  • In the Supply chain, The ATP(Available to Promise) function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a ATP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. tinder the these environments, defines the ATP nile that can improve the customer value and data flow related the eCRM and builds on a algorithm.

  • This project follows the heterogeneous agent market segmented model of Landon-Lane and Occhino (2007) with using Korean data, M1 and GDP deflator from 1882:I to 2007:II. This paper estimates parameters with Monte Carlo Markov Chain. The fraction of traders, ${\lambda}$, in Korea is 15.64%. The quarterly preferences discount factor's, ${\beta}$, posterior mean is 0.9922. The posterior mean of the inverse of the elasticity of the labor supply to the real wage, ${\varphi}$, is 0.0316. The elasticity of the labor supply to the real wage has a very large value. By Hansen (1985) and Christiano and Eichenbaum (1992) and Cooley and Hansen (1989), models having large elasticity of the aggregate labor supply better match macroeconomic data.

국내항만투자의 가치사슬효율성 측정 및 검증을 위한 모형개발 및 실증적 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model Development and Empirical Application for Measuring and Verifying Value Chain Efficiency of Domestic Seaport Investment)

  • 지금까지 본 연구에서는 첫째, 항만투자의 단계별 가치사슬효율성과 관련된 기존연구들을 검토하였으며, 또한 선진국의 항만투자의 가치사슬효율성과 관련된 제도를 간략하게 소개하였으며, 둘째, 설문지조사법을 통해서 국내항만관련 교수 및 유관기관의 전문가들이 생각하는 항만투자의 가치사슬 효율성을 평가하기 위한 모형을 파악하여 제시하였다. 셋째, 다년도 패널자료에 의한 단계별 가치사슬효율성을 측정하기 위한 모형을 개발하는 한편 그러한 모형에 따라서 실증분석을 하고 해석하였다. 실증분석결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 패널자료를 이용한 제1모형의 단계별 효율성의 순위를 살펴보면, 2단계, 3-1단계, 1단계, 3-2단계의 순서가 8개 항만(인천, 장항, 목포, 완도, 여수, 제주, 서귀포, 부산)에서 시현되었으며, 전체의 단계별 효율성을 평균한 순위는 2단계, 1단계, 3-1단계, 3-2단계 순위였다. 제2모형의 단계별 효율성 순위를 살펴보면, 9개항만 중에서 3개항만 (인천, 목포, 제주)이 2단계, 3-2단계, 3-1단계, 1단계의 순서를 보였으며, 전체의 단계별 효율성을 평균한 순위도 2단계, 3-2단계, 3-1단계, 1단계의 순서였다. 둘째, 가치사슬효율성 수치사이의 차이를 전체평균적인 측면에서 살펴보면, 제1모형에서는 2단계와 1단계를 비교한 가치사슬효율성 수치를 제외하고는 다른 모든 비교단계의 효율성은 악화된 것으로 나타났다. 제2모형에서는 2단계가 1단계에 비해서 가치사슬효율성이 크게 증진되었으며, 1단계에 비교된 3-1단계, 3-2단계, 그리고 3-2단계에 비교된 3-1단계에서는 가치사슬 효율성이 증진되었으며, 2단계에 비교된 3-1단계, 3-2단계에서는 오히려 악화되었다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같은 정책적인 함의를 갖고 있다. 즉, 국토해양부의 항만투자와 관리를 담당하는 담당자는 본 논문의 실증분석결과에서 제시하고 있는 단계별, 항만별, 가치사슬효율성 자료를 검토하여 가치사슬 효율성수치가 높게 시현된 항만들의 모형별 가치사슬단계에 주목하여 항만투자를 집행함으로써 그 효과를 증대시키는 노력을 해야만 한다.

  • It is essential that firm makes a rational and scientific decision making and creates a news value for the future direction. To do so, many firms attempt to collect meaningful data and find the filtered and refined implication for the better customer relationship and the active market drive through the various analytic tools. Among the possible IT solutions, utilization of 'Big Data' is becoming more attractive and necessary in such a way that it would help firms obtain the systemized and demanding information and facilitate their decision making process to keep up with the market needs. In this paper, it introduces the concepts and development of 'Big Data' recognized as a IT resource and solution under the rapidly changing firm environment. This study also presents the several firm cases using Big Data' and the Oracle's total data management and analytic solutions in order to support the application of 'Big Data'. Finally this paper provides a holistic viewpoint and realistic approach on use of 'Big Data' to create a new value.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine how loyalty programs designed by retail stores affect customer retention. The present study is one of the few empirical studies finding the role of different loyalty programs that help to build customer retention. The study also seeks to explore the moderation role of customer perceived value between intrinsic motivation - customer retention and extrinsic motivation - customer retention. The researchers employed a quantitative research design to collect data from the 350 respondents who purchased goods from the retail chain/departmental stores in Bangladesh. The collected data are then analyzed using structural equation modeling. The result of their findings indicated that the size of the organizational reward has a positive effect on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation; further extrinsic motivation has a significant relation to customer retention. Surprisingly, no support was found for the positive impact of intrinsic motivation on customer retention. Customer perceived value (CPV) is critical as a moderator in building client retention, which improves the positive association between extrinsic motivation and customer retention. CPV, on the other hand, was found to mitigate the negative link between intrinsic motivation and client retention.

