Synthesis and Charge Transport of Novel Diphenoquinones(II) (Diphenoquinone 유도체의 합성과 전하이송 (II))

  • We have synthesized novel Diphenoquinone(DQ) derivatives. Electron drift mobility of DQ series was measured and electron affinity$(E_a)$ of them is estimated 3.7~3.9eV by CV. Electron drift mobility$(\mu)$ of electric field dependence by time of flight(TOF) technique is $1.76{\times}10^{-5}cm^2/V{\cdot}s$(DQ5) at the concentration of 10wt% verse poly(4,4'-cyclohexylidene diphenylcarbonate)(Pc-Z) and $1.66{\times}10^6V/cm$.

Compensation of Time Delay in Induction Motor Vector Control System Using DQ Transformation (유도전동기 벡터제어 시스템에서 DQ변환을 이용한 시간지연 보상)

  • A time-delay compensation method for vector control system is proposed that can compensate for voltage and current distortions resulting from a time delay in the overall system due to the low pass filter, hysteresis control inverter, microprocessor program computation time, and so on. The proposed scheme estimates the time delay using the difference between the Q-axis stator current command and the time-delayed actual Q-axis stator current in a synchronous reference frame, then compensates the time delay in the voltage and current using the angular displacement of a DQ transformation. Accordingly, the proposed scheme can accurately compensate for the time delay related to the overall system, thereby significantly improving the performance of the vector control system, as verified by simulation and experiment.

  • Three-phase voltage and current is applied to the three-phase alternating current motors which are commonly used in industry. Three phase variables of a, b, c are converted into d, q, 0 axis and the AC machines are modeled and analyzed. Basically the coordinate transformation or d-q transformation is used for convenience, a few steps are needed to analyze the motor performances - separating d and q components, establishing each equivalent circuit, and solving the differential equations of the circuits. In this study, a modeling technique of induction motor using complex vector is proposed and it can explain the induction motor physically. This method does not need the separating process of d and q components. With this technique, the model becomes simple, is easy to understand in physical, and can get the same results with those from the other models. These simulation results of the proposed model are compared with them for the conformation of the proposed method.

  • This paper presents modeling and analysis of static and dynamic characteristics in PWM Boost AC-AC converter used for input voltage sag compensation of custom power. Especially, using circuit DQ transformation technique, an equivalent circuit in fundamental frequency domain is obtained which has all the system characteristics. Moreover, voltage gain and input power factor is analytically induced and linearized state equation at the specific operating point is given. Finally, simulation results show the validity of the proposed modelling and analyses.

  • 분산전원용 계통연계 인버터가 효율적인 분산전원으로 사용되기 위해서는 기존 계통과 협조 운전이 필요하다. 따라서 전류제어 외에 무효전력의 제어, 계통과 연계시의 PLL 제어, 단독운전 방지 제어 등의 다양한 기능이 필요하다. 그러나 단상 시스템의 경우, 3상 시스템과 달리 교류전력을 다뤄야 하므로, 제어 시 위상 지연이 발생하게 되고 무효전력을 제어하기 어려운 문제점등이 발생된다 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 dq 모델을 단상시스템에 적용하여 단상 제어의 문제점을 보완하였다.

  • The article deals with system technology of a new solar heating system which systematically combines exiting solar collector technology, auxiliary electrical water heating, floor heating system and well insulated construction method and its application of this system to apartment house heating system in the cold region, and also analyzed performance of the new system in terms of technical and economic feasibility. Results shows that energy efficiency approaches up to 50% of the energy consumption of local construction from 1980 to 1981. The implementation of "DQ technology" to floor heating system achieved from 79% to 85% of the energy-saving benefits comparing to other housing units which were supplied by the local district heating plant.

  • 본 연구는 속응형 단상 UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)를 위한 이상전원 검출 알고리즘에 관한 연구이다. 한국전력공사 등의 특수한 UPS 응용분야에서는 전원의 1/4주기 이내에 전원의 이상을 검출하고 UPS가 정상 기동할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상DQ기반의 고성능 PLL(Phase Locked Loop)을 응용하여 별도의 전원검출 알고리즘 없이도 임의의 위상각에서 1/4주기이내에 전원의 크기 및 위상에 관한 오류를 검출할 수 있음을 보인다. 제시된 방법은 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, a PWM Cuk AC-AC converter is modelled by using complex circuit DQ transformation whereby the equivalent model is obtained which has the complete information of the Cuk converter. Using the model, the dynamicc characteristics equations such as state equations is analytically obtained. Finally, the PSIM simulation show the validity of the modelling and analysis.

  • In this paper, a PWM Cuk AC-AC converter for power quality improvement of custom power is presented. The PWM Cuk AC-AC converter that is used in VVCF applications such as AC line conditioner, phase shifter is modelled by using complex circuit DQ transformation whereby the static characteristics equations such as voltage gain and power factor is analytically obtained. Finally, the PSIM simulation show the validity of the modelling and analysis.

  • This study proposes a DQ synchronous reference frame model of a series-parallel tuned inductive power transfer (SP-IPT) system. The wireless power transmission system experiences control difficulty because the transmitter-side controller cannot directly measure the receiver-side load voltages and currents. Therefore, a control-oriented circuit model that shows the dynamics of the IPT system is required to achieve a well-behaved controller. In this study, an equivalent circuit model of the SP-IPT system in a synchronously rotating reference frame is proposed using the single-phase DQ transformation technique. The proposed circuit model is helpful in modeling the dynamics of the voltages and currents of the transmitter- and receiver-side resonant tanks and loads. The proposed circuit model is evaluated using frequency- and time-domain simulation results.
