When sewage sludge is treated by cornposting, higher moisture content and lower C/N ratio on sewage sludge is problems. This paper project to alesolve two problems. The almost trends in run 3 of MC 70% are similar to these in run 1 and 4 of MC 65%. A retention time of the highest temperature (>50$\circ$C) and increase rate of temperature in run 3 are an affinity to these in run 4. Particularly, decrease rate of temperature in run 3 is slower than others and this data shows the more activity of thermal microbial in run 3 than that in others. C/N ratio trends in run 3 shows slow reaction in initial stage but, after 9 days, is similar to that in run 1 and 4. Carbon trends in each run are a similarity to C/N ratio trends. Temperature, MC, carbon and C/N ratio trends in run 5, whose C/N ratio is 15, show less microbial activity than that in run 6, whose C/N ratio is 20. But temperature increase of the beginning stage and pH of the final stage in run 5 are greater than that in run 6. Final MC and carbon content in run 5 and 6 have a similar values. That is, final MC in run 5 and 6 is 49.39% and 48.97% and final carbon content in each run is 25.15% and 22.20%. Expecially, a temperature increase and C/N ratio decrease rate of the beginning stage in run 5 are greater than these in run 6. This shows the shorter lag time in run 5 than lag time in run 6.
Effect of Butachlor(2-chloro-2, 6-diethyl N-(buthoxymethyl) acetanilide), Nitrofen(2,4-dichloro-4-nitrodiphenyl ether), Benthiocarb+Simetryne(s-(4-chlorobenzyl)-N, N-diethylthiocarbamate $7\%$+2-methylthio-4, 6-bis(ethylamino)-s-triazine $1.5\%)$, Propanil (3,4-dichloropropionanilide), and Perfluidone {1. 1. 1-trifluoro-N, N-(2-methyl-4-(phenylsulfonyl) Pheny1) methanesulfon amide} on urea hydrolysis and subsequent nitrification was investigated in a flooded soil incubated at $24\pm1^{\circ}C$ for 9 weeks. 1. Butachlor and Perfluidone at the rate of 1,440 and 1,200g, ai/10a, respectively, slightly inhibited the early stage of urea decomposition, and caused a slight decrease in the production of ammomium, which, however, was recovered readily. 2. Propanil at the rate of 2,800g, ai/10a imhibited the first stage of nitrification, and brought about a slight increase in the ammonium conentration and a decrease in the concentration of nitrite and nitrate. This inhibitive effect was a little more evident at higher concentration of applied nitrogen. The other herbicides caused no inhibition of urea decomposition and subsequent nitrification even at the highest rate of application. 3. pH and Eh of the soil were not significantly affected by the herbicides tested.

In this paper, we propose a method for joining mobile nodes in wireless sensor networks using hysteresis features. It is possible to use static hysteresis, whereby joining and withdrawal are carried out repeatedly when a mobile node is located at boundary points. The energy consumption of the nodes can be effectively managed by a decrease in the response packets of the neighbors under the joining requests of the mobile nodes. However, static hysteresis causes a decrease in the joining rate. In order to increase the joining rate, dynamic hysteresis is used. To evaluate the performance of the proposed technique, the joining rate is investigated and analyzed. Simulation results show that the proposed method enables efficient joining according to the mobility of nodes in wireless sensor networks.
The Hydraulically driven test system and ${\Phi}100mm$ split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) test device were employed to research the quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties of concrete specimens which has been immersed for 60 days in sodium sulfate (group S1) and sodium chloride (group S2) solution, the evolution of their mass during corrosive period was explored at the same time, and the mechanism of performances lost was analyzed from the microscopic level by using scanning electron microscope. Results of the experimental indicated that: their law of mass both presents the trend of continuous rising during corrosive period, and it increases rapidly on the early days, the mass growth of group S1 and group S2 in first 7 days are 76.78% and 82.82% of their total increment respectively; during the corrosive period, the quasi-static compressive strength of specimens in two groups are significantly decreased, both of which present the trend of increase first and then decrease, the maximum growth rate of group S1 and group S2 are 7.52% and 12.71% respectively, but they are only 76.23% and 82.84% of specimens which under normal environment (group N) on day 60; after immersed for 60 days, there were different decrease to dynamic compressive strength and specific energy absorption, and so as their strain rate sensitivities. So the high salinity environment has a significant effect of weaken the quasi-static and dynamic mechanical performance of concrete.

