  • Complex ethical issues of Emergency Medical Techinician (EMT) out-of hospital emergency medical scene and the ER (Emergency Room) behaviors were studied. The survey was conducted by 500 EMT group members working in the field of ambulance work and general hospital and it was about their work ethics, discussions and solutions about the transferred patients, and ethics regarding Do Not Attempt Resuscitate (DNAR). The survey includes work ethics, awareness about the target job, a discussion on the transfer of patients, measures, and deathbed. Discussions about the patient's condition and diagnosis results were majorly absent during patient transportation at the emergency care scene. More than 90% of emergency care transfer were inappropriate. Sometimes, EMT working in the field facing morally unethical problems beyond their responsibility. When EMT, who can not make death diagnosis, received deathbed related DNAR issues, they gone through severe ethical conflicts. The institutional support and therapy for EMT was weak. In Korea, especially in the accident site, ethical issues education is more needed than DNAR prevalence of education and guidance. If ethics training and guidance are given to EMT, a lot of moral errors in the field can be resolved.

  • Purpose: This paper is for the improvement of the safety education system in the construction industry, which has become a great threat to domestic industrial safety. Among the industrial sectors, the accident rate and death rate in the construction industry are the highest, and measures for falls in the litigation work are needed. Method: The application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) resulted in the following conclusions. Results: The management group of the construction industry was divided into a group of on-site workers. In addition, the practical education system was reviewed by analyzing differences in perceptions of safety education. The survey results of the two groups were analyzed through AHP by dividing the construction safety education system into three layers. Conclusion: The results showed that managers showed a great deal of importance, such as actual conditions for implementation related to education, while on-site workers indicated importance for items that were somewhat site-oriented compared to managers. In addition, the two groups did not place much weight on the effectiveness of AR and VR, which have been expanding into safety education recently.

  • This study focuses on the funeral rites for Queen Wongyeong during the early Joseon period as part of a review of the changes in the state funeral system and ceremonial procedures. Conducted by the king in his role as chief mourner, the state funeral for King Taejong's wife Queen Wongyeong that emerged during the 2nd year of King Sejong marked the first example recorded in the sillok (Annals of the Joseon Dynasty) of the three year-mourning rite being applied. In terms of the clothing for the state funeral, the significance of Jolgok (a rite conducted on the 100th day following the day of death) was emphasized, while the existing yeokwolje (period of wearing mourning clothes, one month was equated with one day) was abandoned. The existing temporary office system for state funerals was reorganized into a three-office system consisting of the Binjeon dogam (Office for Chapel of Rest), Gukjang dogam (Office for Funeral Rites), and Salleung dogam (Office for the Establishment of Royal Tombs). Buddhism-related rites greatly decreased and were increasingly regulated. The ceremonial procedures were also modified in accordance with the rites directly conducted by the king during the three-year mourning period. The basic pattern of the ceremonial procedure consisted of kneeling / wailing - salute - kneeling/ wailing, and, based on the wuje (rites to console the deceased), was divided into 'make offerings to the deceased' (奠, jeon) and 'hold a memorial service for the deceased' (祭, je). This reflected the differing perceptions of jeon (奠) and je (祭) following the establishment of auspicious rites (gillye) during the reign of King Taejong. In short, the state funeral for Queen Wongyeong provides materials with which to analyze the establishment of the funeral rites and ceremonial procedures designed based on the actual three-year mourning period observed by the king, study the ritual ceremonies conducted during the ancient period, as well as foster an understanding of ancient systems.