Impact of Government Response to COVID-19 on the Role of GVC and Transportation

  • Purpose - study aims to investigate the relationships between global value chain (GVC)- and transportation-related determinants and economic performance. Also, moderating effects of COVID-19 on the relationships are theoretically and empirically discussed. A limitation of previous studies includes their over-reliance on the opportunities of GVC participation and larger transportation. This study represents the challenges associated with them. Also, it shows how GVC and logistics can be difficult in case of a market fluctuation such as COVID-19. Design/methodology - The sample for this study includes 828 observations from 138 countries. A semi-panel data set has been used. Six observations for each country are used to empirically test the hypotheses and a Two-way cluster model is conducted. Findings - It is confirmed that GVC forward participation contributes more than the backward participation to enhance performance. Transportation infrastructure is critical, but large scales of marine and air transportations are not positive in terms of economic performance. Stricter government response to COVID-19 negatively moderates economic performance by GVC backward participation and transportation infrastructure. Originality/value - The spread of COVID-19 is causing a severe collapse of GVC and transportation. This study empirically verifies the moderating effects of the government stringency on GVC and transportation. Previous studies usually discuss a positive impact of GVC and transportation size on economic performance. However, this study aims to show various challenges behind GVC participation and large scale transportation.

  • The power battery supply chain in China currently lacks stable cooperation and effective information exchange. The competitive pressure brings about irregular recycling channels, reducing the operation and efficiency of the power battery supply chain. Besides, some regular power battery recycling enterprises fabricate data to obtain subsidies by taking advantage of the loopholes in the relevant policies of the state on recycling subsidies. Due to the high price of recycling in the black market, some regular enterprises resell the batteries recycled through regular channels, later purchasing the batteries with no utilization value to obtain the national recycling subsidies by cheating at the same time. 닫힌사슬과 열린사슬 자세에서 편측상지에 적용된 PNF가 양측 하지의 근 활성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Close kinetic chain and Open kinetic chain Position on Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Applied to the Unilateral Upper Extremity on the Muscle Activation of Lower Extremity)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of close kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation applied to the unilateral upper extremity on the muscle activation of lower extremity. All subjects were randomly assigned to two groups: open kinetic chain group(n=5),closed kinetic chain group(n=5). All participants were PNF patterns applied on the unilateral upper extremity in all subjects were the kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on flexion/abduction/external rotation. The hold and approximation techniques for the irradiation were applied to end range. All measurements for each subject took the following tests: pre-test, post - test in 4weeks, post-testin 8weeks. EMG data was collected from the vastus medialis, tibialis anterior, biceps femoris, and gastrocnemius muscle of both lower extreamity using surface EMG system, Each EMG value in individual muscle was normalized for maximal voluntary contraction. The data were analyzed using Two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) with repeated measures to determine the statistical significances. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, during for close kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on PNF pattern application, all of the %MVIC values of close kinetic chain and open kinetic chain posion increased sign ificantly compared(p<0.05). Second, The close kinetic chain(CKC) and open kinetic chain(OKC) posion on PNF pattern application was significantly increased with in the intervention period(p<.05). Third, there was a no significant open kinetic chain posion on PNF pattern application of sing muscle group with in the intervention period.(p<0.05) there was a significant close kinetic chain posion on PNF pattern application of sing muscle group with with in the intervention period(p<0.05). Forth, interaction of the exercise position and muscle was also significant. Post-hoc tests revealed that the activation levels of vastus medialis muscle and tibialis anterior muscle was higher in the closed kinetic chain position(p<.05). that the activation levels of vastus medialis and gastrocnemius muscle was higher in the open kinetic chain position(p<.05). In conclusion, it was found that the application of PNF patterns to the unilateral upper extremity effect on the muscle activation of lower extremity and both open kinetic chain exercise and closed kinetic chain exercise was significantly increased muscle activity. Further studies are needed to analyzed long term effects and subjects resulting from these changed.

Marketer Generated Content on Social Media: How to Support Corporate Online Distribution

  • Purpose: More and more marketers use social media platforms to create and spread information called Marketer Generated Content (MGC) to inform consumers of products. MGC often embeds product purchase links, thus directing consumers to online distribution channels for online purchases. This study examined the effect of social media MGC on consumers' willingness to buy online in the anchor of consumers' perspective to answer the question of "how social media generated content support corporate online distribution". Research design, data, and methodology: According to the means-end-chain theory, we introduce perceived value and continuous following intention as chain mediators to explain the mechanism of MGC influence on consumers' online purchase intention and consider product type to discuss boundary conditions. Two experiments were designed to test hypothesizes. Results and Conclusion: First, emotional MGC (vs. informational MGC) has lower (higher) perceived utility (hedonic) value. Second, perceived value has a significant mediate role in the effect of MGC on continuous following intention. Third, perceived value and continuous following intention significantly and sequentially mediated the effect of MGC on online purchase intention. Through the sequential mediations of perceived utility value and continuous following intention, Informational MGC of search products significantly increase online purchase intentions. Another parallel sequential mediation, including perceived hedonic, emotional MGC of experience products, partially enhanced online purchase intentions. Finally, this study gives implications for how corporates can use social media MGC to promote product sales online.
