  • The purpose of this study is to analyze factors for resolving problems of Jejusi Residential Parking Permit Program and to draw up a plan by examining Jejusi case. This program was started by way of showing an example in October, 2005, and then has been put in practice in the heart of Jejusi since October, 2007. Jejusi government introduced this system to prevent all kinds of accidents by the indiscreet parking near the residental street and to guarantee the rights to live comfortably by encouraging a pleasant parking environment. As the result of the survey which is about residents' participation from the process of decision-making, the answers such as "Should Participate" and "Surely should participate" are at the high rate of 87.5 percent. A matter of the utmost importance is that this system should be reformed to make the visitors pay parking if they want to park near there. Almost 36 percent of the respondents have a negative opinion, and this is because they consider their visitors. Especially the important factors from the Logistic Regression Analysis are that the government should exercise stricter control over illegal parking, that the system should be improved for the visitors to pay parking, and that the government should support the declining sales of the shops near shopping streets. The suggestions are as follows. First, the government should enforce on reducing the illegal parking. Second, they should secure the parking lots for visitors. Third, they should minimize the impact on the declining sales of the shops near shopping streets.

  • We got some conclusion like below. after comparison and consideration mainly with commentary of "Somun(素問)", "Uihakyimmun(醫學入門)"about pulses, reasons, symptoms, treatments of HaeYok. The name of Haeyok was appeared "Somun(素問)", "Youngchu(靈樞)" for the first time, and from then 'Treatment From Pulse' was promoted into details. About the Pulse of Haeyok, every doctor followed the 'chokmaekwansaek' mentioned in "Somun Pyoungingisanglon(素問 平人氣象論)". But the letter 'wan(緩)' in 'chokmaekwansaek' was translated not pulse but drooped skin in "SomunKumsok(素問今釋)". On the reasons of Haeyok, we can lot out in detail like next; (1) heat of liver and abdomen, lack of blood. (2) declining Gi, little blood, (3) declining and little Gi of spleen, (4) Lack of Gi and Blood, (5) weak kidney energy, (6) nutritional vacancy, (7) no energy circulation from hardened kidney, (8) exogenous disease on void kidney (9) both weak meridian of liver, kidney. And it can be divided broadly into two groups; weak liver and kidney, declining and little Gi of spleen. The symptoms of Haeyok is that patient feels cold, but really that is not cold, feels weak, really not weak, feels vigorous but not. So hardly be named. the members are exhausted, people get lazy, annoying, sick. and have no vitality. Treatments about this, some prescriptions are suggested such as Baekhaptang(白合湯) from "Naekyoungsupyoubanglon(內經拾遺方論)", Yishintang(利腎湯) from "Hwangjesomunsonmyoungbanglon(黃帝素問宣明方論)". In "Dongyanguihakdaesajon", there's some treatment according to some reason; when we are lazy and don't know where is sick, use Haryoungmansudan(遐齡萬壽丹) or Shinsongijedan(神仙旣濟丹), When it is from Liquor, use Galhwahaedokdan(葛花解毒丹), When from humidity use Gamichulbutang(加味朮附湯), from cold use Ganghwalchunghwatang(羌活沖和湯), and when it comes from instable menstruation, it will be good Gamisoyosan(加味逍遙散). And treatment principle from "Uihakyimmun(醫學入門)" is that "Circulate Gi and blood, be thin skin, prescribe exogenous disease over for void organs."

  • This study sought to identify developmental trajectories of bullying victimization from late elementary school through early high school, and to examine internalizing and externalizing problem outcomes associated with the trajectory group membership. Data from Seoul Panel Study of Children were collected annually over a 7-year period from 5th grade of elementary school through 2nd grade of high school (2005~2011). Latent class growth analysis yield three trajectory classes corresponding to stable low (81.2%), stable high (3.5%), and declining bullying victimization (15.6%). Findings from analysis of covariance indicated that students in both stable high and declining trajectory groups reported significantly higher means in internalizing behavior (withdrawal, depression/anxiety, and suicide ideation), compared to those in the stable low group. For externalizing behavior such as aggression and juvenile status offense, students in the stable high group showed higher means, compared to those in the stable low and declining trajectory groups. Developmental pattern of bullying victimization over multiple development stages and associated internalizing and externalizing outcomes are discussed as are the implications for the bullying prevention.

  • In urban declining areas, the population is decreasing, and drying environments such as buildings and facilities are aging. Therefore, it is vulnerable in the event of disaster, and recovery takes a lot of time and money. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation technique for comprehensively diagnosing disasters in declining areas and to present implications through case analysis. Evaluation indicators were selected to calculate the comprehensive diagnosis index of disasters, and weights were calculated for each class, including disaster types, components, and evaluation indicators, through Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis. The comprehensive diagnoses index for each type of disaster was calculated with the calculated weight, and the risk according to the level of urban decline was analyzed. As a result of analyzing Seoul as a case area, it was analyzed that the overall risk of disasters was high in southern regions such as Seocho-gu, Dongjak-gu, Geumcheon-gu, and Gangseo-gu, and relatively low in downtown and northern Seoul, parks and green areas. The results of this study are of academic significance in that they presented a comprehensive diagnostic index evaluation system and technique for each type of disaster, including natural and social disasters.

  • It's declining the number of deaths in total traffic accidents, but the death of elder drivers has increasing than younger drivers. So this paper wish to prevent the traffic accident of the elder drivers using driving simulator. It can help to make better policies and planning for elder drivers.

  • ACTD(Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations) exploit mature technologies to solve important military problems. A declining budget, significant changes in threats, and an accelerated pace of technology development have challenged our ability to adequately respond to rapidly evolving military needs. This work descibes ACTD processes, management, and ACTD programs case. It is presesyed a defense acquisition program applied ACTD.A scheme of the defense asquisition program using ACTD met military needs and technology readiness level is described.

  • How many leafs the forest has can be very important information to understand the forest is healthy or not, or it is growing or declining. However until now, very much labor and long time is needed to measure it. The purpose of this study is to develop the method that estimate how many leafs there are at the forest.

  • Catalase, glycolate oxidase, hydroxypyruvate and NADPH-glyoxylate reductases activities in cell free extracts from leaves of 3 cultivars, Suwon 264, IR 36 and Jin Heung of rice plants were studied at different growing stages. Catalase and glycolate oxidase shows inclining activities toward the maximum vegetative growth whereas declining activities in either the enzymes were noticed during the maturing stage. After the photoperiodic condition exhibit increasing hydroxypyruvate and NADPH-glyoxylate reductases activities with time until maturing stage. No significant differences were found in the enzyme activities, and in analytical data of nitrogen, chlorophyll contents, dry weight and soluble proteins among the 3 cultivars.

  • Sheep meat is the most expensive meat in developed countries. Consumption is dependent on cultural factors and will increase as population and incomes grow. In the main exporting countries (New Zealand and Australia), sheep numbers are decreasing as the market for wool is declining. Sheep meat production will develop in small and medium scale commercial systems, close to their markets.

  • Mass of generator is one of the most important characteristic value especially direct drive type wind turbine. This paper introduce how to decease mass of generator rotor frame without declining generator performance. To obtain optimal design of rotor frame, sensitivity analysis using Taguchi method and RSM(response surface method) are have been performed.