The effectiveness of a double-tube heat exchanger has been investigated experimentally. This problem is of particular interest in the design of the heat exchanger in a hydrogen liquefaction system. Temperature, pressure, and mass flow rate for hydrogen were measured both in inner tube and in annulus of a double-tube heat exchanger. The effectiveness could be evaluated from the measured temperature and mass flow rate. It is found that the effectiveness increases with an increase in the heat transfer area of a double-tube heat exchanger and with a decrease of the heat capacity ratio. But the increase rate of the effectiveness decreased with a decrease of the heat capacity ratio. Therefore, it is presented that a criterion for selecting the heat exchanger length and heat capacity ratio to obtain the effectiveness required in a hydrogen liquefaction system.
It is very important to find out how to economically recycle waste tyres thrown away from the industry to the field. This one is also consistent with environmentally-friend policy. Many papers have been produced for focusing on the strength using waste-tyre material. Now, many kind of particle sizes of waste-tyre material are being produced in Korea, with support of the government. This study is to figure out how much the waste tyre mixing concrete resists against temperature at fire and how much decrease rate it shows. All the result are compared here in order to find out the way to applicate it to the practical structure for this area. The mixing proportion rate is selected with an experience and try-and error method. Eventually some of distinctive results are mentioned in the conclusion. The waste tyre concrete heated with $600^{\circ}C$ temperature was almost no change of its strength comparing with the normal one.

In this paper, we studied the effects of intersection angles of the flow-foucusing type droplet generation device inlet channel on droplet diameter using numerical simulation modeling. We modeled different intersection angles with a fixed continuous channel width, dispersed channels width, orifices width, and expansion channels width. Numerical simulations were performed using COMSOL Multiphysics$^{(R)}$ to solve the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations for a two-phase flow in various flow-focusing geometries. Modeling results showed that an increase of the intersection angle causes an increase in the modification of the dispersed flow rate ($v^{\prime}{_d}$), and the increase of the modification of the continuous flow rate ($v^{\prime}{_c}$) obstructs the dispersed phase fluid flow, thereby reducing the droplet diameter. However, the droplet diameter did not decrease, even when the intersection angle increased. The droplet diameter decreased when the intersection angle was less than $90^{\circ}$, increased at an intersection angle of $90^{\circ}$, and decreased when the intersection angle was more than $90^{\circ}$. Furthermore, when the intermediate energy deceased, there was a decrease in the droplet diameter when the intersection angle increased. Therefore, variations in the droplet diameter can be used to change the intersection angle and fluid flow rate.
The possession rate of residential telephones tend to decrease as mobile phones are widely spread. There is also a decrease in the access rate of the qualified respondents due to the low rate of phone book registration and that of house owner's presence at home. Such a change in telephone survey environment calls for another survey-channel which makes good use of new telecommunication services. In this paper, a mobile survey system was designed and performed by the use of SMS (Short Message Service) which is a kind of mobile data communication service. The system draws the sample by using random digit sampling based on 'quota allocation', and sends the SMS to the sample according to the arranged scheduler. Then, the survey-panel which received the SMS connects to the responding server by pressing the 'send' button (which is connected by the callback number), responding to the question. As a result, the responding value is stored in the database and is analyzed in real-time. This system is distinguished from other research methodologies for its simplicity in data collection, its inexpensive research price, and the innovatively low research time.
This study analyzes the effects of the obsolescence assets on the asymmetry of costs. Cost asymmetry refers to a lower percentage of costs when sales fall than increases in costs when sales increase. the obsolescence asset induces various decisions, including high maintenance costs and management improvements and replacement of facilities. This study is to analyze the cost behavior according to those decisions. The analysis showed that the higher the obsolescence of assets rate, we found cost elasticity, with a greater reduction in costs when sales decrease than the increase in costs when sales increase. Second, the lower the cost will not appear as the obsolescence of assets rate increases in case that the concentration of an item of property, plant and equipment is high, and when sales decrease. The above result means that the obsolescence of assets rate acts as operating risk and thus operates resources flexibly according to changes in sales, but when the concentration of property, plant and equipment is high, the decision-making constraint make it difficult for the flexible operation.
