGi WireAdmin 서비스의 단점을 보완한 것으로, 데이터를 사용하는 주체인 응용 프로그램의 요구 사항을 응용 프로그램 설명자(Application Descriptor)로 형식화하고 데이터를 생산하는 주체인 생체 신호 측정 장치의 기능을 장치 설명자(Device Descriptor)로 형식화하여 런타임에 데이터 생산자-소비자 쌍을 만들어 동적으로 데이터가 연결되는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 센서 기반 응용을 개발할 때 데이터 생산자와 데이터 소비자를 사이에서 빈번하게 일어나는 연결 관리를 동적으로 해주는 기능 구현에 활용 가능하다. 본 논문의 목적은 생체 신호 측정 장치와 같은 데이터 생산자와 헬스케어 응용 프로그램과 같은 데이터 소비자를 분리시켜 헬스케어 서비스 개발의 편이성을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

  • Preconstruction process in a lean project delivery system was studied in one large healthcare project working for a general contractor. Researchers joined a new lean delivery project for approximately six weeks and participated in preconstruction process including design coordination, management coordination, and target costing while concurrently interviewing other project participants and employees, recording activity in meetings, and otherwise observing the process. The preconstruction process in lean project delivery system, called integrated project design, showed many benefits such as brining expertise of downstream players (i.e., mechanical and electrical contractors) into the design phase. However, lack of leadership and lack of design-integrator blocked the successful application of a new concept of design process.

  • Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a biodegradable, biocompatible, non-toxic, non-immunogenic and non-inflammatory linear polysaccharide, which has been used for various medical applications including arthritis treatment, wound healing, ocular surgery, and tissue augmentation. Because of its mucoadhesive property and safety, HA has received much attention as a tool for drug delivery system development. It has been used as a drug delivery carrier in both nonparenteral and parenteral routes. The nonparenteral application includes the ocular and nasal delivery systems. On the other hand, its use in parenteral systems has been considered important as in the case of sustained release formulation of protein drugs through subcutaneous injection. Particles and hydrogels by various methods using HA and HA derivatives as well as by conjugation with other polymer have been the focus of many studies. Furthermore, the affinity of HA to the CD44 receptor which is overexpressed in various tumor cells makes HA an important means of cancer targeted drug delivery. Current trends and development of HA as a tool for drug delivery will be outlined in this review.

치킨 리뷰의 이면: 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 리뷰의 탐색적 분석을 중심으로 (BEHIND CHICKEN RATINGS: An Exploratory Analysis of Yogiyo Reviews Through Text Mining)

  • 코로나 19의 영향으로 배달앱 시장이 빠르게 성장하며, 리뷰와 평점이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 그러나 급격하게 늘어난 리뷰와 평점의 신뢰도에 의문이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 리뷰와 평점을 탐색적으로 분석하여 배달앱 리뷰의 신뢰도와 유용성을 파악하고, 이를 높일 방법을 탐구하였다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 사용하여 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요기요와 네이버 지도, 구글 지도의 음식점 평점을 분석한 결과, 요기요는 가장 우편향된 평점 분포를 보여주었다. 둘째, 요기요의 세부 평점 요인(맛, 양, 배달)간에는 모두 강한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 이는 부정 리뷰의 단어 분석에서도 드러났다. 셋째, 리뷰의 극성에 따라 사용되는 품사와 형태소의 비율이 달랐다. 넷째, 전체 리뷰 데이터에서 367개의 부정어를 선별한 후, 이를 분류하여 치킨 전용 부정어 사전을 제작하였다. 본 연구는 치킨 리뷰의 탐색적 분석을 통해 앞으로 배달앱 리뷰에 대한 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.

