  • Computer science and computing technologies are applied into mathematical, science, medical, engineering and educational applications. The models are used to solve the issues in all the domains. Educational systems are used top down, bottom up, Gap Analysis model in the educational learning system. Educational learning process integrated with Lerner, content and the methodology. The Learners and content are same in the educational system or similar courses but the teaching methodologies are differing one with another. The determinations of teaching methodologies are based on the factors related to that particular model or subject. The learning model influencing determinations are made by the surveys, analysis and observation of data to maximize the learning outcome. This paper attempted to evaluate the SNE learners cognitive using NASA Scaling.

  • As the increasing national power crises due to various environmental factor, power market change is needed more developed and systemized DSM(Demand Side Management) search at DR market. To overcome national power crisis outbreaking every year and manage the eletric power reserve ratio, we need to construct and develop the electric safety manager and general public main oriented national power plant. For the advanced national power demand management system, it is required the application development like OpenAPI, Big Data Acquisition, Web/APP basd on ICT.

  • As above, it described Dr.Tanaka's Spiral Balance Theory and studied the theoretical background and the special meridian circulation system, diagnostics and treatments. Though the considered the rule of the tenseness of the body as muscle movement theory, it corresponds with tradtional meridians theory in oriental medicine. If we study and develop the traditional meridians circulaition system more, we can expect clinical development applying to any theories in the field of oriential medicine such as acupuncture therapy, moxa therapy and chiropractc therapy. etc, as well as tapaing therapy, electronic stimulation therapy and exercising therapy.

  • 이 논문에서는 인도의 최대주인 Tamil Nadu의 공공도서관시스템의 조직구조에 대해 개관하고 공공도서관의 성장과정에 대해 구체적으로 분석하였다. 아울러 1975년부터 2006년에 걸친 기간을 대상으로 하여 기존자원에 대한 통계데이터와 연차보고서를 바탕으로 공공도서관시스템의 성과를 평가하고 개선점을 제시하였다.

  • ERP는 많은 기업에서 전략적인 경쟁우위를 위해 도입하고 있는 산업정보시스템의 일반적인 유형이다. 본 연구의 목적인 DEA기법을 통해 ERP시스템을 도입한 국내기업의 경영효율성을 분석함으로써 비효율적인 기업의 투사값과 벤치마킹의 대상이 될 수 있는 기업들의 참조집합을 제시하고자 한다. 총 38개 ERP 시스템을 도입한 기업들의 CCR, BCC 효율성과 규모수익성(RTS)을 평가하였다. 분석결과 CCR효율성이 1인 업체는 3개 기업, BCC효율성이 1인 업체는 7개 기업으로 분석되었다. 규모수익성은 IRS가 22개의 기업, DRS가 2개의 기업, CRS가 4개의 기업으로 분석되었다.

  • Objectives : To introduce Total Body Modification(TBM) technique system developed by Dr. Victor Frank DC, DO, ND through combining chiropractic manipulation with osteopathy, acupuncture meridian system, and naturopathy based on his long-time clinical experiences and insights. Methods : After investigating the art, philosophy and science of TBM thechnique, and applying TBM practice under private clinical situation, we compared It with Chuna Korean manual medicine and oriental medicine system. Results : This system deals with correcting human body's functional physiology to potentiate in a favorable manner. TBM uses a neuromuscular reflex test and body access meridian points to tap into the body's biocomputer and read functional programs. Corrections are usually made by means of special respiratory spinal adjustment, cranial, soft tissue, or specific joint manipulation. Conclusions : We found similarities between TBM and Chuna system in the view of Korean Traditional meridian concept. The special combinations and sequences of various alarm points and associated points have clinical effects on the treatment of chronic spinal subluxation pattern. This suggests TBM has significance In the point of the future evolution of Chuna manual medicine in Korea.

