인지메카니즘 내에서의 영재성의 이해: 보편적이고 통일된 새로운 영재에 대한 정의 (Understanding Giftedness in a Cognitive Mechanism: A Candidate for a Universally Agreed Definition of Giftedness)

  • 이 논문은 인지메카니즘으로부터 도출된 새로운 영재에 대한 정의를 제시하고 있다. 그 메커니즘은 인지구성요소들이 기능적으로 어떻게 서로 관련되어 있고 어떻게 서로 협동적으로 작용하여 사회적 환경에 다양한 인지현상들을 창조해 내는가를 설명하고 있다. 저자는 보편적이고 통일된 정의를 위해서는 영재성이 사회적 문화적 상황에 존재하는 모든 인지현상들의 원인적 존재인 인간의 인지메카니즘에서 이해되어야 한다고 주장한다. 인지메카니즘에서 도출된 영재의 개념에 의하면 영재는 전체 세계에 대한 단순하고 근본적인 분야 통합적 지식을 형성하는 능력이다. 새로 도출된 영재의 개념에 따른 영재성 판별 방법도 제시했다.

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to lay the groundwork for understanding the details and scope of the legal definition of medicinal products, following the changes in the relevant laws and regulations. This will let readers properly understand the origins of the ongoing conflicts on herbal drugs and new drugs from natural products that are present in the medical field and the medical industry. Possible solutions are proposed in the end. Method : I analyzed the changes in definition of medicinal products since 1945 that have been used in relevant laws and regulations(i.e. Pharmaceutical Affairs Act) and drug approval process(i.e. New Drug Application and Investigational New Drug Application). Results : Legal definition of medicinal products has changed in accordance with the changes in the pharmaceutical industry, such as the establishment of dualistic medical and pharmaceutical System and the introduction of the substance patent. Due to those changes, boundaries of Western medicinal products and health food expanded, while those of herbal medicine products relatively downscaled. Conclusion : Legal definition of medicinal products-i.e. Herbal Drugs, Crude Drugs, and New Drugs from Natural Products-should be reestablished according to academic legitimacy and dualistic medical and pharmaceutical System.

  • Along with the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology, artificial intelligence technology is also being used in the field of systems engineering. This study analyzed the development status of artificial intelligence technology in the areas of systems engineering core processes such as stakeholder needs and requirements definition, system requirement analysis, and system architecture definition, and presented future technology development directions. In the definition of stakeholder needs and requirements, technology development is underway to compensate for the shortcomings of the existing requirement extraction methods. In the field of system requirement analysis, technology for automatically checking errors in individual requirements and technology for analyzing categories of requirements are being developed. In the field of system architecture definition, a technology for automatically generating architectures for each system sector based on requirements is being developed. In this study, these contents were summarized and future development directions were presented.

  • 이 논문에서는 초등학교 고학년 주요 수학 교육내용인 각기둥의 정의가 교수요목기부터 2015 개정 교육과정기까지 변화해온 모습을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 정의 방법을 외연적, 내포적, 동의적 방법으로 구분하고 각각의 방법이 매 교육과정에서 어떻게 쓰였는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 9종류의 각기둥 정의를 추출하였으며, 이러한 경향에서 교수학적 시사점을 찾았다. 특히 여러 각기둥의 정의에 대해 수준을 부여해 보았으며, 이 수준에 비추어 최근 교과서에 등장한 각기둥 정의에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

  • This study describes process and method to establish concurrent and/or sequential schedule planning for the system design process of the EIA632 standard. For this purpose, the study suggest Process and method that are context analysis of standard process, interface definition from activity decomposition, integration of related activities, and definition of concurrent and/or sequential work flow. The proposed process and method will contribute to minimize time loss that is emerged from activities iteration.

  • SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) can be a technique to make compassable software from mapping business service to software component. To support effective SOA, it is important that services have to be defined or classified more independently for dynamic and reusable composition. Several methods have been issued but no ways to defined service granularities, service type or service unit. In this paper we introduce 3 level views, service level, service granularity to reuse effectively. And, we suggest service definition guidelines using them.

  • In this paper, motivated by [1] and [7] we give a sequential definition of conditional Wiener integral and then use this definition to evaluate conditional Wiener integral of several functions on C [0, T]. The sequential definition is defined as the limit of a sequence of finite dimensional Lebesgue integrals. Thus the evaluation of conditional Wiener integrals involves no integrals in function space [cf, 5].

  • This paper will describe integrated system design process and its application. Integrated design process is performed activities concurrently and sequentially for product development.   • A novel definition for fuzzy mathematical morphology is described The generalized-mean operator plays the key role for this definition. Several hard constraints for standard generalized-mean have been eliminated. Complete mathematical description for obtaining fuzzy erosion and dilation is provided. The definitions are well suited for neural network implementation. Therefore, the parameters for the fuzzy definition can be optimized using neural network learning paradigm.
