본 연구는 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크 체계 사업의 사례를 통해 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼에서 규정하고 있는 무기체계 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험이 정의되기 전에 획득한 소프트웨어 자산을 안정적으로 무기체계에 통합하는 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 무기체계 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험에 대한 개요와 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크체계 사업의 특성에 따른 신뢰성시험 적용의 문제점을 기술하고, 각 문제점에 대한 사업의 결정안과 이를 통한 기대 효과를 기술한다.

국방 및 군사시설 프로젝트에서는 설계변경으로 인한 계약금액 조정은 공사 비용의 증가와 공사 기간의 연장 등에 직접 또는 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 또한, 이는 군과 계약 당사자 간 의견 차이와 갈등으로 이어지기도 한다. 본 사례연구는 서울과 경기도 남부지역에서 육군, 해군, 해병대, 공군의 국방 및 군사시설 사업을 통합 관리하는 경기남부시설단 추진사업을 분석한 것이다. 본 사례연구는 공사가 완료된 388건의 프로젝트 중 설계변경이 이루어진 103건을 표본으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 프로젝트의 완결에서 발생하는 설계변경 비율 등에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하고자 하였다. 본 사례연구는 기획재정부 계약예규 공사계약 일반조건에서 규정하는 설계변경 발생 원인별로 표본을 분류하고, 각각의 원인별로 발생률에 따른 순위를 부여하였다. 또한, 각각의 설계변경 발생 원인별 세부 요인을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 설계변경 발생 원인에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한, 사례연구는 군의 원천자료 접근에 제한성이 있는 특수성을 고려해 볼 때, 국방 및 군사시설 사업에서 설계변경을 최소화되도록 하는데 기여 할 것을 기대한다. 아울러, 설계변경에 따른 계약금액 조정 등에 관한 후속 연구 등에 실증적으로 유용할 것이다.

The most change in this century is supposed to be declination of ideology, and block of world economy. Addition to down full of cold war atmosphere around Northeast Asia, not only economic and social mood in this region is dramatically changed, but also it gave birth to the block of Northeast economy that accerlated new hub of world economy. According to dramatic change of economic surroundings the dynamic potential of growth in this region will be guided to enlarge inter-regional trade and increase volume of trade, thus suggests to grow steadily transportation. cargos in this region will have to arrange the system of delivery and inner transportation, accessary facilities, inter-regional harbors if North America and EC has connected easily. As have accerlated GATT and UR represented multilateralism and regionalism, it has regulated to increase trades of region due to relief of the trade barrier through specific areas has agreed with separately. The flow of regionalism of world economy has appeared to realize EC and NAFTA centered U.S.A, and also has presented to free trade region or one-size market agreement in Asia as APEC, EAEG in Malaysia, and etc. In defense to this block and internationalism of world economy, Pusan has to come forward to the hub of Northeast others has proposed a project to dominate the Northeast, Economy Association Agreement as Far East comprehensive development project in USSR, Hunchun development project in NK, and East Sea development project in PRC, Niigate regional development in Japan, Duman River development project in NK, and East Sea development project in Korea. As this exercise has proceed, Pusan also have arranged development strategy definitely and prepared provisions systematically. Engaging to participate center of delivery system is meant to be completed complex functions, namely the transfer storage processing & assembly function of international commodity. Pusan has ability to be terminal point of TSR. it had been connected to EC as the biggest economy block and TKR as complex transportation root to Far East, it would be the center of inground and seabase delivery terminal to Rotterdom as the biggest container pier and major piers to North-East and South East Asia. In order to provide a Role of 21 century's internationalization, Pusan has appealed to participate in management information research and development connected to Pohang-Ulsan-Changwon-Masan, and has utilized efficiently the resources such as man, material, money and information.

Viral load and the duration of viral shedding of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) are important determinants of the transmission of coronavirus disease 2019. In this study, we examined the effects of viral doses on the lung and spleen of K18-hACE2 transgenic mice by temporal histological and transcriptional analyses. Approximately, 1×10⁵ plaque-forming units (PFU) of SARS-CoV-2 induced strong host responses in the lungs from 2 days post inoculation (dpi) which did not recover until the mice died, whereas responses to the virus were obvious at 5 days, recovering to the basal state by 14 dpi at 1×10² PFU. Further, flow cytometry showed that number of CD8+ T cells continuously increased in 1×10² PFU-virus-infected lungs from 2 dpi, but not in 1×10⁵ PFU-virus-infected lungs. In spleens, responses to the virus were prominent from 2 dpi, and number of B cells was significantly decreased at 1×10⁵ PFU; however, 1×1² PFU of virus induced very weak responses from 2 dpi which recovered by 10 dpi. Although the defense responses returned to normal and the mice survived, lung histology showed evidence of fibrosis, suggesting sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our findings indicate that specific effectors of the immune response in the lung and spleen were either increased or depleted in response to doses of SARS-CoV-2. This study demonstrated that the response of local and systemic immune effectors to a viral infection varies with viral dose, which either exacerbates the severity of the infection or accelerates its elimination.

