아이폰과 앱 스토어의 성공으로 전 세계의 개발자들은 애플의 시장에 뛰어 들었고, 국내 주요 모바일 기업들은 앱 스토어와 같은 오픈 마켓을 앞 다투어 개설하기에 이르렀다. 이런 환경에서 우리는 아이팟 용 애플리케이션을 상용으로 개발하기로 하였다. 이 논문은 Cocos2d 엔진을 사용하여 개발한 아이팟 용 게임 '헥사 삼국지' 개발에 대하여 기술하였다.

Hahn difference operator $D_{q,{\omega}}$ which is defined by $$D_{q,{\omega}}g(t)=\{{\frac{g(gt+{\omega})-g(t)}{t(g-1)+{\omega}}},{\hfill{20}}\text{if }t{\neq}{\theta}:={\frac{\omega}{1-q}},\\g^{\prime}({\theta}),{\hfill{83}}\text{if }t={\theta}$$ received a lot of interest from many researchers due to its applications in constructing families of orthogonal polynomials and in some approximation problems. In this paper, we investigate sufficient conditions for stability of the abstract linear Hahn difference equations of the form $$D_{q,{\omega}}x(t)=A(t)x(t)+f(t),\;t{\in}I$$, and $$D^2{q,{\omega}}x(t)+A(t)D_{q,{\omega}}x(t)+R(t)x(t)=f(t),\;t{\in}I$$, where $A,R:I{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{X}}$, and $f:I{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{X}}$. Here ${\mathbb{X}}$ is a Banach algebra with a unit element e and I is an interval of ${\mathbb{R}}$ containing ${\theta}$.

Recently, many researchers have been studied a D.I. diesel engine because of the exhaust gas restriction and fuel consumption performance. It is well known that the fuel injection characteristics are the key factors on the diesel combustion and exhaust emission. In this study, the fuel injection characteristics of 5-hole injector and the combustion characteristics are investigated with the amount of fuel by means of the visualization method and visualization D.I. diesel engine system. As the results of the experiments, the spray pattern of the fuel injection and the diffusion flame of a D.I. diesel engine are clarified. In addition, combustion phenomena with operation conditions such as engine speed and engine load are made clear.

Objective : This study is perfonned for the purpose of examining the efficacy of the scolopendrid (Scolopendra morsitans L.) which has been used to low back pain as a folk remedy. Methods & Results : Seventy patients with H.I.V.D. treated with the scolopendrid aquacupuncture and examined 4 tests; D.I.T.L., physical test, Oswestry disability index, and self-conscious pain rate were studied. There was $50{\sim}100\%$ of efficacy rate in each tests. Moreover, statistically valuable change in 5 to 7 D.I.T.I. points and in self-conscious pain rate was showed. Conclusion : The scolopendrid aquacupuncture is possible to be effective treating the H.I.V.D patients. So we suggest the possibility using this new remedy to the H.I.V.D. patients.

We attempted to isolate and characterize the lectins from stem and leaves of Korean mistletoe (Viscum album var. coloratum) by affinity chromatography. Lectin I was isolated only from stem. Lectin II was not isolated from Korean mistletoe, whereas lectin III was isolated from the stem and leaves. The hemagglutinating activity of lectin I was 16HU and inhibited by D-galactose, lactose, and N-acetyl-D-galactosamine. The lectin I has molecular weight of 60, 000D being composed of two basic subunits with molecular weights of 32, 000D and 28, 000D which are linked by a disufide bond. The lectin III from stem has molecular weight of 66, 000D being two basic subunits which have molecular weights of 34, 000D and 29, 000D and are linked by a disufide bond. The activity of lectin I was stable at the pH range of 4.00-8.50 and at a wide range of temperature (0-42.deg. C). The lectin I showed more potent mitogenic activity to murine lymphocytes than concanavalin A.

