In this paper, I purpose one of the development methods for portable Automatic field Test Equipment(ATE) with VME form factor. Almost portable ATE have not used to standards form factor and they are connected by mechanical non-rigid general connectors and wire harnesses among the components. Furthermore, it is hard to reuse developed board. So, it decreases to reusability of developed board and it is hard to maintenance of ATE. Even those things have weakness for vibration and drop test especially in portable ATE. The XK9A1 ATE using VME form factor has environmental reliability through vibration, drop, temperature test. It consists of 5 developed board called the control board, the wire & wireless communication board, the power supply board, the load board and the mother board. It is connected by two wire harnesses between mother board and extern circular connectors. The control board send the data and address to other board though each 16-bit data and 20-bit address line. You can develop the function board what you want to using those data & address line when it comes to needing other function board.

This paper presents a feasibility study of an advanced IO board design for the next generation of low-earth orbit satellites. Advanced IO board design includes sensor interface, NO, D/A, Digital Module, Serial Module etc, and allows to process increasing data rates between IO board and CPU board. The higher data rate involved in modem IO board additionally introduce issues such as noise, fault tolerance, command and data handling, limited pin count and power consumption problems. The experience in KOMPSAT-l and 2 program with this kind of problems resulted in using SMCS chip set, a high speed serial link technology based on IEEE-1355 (Space Wire Protocol) (ESA-ESTEC 2003, Parkes 1999), as a standard for next generation of satellite IO board design.

This study tested the effect of the board of directors' (BOD) characteristics on the corporate performance of the Jordanian industrial and service companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) during the period 2015-2019. The characteristics of the BOD were measured through the following variables: MO = managerial ownership; CEODU = CEO duality; BI = board independence; GD = gender diversity; ND = nationality diversity; AE = advanced education; BM = board meetings; BSIZ = board size; CSIZ = corporate size; CA = corporate age. The corporate performance was measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The corporate size and corporate age were used as control variables. The study sample consisted of 85 industrial and service companies with 425 observations to identify the nature of the effect of the BOD characteristics on performance. This study applied time-series data (panel data), and the multiple linear regression method was used to achieve study objectives. Results showed a positive effect of the study variables on performance, while the corporate age and the education level (BOD members) have a negative effect on performance.

In this research, the digital signal processing PC board which employs TI's TMS320C25 is implemented. The board can perform following functions. spectrum analysis of speech and repetitive signal, digital filters emulation by convolution, signal generation of sinusoidal wave, rectangular wave etc.. In this system, communications between PC and DSP board. program down-loading to DSP board and recording and graphic of acquired and processed data in DSP board are executed by PC. Parallel interface and buffer memory are used in communications. Data acquisition and operation are carried out in DSP board. Resultant data are transmitted to PC and output through DAC.

수배전반의 경우 지면 또는 건물의 바닥 면에 바로 설치되며 지진과 같은 진동이나 외부 충격 발생 시 수배전반의 내부 전력기기, 배선 그리고 보호계전기 등의 전기부품 손상, 오동작 발생 가능성이 커지게 된다. 이러한 이유로 최근 내진형 수배전반의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 제진기능을 갖는 수배전반의 연구 개발 및 제품 출시가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제진형 배전반의 진동, 온도, 습도 등을 측정할 수 있는 제진형 배전반의 진동 및 환경 데이터수집을 위한 IoT 시스템을 구현하였다. 제진형 배전반에 진동이 발생하였을 때 진동 정도 및 온습도 데이터를 측정하고 신뢰성 있는 메시징 전송을 위한 MQTT 프로토콜을 사용하였고, 모니터링과 데이터 저장은 Node-RED를 통해 MySQL DB에 데이터를 저장하고, 시각화를 진행하였다. 제진형 배전반에 IoT 기기를 부착하여 테스트를 진행 하였으며, 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하고 Node-RED의 대시보드 UI에서 진동 및 환경 데이터의 변화를 모니터링 하였다.

Over the last few decades, corporate frauds have highlighted the significance of corporate governance in deriving firm performance. By using different sample data, extensive research has examined how corporate governance structure influences firm's profitability, but limited research was undertaken on the banking sector of Pakistan. This research adds to the literature by testing how board structure derives bank's performance by using sample data of 19 banks for the period from 2010 to 2017. In addition, the study analyzes the controlling part of size on the link between board governance and bank performance. Findings reveal that banks having small board size, fewer non-executive directors and minimum activity level perform better. Analysis related to bank size illustrates that board size has value in increasing benefits in large size banks in contrast to small size one, while higher participation by board members enhances performance of small size banks more. The correlation results and findings showed that there existed no multicollinearity issue between independent variables. Board size showed positive correlation with the market variable, while board activity tended to correlated negatively with the market performance. Inverse correlation between board size and independent directors indicated that Pakistani banks with greater board size had fewer independent directors.

본 논문에서는 아두이노 우노 보드와 1.8 인치 TFT LCD를 사용하여 1 채널 오실로스코프를 구현하였다. 오실로스코프는 데이터 수신 장치로 아두이노 우노 보드내 내장된 아날로그-디지털 변환기를 사용하여 설계되었으며, 최대 1 KHz 신호까지 처리할 수 있다.

The study's purpose is to assess how board chairman tenure (BCT) contributes to limiting the earnings management practices (EM) in Iraqi banks. We compare the direct influence of the corporate governance mechanisms (CG) on EM practices and use BCT as a moderator that affects the influence of CG on EM. The sample of the study is the financial' firms listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. Using purposive sampling data was collected from annual reports and data stream. We use the random effect model in panel data regression by using Stata to analyze the data. Findings proved that CG mechanisms insignificantly influence EM, except the meeting frequency was significant. By contrast, BCT had a positive and considerable influence as the moderating variable between CG and EM. These results suggested that the Chairman's tenure on the board lead to enhanced governance mechanisms to limit the EM practice in Iraqi financial firms. Accordingly, this study is one of the few studies in the Iraq environment that examine the influence of CG mechanisms on EM practices, in addition to examining the BCT as a moderator between CG and EM, thus, filling the gap in such studies in developing countries.

This study examines the relationship between board characteristics and capital structure. Data was collected from the annual reports of listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, from 2015 to 2017, which totaled 1,264 firm-year observations. The study uses multiple regression analysis to analyses the data by using independent variables, including board size, outside directors, managerial ownership, CEO duality, frequency of board meetings, board experience, and gender to measure board characteristics and the total debt ratio for capital structure. Research findings show that the more independent the directors are, the lower the cost of debt financing is, as they control the management team more strictly about debt financing than directors with less independence do. Additionally, the results reveal that the higher the percentage of managerial ownership, the higher the level of leverage and debt financing, whereas board size and board meetings have a negative relationship to capital structure. Further research showed that firm size, growth opportunities and corporate governance rating all had a positive significant impact on capital structure. The findings of this study suggest that the presence of proper corporate governance leads to better funding mechanisms as it ensures that the company is in a better position to obtain external funding.

Data Acquisition System of Cargo System using a large output X-ray in harbors is usually composed of Detector, Analog Board, Digital Board, Master Board, Backplane Board and Image Construction System. In this paper we have made an image of material in container-box with Data Acquisition System and studied mainly a configuration method and principle to each part of Data acquisition system.
