The purpose of this study is to find and improve service failure modes at the time of customer's complaint thereby reducing that. To achieve this purpose, this study combines the Service Blueprint which describes the online shopping process and FMEA which finds each encounter of service failures and proposes how to recover them. First of all this study generates internet shopping process using Service Blueprint then matches customer's purchase decision making process and company's service provide process. After this process customer complaint types in real purchasing process are fell in according to their occurrence and more frequently occurred complaint is more risky. Finally 6 Risk Priority Numbers(unfair exchange/return policies, slow response/poor customer service support, purchase arrived later than promised/deliverly service dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction short period to take back/exchange/cancels order, A/S or handle defective item) are extracted and suggest their improvement.

  • Recently, mobile marketing is becoming one of the major topics of interest to the marketing discipline. Emerging from rapid developments in mobile technology, it has created opportunities for new and innovative mobile services. Also, it is enabling to conduct always-on connections that consumers can interact anytime and anywhere. Especially, mobile devices place themselves to the core means of mobile-commerce which to execute a function as a distribution channel in mobile environments. Although the adoption researches about innovative services or technologies had executed in marketing areas over the past decades, most researches just expanded or modified existing theories and explanation models. There has been little study on the comprehensive and systematic review of adoption process. Therefore, it deserves to be considered prior usage experiences of the existing channels(CL) and attractiveness of the new channel(CLalt) based on social exchange theory. In order to address this void, this study unifies components of perceived attributes in the each dimensions (ie. benefit, cost, and risk dimensions) and explores prior usage experiences of the existing channels on adoption intention in electronic financial service channels through developing comprehensive model and employing empirical test for the hierarchy of effects model. Based on these empirical results, this study suggests managerial implications for new channel management in electronic financial service areas by focusing on the prior usage experiences of the existing objects on adoption intention and perceived attributes of ubiquitous-based mobile service channel.

  • This study was intended to investigate the attributes of the Internet shopping mall and to examine the effects of each attribute on the consumer purchase intention. 279 valid responses of total 300 questionnaire were used for the analysis of this study. Both the exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to evaluate the conceptual validity and internal coherence of the determining variables and the use intention. The factor analysis resulted in identifying the five factors of the Internet shopping mall and on the multiple regression analysis, three of the five identified factors were found to affect significantly the purchase intention. According to the verified results interactivity(t=4.384) was found to affect positively the use intention, while privacy risk(t=-2.985) and delivery risk(t=-2.257) were found to affect negatively the purchase intention. Managerial suggestions are recommended as the results of analysis. It is urgently necessary for decreasing countermeasures delivery risk and privacy risk to enhance purchase intention of customers in internet shopping malls. Especially obtaining more information on consumers gives short-term advantages to marketers, perceived slackness in privacy will hinder purchase intention in internet shopping malls in the long run by causing distrust of consumers. Other limitations and future research directions are also mentioned.

  • This study is based on the information security management system, the threat from mobile office, mobile office configuration item type, vulnerability analysis and control at the level of the current possibilities for technology to its purpose. To perform exploratory study for mobile Office to target the new technology, we were used the integrated research methods such as the documentary survey, expert FGI and real user's survey. To identify the main risk areas of mobile office services, we develop the mobile service layer model that separated the place, terminal, network, server according to service deliverly system. Finally, the result of survey for threats and vulnerabilities showed that the control of the terminal of user is a significant.