국가안보와 산업경쟁력 강화를 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 민 군겸용기술사업은 효율성 부족과 추진실적 저조로 새로운 개선방안이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 그 원인을 선진국과 비교 분석하여 각 사업별 문제점 및 개선점을 도출하고, 민군겸용기술사업의 활성화를 위한 세부 사업별 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 우리나라의 무기체계와 산업구조의 특성을 고려한 범정부차원의 정책을 수립하고 활성화 프로그램을 계획해야 한다. 이를 근간으로, 겸용기술개발은 기술수준 조사와 연계하여 필요 핵심기술을 선 개발하고, 기술교류 사업은 민간 및 국방 분야의 모든 기술자료를 연계할 수 있는 통합정보 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 또한 사이버 기술거래시장과 국방벤처센터를 활용하여 기술이전사업을 촉진하고, '국가 규격 및 표준정보체계'를 조속히 구축하여 규격통일화 사업을 확대해 나가야 한다.

Earned Value Management System(EVMS)은 최근 건설 프로젝트를 관리하는데 매우 유용한 도구로 인식되고 있으며, 정부차원에서 적극적으로 도입을 검토하고 있는 선진 관리기법이다. 이 EVMS는 미국방성에 의해 1960년대부터 프로젝트의 효율적인 관리를 위해 개발된 C/SCSC에 기반을 두고 있으며, 국내외에서 정부발주공사뿐만 아니라 민간발주의 건설프로젝트를 관리하는 도구로 활용하기 위해 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공정관리 프로그램과 복합작업모델(Workpackaging model)을 바탕으로 건설프로젝트의 EV계획과 분석이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록, 제조업의 재고관리모형중의 한 형태로 조립제품의 자원운영계획을 수립하는데 우수한 기법으로 알려진 MRP기법을 활용하여 EVMS가 건설현장에서 보다 용이하고, 효과적으로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

전장 환경에서 점차 네트워크의 중요성이 확대되고 있다. 시간이 지날수록 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크 체계에서 사용하는 전술데이터링크의 종류가 많아지고 있으며 그만큼 전술데이터링크 시스템을 탑재한 군의 무기체계가 증가하고 있다. 광범위해지는 전장에 안정적인 소프트웨어를 제공하기 위해 철저한 품질 검증이 요구된다. 본 연구는 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크 체계사업의 안정성 검증을 위해 리눅스 컨테이너 환경을 이용하여 최소한의 물리적 공간과 하드웨어 자원으로 다양한 모의시험을 수행하는 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 통해 유사한 성격의 리눅스 기반 체계사업에서도 한정된 시험환경에서 최대한의 시험 역량을 확보하여 보다 높은 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하는데 기여하고자 한다.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a highly transmissible and potentially fatal virus. So far, most comprehensive analyses encompassing clinical and transcriptional manifestation have concentrated on the lungs. Here, we confirmed evident signs of viral infection in the lungs and spleen of SARS-CoV-2-infected K18-hACE2 mice, which replicate the phenotype and infection symptoms in hospitalized humans. Seven days post viral detection in organs, infected mice showed decreased vital signs, leading to death. Bronchopneumonia due to infiltration of leukocytes in the lungs and reduction in the spleen lymphocyte region were observed. Transcriptome profiling implicated the meticulous regulation of distress and recovery from cytokine-mediated immunity by distinct immune cell types in a time-dependent manner. In lungs, the chemokine-driven response to viral invasion was highly elevated at 2 days post infection (dpi). In late infection, diseased lungs, post the innate immune process, showed recovery signs. The spleen established an even more immediate line of defense than the lungs, and the cytokine expression profile dropped at 7 dpi. At 5 dpi, spleen samples diverged into two distinct groups with different transcriptome profile and pathophysiology. Inhibition of consecutive host cell viral entry and massive immunoglobulin production and proteolysis inhibition seemed that one group endeavored to survive, while the other group struggled with developmental regeneration against consistent viral intrusion through the replication cycle. Our results may contribute to improved understanding of the longitudinal response to viral infection and development of potential therapeutics for hospitalized patients affected by SARS-CoV-2.

The innate immune response which is seen as the initial defense mechanism induced upon foreign invasion has been well documented in higher vertebrates. This has also been observed in fish infected with NNV. However, the fish immune system based on fully established genome project has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, in this review, we hope to correlate NNV infection in fish that has devastated the aquaculture industry, to its host immune system. Further, we discuss the potential preventive measures in overcoming the widespread of this neurodisease.

The purpose of this project is the presentation of new method for selection of a scalar control of linear time-periodic system. The approach has been proposed by Radziszewski and Zaleski [4] and utilizes the quadratic form of Lyapunov function. The system under consideration is assigned either in closed-loop state or in modal variables as in Calico, Wiesel [1]. The case of scalar control is considered, the gain matrix being assumed to be at worst periodic with the system period T, each element being represented by a Fourier series. As the optimal gain matrix we consider the matrix ensuring the minimum value of the larger real part of the two Poincare exponents of the system. The method, based on two-step optimization procedure, allows to find the approximate optimal gain matrix. At present state of art determination of the gain matrix for this case has been done by systematic numerical search procedure, at each step of which the Floquet solution must be found.