  • Mucosal administration of drug or therapeutic gene is emerging as a new route of delivery for systemic and local therapeutics. Previously. in situ gelling system has been applied to chemical drug such as acetaminophen. insulin. prostaglandin E1. and clotrimazole. Plasmid DNA has not been delivered in form of in situ gelling vehicles. Low-frequency Ultrasound Enhanced Transdermal Drug Delivery Across Rat Skin

  • The primary aim of this study was to investigate the enhancement effect of low-frequency ultrasound on skin permeation. In vitro permeation experiments were performed using Franz modified diffusion cells with ketoprofen as model drug. The effect of various ultrasound factors-ultrasound application mode (continuous mode and discontinuous mode), ultrasound intensity (0.26 $W/cm^2$, and 0.29 $W/cm^2$) and duty cycle (3%, 16%, 50%, and 83%) were studied. The highest permeation was observed at 0.29 $W/cm^2$ intensity, 50% duty cycle, and discontinuous mode. The result suggested the feasibility of low frequency ultrasound application for the phonophoretic transdermal drug delivery system.

개인혁신성과 자기효능감이 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Intention to Use Mobile Delivery Application Services, Depending on Personal Innovativeness and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 서비스에 대한 사용자의 개인적 특성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고 검증하였다. 이를 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 연구모형으로 채택하고, 모바일 배달 어플리케이션 사용자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 먼저, 개인혁신성은 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유희성에, 자기효능감은 인지된 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 유희성은 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인혁신성과 자기효능감은 서비스 이용의도에 유의한 간접효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 향후 모바일 배달 앱 서비스 개발에 있어 사용자의 개인적 특성과 서비스에 대한 인식을 고려한다면, 사용자의 자발적이고 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있음을 시사한다.

The efficacy of mobile application use on recall of surgical risks in nasal bone fracture reduction surgery

  • Background: The number of surgical risks recalled by a patient after surgery can be used as a parameter for assessing how well the patient has understood the informed consent process. No study has investigated the usefulness of a self-developed mobile application in the traditional informed consent process in patients with a nasal bone fracture. This study aimed to investigate whether delivery of information, such as surgical risks, through a mobile application is more effective than delivery of information through only verbal means and a paper. Methods: This prospective, randomized study included 60 patients with a nasal bone fracture. The experimental group (n=30) received preoperative explanation with the traditional informed consent process in addition to a mobile application, while the control group (n=30) received preoperative explanation with only the traditional informed consent process. Four weeks after surgery, the number of recalled surgical risks was compared for analysis. The following six surgical risks were explained: pain, bleeding, nasal deformity, numbness, nasal obstruction, and nasal cartilage necrosis. Results: The mean number of recalled surgical risks among all patients was $1.58{\pm}0.56$. The most frequently recalled surgical risk was nasal deformity in both groups. The mean number of recalled surgical risks was $1.72{\pm}0.52$ in the experimental group and $1.49{\pm}0.57$ in the control group. There was a significant association between mobile application use and the mean number of recalled surgical risks (p=0.047). Age, sex, and the level of education were not significantly associated with the mean number of recalled surgical risks. Conclusion: This study found that a mobile application could contribute to the efficient delivery of information during the informed consent process. With further improvement, it could be used in other plastic surgeries and other surgeries, and such an application can potentially be used for explaining risks as well as delivering other types of information.

Iontophoresis Enhances Transdermal Delivery of Methylene Blue in Rat Skin (I): The Effect of Current Application Duration

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study were to determine the enhancing effect of iontophoresis method as it transdermally deliver methylene blue (MB) using visual examination, in terms of penetration depth and tissue distribution in the skin, and to determine the effect of application duration on the efficacy of iontophoresis. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5-, 10-, 20-, and 40-minute groups. These rats were exposed to either topical or anodic iontophoresis of 1% MB using a direct current of $0.5mA/cm^2$ for 5, 10, 20, and 40 minutes. Using cryosections of rat tissues, the penetration depth of MB was measured using light microscopy. Results: Significant differences in the penetration depth (F=54.20, p<0.001) were detected among the four groups. Post hoc comparisons of the penetration depth of MB data pooled across groups showed no significant difference between all topical application groups and 5-minute iontophoresis group, but did reveal a significant difference in the penetration depth between all topical application groups and 5-minute iontophoresis group versus 10-minute group, between the 10-minute and 20-minute group, and between the 20-minute and 40-minute iontophoresis group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results demonstrate that iontophoresis enhances transdermal delivery of MB across stratum corneum of skin barrier by visual examination. Furthermore, the penetration depth of iontophoretic transdermal delivery of MB was dependent on the application duration. The duration of iontophoresis is one of the important factor in the efficacy of iontophoresis application.
