Knowledge creation has become one of core assets for companies' survival and success, companies are putting their effort to find the way to stimulate sharing knowledge among their workers. In this vein, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervisor support and co-worker support on knowledge sharing and the mediating effects of work engagement. 328 employees from varity of organizations located in Korea particiapted for questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The result has shown that the static correlation exists between supervisor support, co-worker support and work engagement. Co-worker support had positive influences on knowledge sharing intention. However, supervisor support did not have any influence on knowledge sharing intention. There was a mediate effect of work engagement between both of supervisor and co-worker support and knowledge sharing intention. The study implies that co-worker support is important in order to improve organizational learning and work engagement as a strategy to enhance organizational performance.

Employing a sample of 126 suppliers in Korean electronic industry, this research examined the effects of institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships on knowledge sharing. Building on the relational view and knowledge-based theories, this study proposed that these factors facilitate knowledge sharing in manufacturer-supplier relationships and that knowledge mediates satisfaction between manufacturer-supplier relationships for competitive advantage. Results indicate that institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships are indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing. Inter-firm satisfaction is, in turn, positively associated with knowledge sharing for competitive advantage through technical support, financial support, competence increasing. Further, results provide evidence that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between institutional environment, social capital, strategic importance and inter-firm satisfaction.

Knowledge sharing occurs through voluntary interactions between human actors. In this paper, from the perspective of social interaction, the effect of transactive memory capability and social capital (bridging social capital and bonding social capital) on knowledge sharing intention was analyzed, and tenure was demonstrated as a moderating factor that can strengthen their relationship. Therefore, the results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was verified that the transactive memory capability had a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing intention. Second, it was found that the bridging social capital and bonding social capital held by individuals had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing intention. Social capital is understood to form an individual's voluntary motivation for knowledge sharing. Third, it was verified that the moderating effect of tenure suggested in this study was not significant. Based on the results of this study, implications and future research directions were presented.

This study aimed to examine the factors of information-sharing intention on social networking sites (SNSs) by integrating the perspectives of the institution-based trust, social presence, and theory of reasoned action (TRA). An empirical survey was conducted and 364 valid respondents were collected from Facebook (FB) users in Taiwan. These data were analyzed against the research model using the partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that situational normality and structural assurance have a positive influenced user trust in SNSs which in turn increased their information-sharing attitudes. Furthermore, the subjective norms, user information-sharing attitudes and social presence of the SNSs were shown to have a positive influenced on user information sharing intention. Finally, this study provided several important theoretical and practical implications to understand factors affecting information-sharing intention on SNSs.

The increase in data traffic calls for investment in mobile networks; however, the saturating revenue of mobile broadband and increasing capital expenditure are discouraging mobile operators from investing in next-generation mobile networks. Mobile network sharing is a viable solution for operators and regulators to resolve this dilemma. This research uses a difference-in-differences analysis of 33 operators (including 11 control operators) to empirically evaluate the cost reduction effect of mobile network sharing. The results indicate a reduction in overall operating expenditure and short-term capital expenditure by national roaming. This finding implies that future technology and standards development should focus on flexible network operation and maintenance, energy efficiency, and maximizing economies of scale in radio access networks. Furthermore, mobile network sharing will become more viable and relevant in a 5G network deployment as spectrum bands are likely to increase the total cost of ownership of mobile networks and technical enablers will facilitate network sharing.

본 연구는 대학생들의 취업정보 공유에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 취업과 현장교육이 중시되는 385명의 전문대학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 데이터는 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 검증하였고, 연구결과 대학생들의 취업정보 공유에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 문화적 요인으로 취업정보 공유를 장려하는 조직문화, 최고관리자의 리더십, 보상체계의 구축이 마련되어져야 한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 취업정보 공유를 활성화시키는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of outpatient cost-sharing on health care utilization by the elderly. Methods: The data in this analysis was the health insurance claims data between July 1999 and December 2008 (114 months). The study group was divided into two age groups, namely 60-64 years old and 65-69 years old. This study evaluated the impact of policy change on office visits, the office visits per person, and the percentage of the copayment-paid visits in total visits. Interrupted time series and segmented regression model were used for statistical analysis. Results: The results showed that outpatient cost-sharing decreased office visits, but it also decreased the percentage of copayment-paid visits, implying that the intensity of care increased. There was little difference in the results between the two age groups. But after the introduction of the coinsurance system for those patients under age 65, office visits and the percentage of copayment-paid visits decreased, and the 60-64 years old group had a larger decrease than the 65-69 years old group. Conclusions: This study evaluated the effects of outpatient cost-sharing on health care utilization by the aged. Cost sharing of the elderly had little effect on controlling health care utilization.

In order to reduce the spread of illegal digital contents, many studies have been focusing on how to stop it through laws and regulations. Only few of the studies tried to explain the illegal behaviors from individual's viewpoints. This paper aims to examine the intention of sharing illegal digital contents over the Internet and proposes a theoretical model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) along with the introduction of two outcome expectations. We also argue that the individuals' cognition of online copyright will influence individuals' illegal contents sharing on the Internet. We have collected data from online survey and offline interview. By empirical study, the results support the theoretical model except the subjective norm which has no effect on individuals' behavior. This is a different finding from the previous researches revealing that the subjective norm has no effect on individuals' unethical actions. Overall, the findings provide strong confirmation that attitude, self-efficacy and outcome expectations impact on individual's intention of sharing illegal contents. In addition, this study proposed an improved cognition of online copyright through education and standard of new media management will reduce illegal contents sharing on Internet.

Purpose: This study examines the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on innovation ability using work ethic as a variable that strengthens this effect. Research design, data and methodology: This research was conducted on 283 auditors who work at the Small Public Accounting Firm (SPAF) in Indonesia. The research method used is a verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. Results: The results of the tests that have been carried out show that distribution knowledge sharing has a significant effect on the auditor's innovation ability. Other test results show that work ethic has a significant effect on innovation ability and work ethic strengthens the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on auditors' innovation ability. Conclusions: Auditors in Indonesia have implemented distribution knowledge sharing activities optimally followed by a maximum work ethic to encourage high innovation abilities that will be able to create new methods and ideas that can be useful for clients. This research is expected to provide distribution knowledge to auditors to be able to improve their abilities, especially in the field of auditing to increase their competence as auditors.

Intranet is information technology for information sharing and collaborative work in geographically dispersed organizations, and has clear potentials to combine with other information technologies such as data warehousing and knowledge management. Data warehousing make it possible that the data stored for business analysis can most effectively be accessed by separating it from the data in the operational systems, and knowledge management is the paradigm to make the enterprise realize the best value of its knowledge assets, This paper is to suggest an architecture of knowledge sharing to combine knowledge management with data warehouse under the Intranet environment for the purpose of achieving the competitive advantages through the effective decision making in the modern companies, This paper also addresses the steps to implement this architecture.
