In Response Surface Methodology (RSM), rotatability is a natural and highly desirable property. For second order general correlated regression model, the concept of robust rotatability was introduced by Das (1997). In this paper a new measure of robust rotatability for second order response surface designs with correlated errors is developed and illustrated with an example. A comparison is made between the newly developed measure with the previously suggested measure by Das (1999).

For a medium/small scale DAS, which using the PCS network as the system communication network, we developed the scheme of communication protocol of DAS between master and remote terminal. This paper presents advanced protocol which has basic frame format and data flow for the medium/small scale DAS, and the procedure of the developing sequence.

This paper presents the construction of Digital DAS system for supervising of power system simulator (KERISIM) which is developed in KERI. This system is composed of input transducer, input conditioner and digital supervisor. In order to watch P,Q,V,I, Power Factor and RMS in KERISIM successively, Digital arithmetic algorithm is accomplished to calculate Real/Reactive power from voltage/current data which is transferred by secondary part of CT/PT in simulator.

망 자원의 효율적인 사용, 관리 및 기존의 망을 흡수 통합하기 위해서 차세대통합네트워크(NGcN), ALL­IP 망으로 망 진화가 이루어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 동기식 CDMA2000 과 비동기식 WCDMA의 이동 통신망도 통합 및 연동에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그리고, 망 개방화에 대한 분위기도 고조되는 상황에서 CDMA2000, WCDMA등과 같은 서로 다른 무선 액세스 망에서 동일한 게이트웨이를 통하여 무선인터넷 서비스를 제공하려는 움직임도 있다. 본 논문에서는 망 진화에 따른 망통합 및 연동과 망 개방에 따른 COMA200 과 WCDMA 의 서로 다른 무선인터넷 액세스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 시스템인 A­MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)에 대해서 소개하고, A­MiDAS 내의 CDMA2000 과 WCDMA 를 수용하기 위해서 설계 및 개발된 MNAB(Mobile Network Access Board)에 대해서 기술한다.

DAS(Distribution Automation System) is equipped with several software applications such as service restoration, loss minimization, and protective relay coordination. The software applications of DAS are very sensitive to the amount of section load being carried by a particular section of distribution lines. Moreover, each software application requires a different parameter of the section load according to its purpose. Therefore, This paper proposes a new section load management method using real-time measurement data of the distribution lines. In order to provide accurate data to DAS applications, this method considers section loads in terms of the relationship of power versus time. In order to establish that the proposed method is feasible, a performance-testing simulator was developed, and case studies were conducted for a modified real distribution network.

On-line monitoring system(OMS) has been developed for the pumped storage generator/motor The OMS is applied to diagnosis of the PD(partial discharge) activity of stator insulation, the shorted-turn of rotor winding and the variation of the air-gap between stator and rotor. The OMS consists of DAS(data acquisition system), main server system, gateway and display PC. The DAS measures the PD, the shorted-turn and air-gap from three sensors installed on the generator/motor. The gateway controls the data which sent by DAS. The main server system saves the data, analyzes the data and conducts the diagnostic algorithm. The display PC shows the diagnostic results of partial discharge, shorted-turn and air-gap. Field tests were conducted using PDA(partial discharge analyzer). The results of the OMS and PDA measurements can be directly correlated with normalized quantity number(NQN), PD magnitude(Qm) and PD pattern.

The configuration of Distribution Automatic System(BAS) is dual servers and raid 5(redundant arrays of inexpensive disks) clustering dual HDD. The DAS has the distributed object-oriented architecture using middleware software(BASEstar), so the number of client nodes has no limitation. Because the DAS is scalable, it can be configured using various application programs and be upgraded easily. The DAS has competitive to export because there are system development and accumulation of technology that coincide in International Standard, using common 05 and DB. This paper describes the structure of DAS hardware and software separately and proposes to improve program to share real time DB efficiently at each node.

Durch Umsetzung von vernetzten p-jodstyrolhaltigen Coplymeren mit benzolischer Butyllithiumlosung und durch anschließende Carboxylierung mit gasformigem Kohlendioxid lassen sich p-carboxystyrolhaltige Copolymere herstellen. Die erreichbare Kapazitat der erhaltenen Harze betragt etwa 2,5 bis 2,8 mval/g. Aus den Titrations-nskurven erhahlt man einen scheinbaren $pK_a$-Wert von 8,07 fur das normal hergestellte und von 7,75 fur das toluolmodifizierte Harz. Der Austauscher nimmt Kaliumoinen im alkalischen Gebiet auf. Das Gleichgewicht des Harzes mit Calciumionen stellt sich bei pH = 6 bei ca. 85% Austausch ein. Dagegen nimmt das Harz Kupferionen bei pH = 4 bis 5 in der Außenlosung bis zu 100% auf.

Today it is hard to imagine the operation of power network and its facilities without the control systems such as EMS/SCADA/DAS. In KEPCO, data links to the upper layer of control system (SCABA) is required to launched DAS project lately, in terms of the needs of saving cost for the data gathering facilities (RTU) in the substation that previously equipped SCADA RTU. In this Paper we researched the circumstance of the KEPCO SCADA systems for data link and present the scheme of the data link between DAS and SCADA.