축소배율(5$\times$)을 갖고, Seidel 1차 수차중 4개의 비축수차인 코마(coma), 비점수차(astigmatism), 상면만곡(field curvature) 그리고 왜곡수차(distortion)가 제거된 마이크로 리소그라피를 위한 4-구면 반사경 광학계를 해석적으로 구하였다. 이때, $t=d_1+d_2+d_3$<0, (di는 반사거울 $c_i$와 $c_{i+1}$ 사이의 거리)이고, 축상 수차인 구면수차와 잔류고차수차는 반사거울 $c_3$와 $c_4$를 비구면화 하므로서 제거하였다. 이렇게 설계된 4-반사경 광학계의 N.A.는 0.4로서 Rayleigh분해능은 0.38 $\mu\textrm{m}$이다.

The polymorphism (insertion, I or deletion, D) of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene is designated as the presence of a 287 bp Alu repeat. The D/D homozygote carrier is associated with high ACE activity, and this high activity has been implicated with hypertension, coronary artery disease, or diabetic nephropathy. We studied the clinical candidate marker in ACE gene polymorphism using chemical and hematological analysis. The subjects are divided into normotensive and hypertensive groups and ACE genotype in the group was confirmed by PCR method. Chemical analysis was preceded with Hitachi7060, and hematological analysis was performed using Mythic 22. In 116 targeted people, 17 (38.64%) of 44 I/I genotype group are hypertension, 15 (34.09%) in 44 with D/I, but, D/D type in the 28 cases is 15 patients (53.57%) in hypertension. In hypertension group, biochemical analysis (triglyceride, and alkaline phosphatase) and hematological analysis (white blood cell, platelet) are showed high value in D/D genotype of ACE gene. The relationship between hypertension and ACE genotype is the same results as previously reported and we thought that the high laboratory value of white blood cell, platelet, triglycerides, and alkaline phosphatase are also indicator of hypertension in D/D type of ACE.

본 연구에서는 능동 더블 밸런스 혼합기를 사용하기 때문에 이득을 높일 수 있지만 IIP3가 낮은 수신 시스템 I과 이득이 낮고 IIP3가 높은 수동 더블 밸런스 혼합기와 낮은 이득을 높이기 위한 중간 주파 증폭기로 구성된 수신 시스템II을 구성하여 수신 파라미터를 시험한 결과, 수신 시스템 I의 전체 잡음지수는 6.4382 dB이고 이득은 53.5dB, 제 3고조파 차단점은 -6.6352dB m이었다. 또한 수신 시스템II에서 전체 잡음지수는 9.70672dB이고 이득은 41dB, 제 3고조파 차단점은 3.66729dB m이었다.

Background: The active metabolite (1, 25- dihydroxycholecalciferol) of vitamin D (25-hydroxycholecalciferol) leads to activation of macrophages and deficiency of vitamin D seems to be involved in the risk of tuberculosis. The effects of vitamin D are exerted by interaction with the vitamin D receptor (VDR) and may be influenced by polymorphism in the VDR gene. In this study, variation in the VDR gene was investigated in Korean population with tuberculosis. Methods: We typed three VDR polymorphisms of restriction endonuclease sites for TaqI, BsmI and FokI in 155 patients with tuberculosis and 105 healthy volunteers. Results: The frequencies of FokI genotypes determined from TB patients were 29.13% for FF, 56.31% for Ff, and 14.56% for ff. We observed 1.4-fold increased prevalence of the Ff genotype in TB patients compared with normal healthy groups (p=0.0857). However, there was no significant association between the genotype groups, TB patient and normal control, for FokI polymorphism. There was also no significant association between VDR gene and tuberculosis in another polymorphism (BsmI and TaqI). Conclusion: Three polymorphisms (TaqI, BsmI and FokI) in the VDR gene do not appear to be responsible for host susceptibility to human tuberculosis in Korean population.

In this paper, we investigate the limiting distribution of $M_n = max (X_1, X-2, \cdots, X_n)$ in the infinite moving average process ${X_t = \sum c_i Z_{t-i}}$ generated from i.i.d. negative binomial variables $Z_i$'s. While no limit result is possible, nonetheless asymptotic bounds are derived. We also present the tail behavior of $X_t$, i.e., weighted sum of i.i.d. random variables. This continues a study made by Rootzen (1986) for discrete innovation sequences.