  • A new intelligent power network (Smart Grid) that grafts some new technologies, such as the extension of the new and reproducible energy, electric motors, and electric storages, onto the regulation of green house gases according to the recent convention on climate changes has been actively promoted. As establishing such an intelligent power network, it is possible to implement a real-time rate system according to the change from the conventional single directional information transmission to the bidirectional information transmission. Such a real-time rate system can provide power during the chip rate hour by avoiding the high rate hour although customers use the same level of power through providing such real-time rate information including power generation costs. In this study, the establishment of an operating system that makes an effective use of the real-time rate system and its operation method are to be proposed.

Energy Forecasting Information System of Optimal Electricity Generation using Fuzzy-based RERNN with GPC

  • In this paper, a hybrid fuzzy-based method is suggested for determining India's best system for power generation. This suggested approach was created using a fuzzy-based combination of the Giza Pyramids Construction (GPC) and Recalling-Enhanced Recurrent Neural Network (RERNN). GPC is a meta-heuristic algorithm that deals with solutions for many groups of problems, whereas RERNN has selective memory properties. The evaluation of the current load requirements and production profile information system is the main objective of the suggested method. The Central Electricity Authority database, the Indian National Load Dispatch Centre, regional load dispatching centers, and annual reports of India were some of the sources used to compile the data regarding profiles of electricity loads, capacity factors, power plant generation, and transmission limits. The RERNN approach makes advantage of the ability to analyze the ideal power generation from energy data, however the optimization of RERNN factor necessitates the employment of a GPC technique. The proposed method was tested using MATLAB, and the findings indicate that it is effective in terms of accuracy, feasibility, and computing efficiency. The suggested hybrid system outperformed conventional models, achieving the top result of 93% accuracy with a shorter computation time of 6814 seconds.

GPS 음영 환경에서 무선랜 기반 차량 위치 추정 연구 (Wireless LAN-based Vehicle Location Estimation in GPS Shading Environment)

  • 근래의 위치 측위 방법으로 GPS(Global Positioning System) 위성정보를 활용하는 전파항법 방식을 많이 사용하고 있다. GPS 활용범위가 넓어지고 다양한 측위 정보를 기반으로 하는 분야가 생기면서 보다 높은 정확도를 얻기 위한 새로운 방법들이 요구되고 있다. 자율주행차의 경우 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)를 사용한 항법 시스템인 INS(Inertial Navigation System)와 차량 내부 센서를 이용한 DR(Dead Reckoning) 알고리즘을 사용하여 GPS의 정확도 저하나 음영지역에서의 위치 측정방법으로 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 측위 방법은 대형화되는 빌딩 지역, 터널, 지하 주차장 등 다양한 음영지역과 시간이 지남에 따라 오차가 계속 증가하는 누적 기반 위치추정 방법의 한계로 인해 많은 문제 요소가 있다. 본 논문은 GPS 음영지역에서 차량의 위치 측위를 위해, 대중적 무선 통신인 WLAN을 이용한 Fingerprint 기법을 4개의 Anchor 형태로 AP(Access Point)와 지향성 안테나를 위치하여 넓은 지하 주차공간에서 효율적인 측위 방법을 제시하고 시간이 지남에 따라 주차된 차량이 이동하는 환경에서도 변화가 없는 위치 측위 결과를 입증하였다.

차원 감소 기법을 이용한 전자 상거래 추천 시스템 (Development of a Recommender System for E-Commerce Sites Using a Dimensionality Reduction Technique)

  • The recommender system is a typical software solution for personalized services which are now popular in e-commerce sites. Most of the existing recommender systems are based on customers' explicit rating data on items (e.g., ratings on movies), and it is only recently that recommender systems based on implicit ratings have been proposed as a better alternative. Implicit ratings of a customer on those items that are clicked but not purchased can be inferred from the customer's navigational and behavioral patterns. In this article, a dimensionality reduction (DR) technique is newly applied to the implicit rating-based recommender system, and its effectiveness is assessed using an experimental e-commerce site. The experimental results indicate that the performance of the proposed approach is superior or at least similar to the conventional collaborative filtering (CF)-based approach unless the number of recommended products is 'large.' In addition, the proposed approach requires less memory space and is computationally more efficient.