  • About 10% of trees damaged by the development projects are to be transplanted when conducting the Environmental Impact Assessment. However, various problems have been raised during transplantation. In this study, we confirm the stakeholder's perceptions of the problems that occur during transplantation. The survey was conducted from October 9 to 25, 2020. Among the stakeholder groups, 36 respondents participated in the consulting institute group, 44 from the review institute group, and 83 from the developer·agency group (total of 163). All three groups responded that it was necessary to transplant some of the damaged trees even if the development charge increased because the damage caused by the development project was serious. The most serious problem was 'high mortality'. The response rate was high that all three groups should plant the same species with the same quantity as an alternative method in case of withering. In order to reduce the mortality rate, small-sized trees were transplanted and transplanted trees were expanded to include planted species and landscape trees. In addition, the number of transplanted trees was high in response to calculating the transplantratio to the number of native tree damaged. The percentage of respondents who said that it was necessary to allocate a separate manager was also high. The results will be used as basic data to improve problems that occur during transplantation of damaged trees.

  • Kim Yoo-shin was highly evaluated in Silla, not only when he was alive, but also after his death. When he was alive, he was regarded as one of the best servants who accomplished the task of 'Iltong-Samhan' by supporting KiIng Tae-jong and King Mun-mu. Kim Yoo-shin was recognized as 'good servant' or 'sacred servant' who helped King Tae-jong even after he died. In addition, he was revered as 'two adults' with King Mun-moo. He was awarded the title of 'The Great King Heung-mu'. In the Goryeo period, it was supported as a national sacrifice in the shrine of Mt. Taeryeng of Jinchon. Kim Yoo-shin was regarded as a person who achieved great success with the absolute trust of King Tae-jong and King Mun-mu. In addition, Yoon-gwan recognized Kim Yoo-shin as a general who caused many miracles. Lee Seung-hyeo said that Kim Yoo-shin had a mysterious Military-Strategy Book and excelled in martial arts. Even during the Joseon Dynasty, the evaluation of Kim Yu-shin's success had been continued due to the absolute trusting relationship between King Taejong or King Mun-moo and his retainer Kim Yoo-shin. Kim Yoo-shin was either the representative of Silla's martial or the most outstanding figure in the entire history of the Silla Dynasty. Furthermore, he was recognized as a person with competence and aptitude comparable to Chinese characters. Kim Yoo-shin was superior in military strategy. Kim Yoo-shin was evaluated as a representative of martial in Korea's history. From a neo-Confucian point of view, they evaluated him as a loyal person through Kim's achievements.

  • Cyber singer appeared in the late 1990s has disappeared briefly appeared. although a few attempts in the 2000s, it did not show significant successes. cyber singer was born thanks to the technical development of the IT industry and the emergence of an idol training system in the music industry. It was developed by Vocaloid 'Seeyou' starting from 'Adam'. cyber singer that differenatiated typical digital characters in a cartoon or game may be subject to idolize to the music as a medium. They also feature forming a plurality of fandom. therefore, such attempts and repeated failures, this could be considered a fashion, but it flew content creation and ongoing attempts to take advantage of the new media, such as Vocaloid can see that there are expectations for a true Cyber-born singer. Early-Cyber singer is made only resemble human appearance, but 'Sciart' and 'Seeyou' has been evolving to becoming more like the human capabilities. in this paper, stylized cyber singer had disappeared in the past in the process of developing the technology to evolve into own artificial life does not end in failure cases, gradually led to a change in public perceptions of the image look looking machine was an attempt in that sense. With the direction of the evolution of the mechanical function to obtain a human, fun and human exchanges and mutual feelings. And it is equipped with an artificial life form that evolved with it only in appearance and function. in order to support this logic, I refer to the study of the coevolution of man and machine at every Bruce Mazlish. And, I have analyzed the evolution of cyber singer Bruce research from the perspective of the development process since the late 1990s, the planning of the eight singers who have appeared and design of the cyber character and important voices to be evaluated as a singer (vocal). The machine has been evolving coevolution with humans. cyber singer ambivalent development targets are recognized, but strive to become the new artificial creatures of horror idea of human desire and death continues. therefore, the new Cyber-organisms are likely to be the same style as 'Seeyou'. because, cartoon forms and whirring voice may not be in the form of a signifier is the real human desires, but this is because the contemporary public's desire to be desired and the technical development of this type can be created at the point where the cross-signifier.
