정제 방법을 다르게 하여 추출된 죽력을 30일 동안 생쥐에 구강 투여한 후 혈액생화학적인 변화 및 간조직의 항산화효소 활성 및 조직학적 검색을 수행하였다. 실험군은 7개 군으로 구분하였다; 생리식염수를 투여한 10% 죽력(4mL/kg)을 투여한 실험군(B1, C1, D1), 그리고 30% 죽력(4mL/kg)을 투여한 실험군(B2, C2, D2). 혈액학적 검색 결과 D2군의 적혈구 수와 적혈구 용적이 대조군에 비하여 유의성있게(P<0.05) 감소하였다. Transaminase의 활성은 D2군에서 유의성있게(P<0.05) 증가하였으나, SOD와 catalase의 활성 또한 D군에서 유의성있게(P<0.01) 감소하였다. 조직병리학적 검색 결과 D군의 간조직은 지방공포화 뿐만 아니라 간세포 핵이 괴사되어 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 고온으로 추출한 죽력을 $108^{\cir}C$에서 2회 증류하여 정제한 죽력 D가 현저한 독성을 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

목적: 시력의 불편함을 느껴 내원한 최초 안경착용자의 연령별 방문자 수, 시력 분포, 굴절이상, 난시, 양안 굴절부등에 관해 조사하였다. 방법: 2003년 1월부터 12월까지 한 안과에 내원한 3~15세 중에서 안경 처방을 받기 위해 처음 방문한 남자 509명, 여자 499명을 대상으로 자동굴절검사와 나안시력 검사를 실시하였다. 결과: 최초 안경착용자는 3세부터 시작하여 8~9세에 가장 많았고, 시력은 0.5~0.7일 때 방문하는 경우가 대부분이었다. 굴절이상은 8세에서 20.4%로 가장 많았고, 굴절이상 중 남자의 근시안은 92.2%, 원시안은 5.2%였고, 여자의 근시안은 91.9%, 원시안은 5.1%였다. 등가구면 굴절력은 S-1.50${\pm}$1.10D이며, 정도별 분포는 경도근시가 62.3%로 가장 많이 나타났다. 난시는 직난시가 44.6%로 가장 많았고, 난시량이 1.00D 이하가 75%로 많았다. 단성난시의 경우는 난시량이 C-1.37${\pm}$1.01D 정도일 때 안경을 필요로 했으며, C-0.50D일 때가 20%로 가장 많은 분포를 보였다. 2.00D 이상의 굴절부등시는 전체대상자의 2.3%로 나타났다. 결론: 최초 안경 착용할 때의 시력은 0.5~0.7, 등가구면 굴절력은 S-1.50${\pm}$1.10D, 단난시량은 C-1.37${\pm}$1.01D이다.

진균류의 세포벽제거 및 이에 따른 protoplast생성 등에 많이 이용되어지고 있는 chitinase를 Streptomyces sp. 115-5 균주로부터 생산하여 순수 정제한 다음, 이 chitinase의 작용을 저해하는 포도당의 저해양상을 조사하였다. 포도당 외에 D-glucuronic acid, D-sorbitol및 D-xylose등도 chitinase의 활성을 저해하였다. 그런고로, 포도당 분자에 의한chitinase의 활성 저해 효과에는 위의 분자들의 공통부분인 2번, 3번 및 4번 탄소의 hydroxyl group들의 구조위치가 중요한 영향을 가진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 포도당에 의한 chitinase의 저해양상은 competitive inhibition 과 non-competitive inhibition 과의 혼합 저해형으로 나타났다.

Recent trends of low-temperature polycrystalline Si (LTPS) TFT technologies are presented. Characteristics of LTPS TFT processes are compared with those of a-Si TFT's. In order to compete with well-established a-Si TFT-LCD technology, LTPS process has to be as simple as possible. One of the most critical processes, recrystallization of a-Si thin films, could be the process for the differentiation of LTPS technology. Along with these technical reviews, a recent development of the 5.0-inch LTPS TFT-LCD is presented. In order to achieve high-performance display characteristics and save the power consumption, the transflective mode is adopted. The 5.0-inch display with 186 pixel-per-inch, high-resolution LCD was measured to be 10% for the reflectance and 70:1 for the contrast ratio. This display is designed for a high information content hand-held PC (HHPC) application.

The jellyfish Nemopilema nomurai was hydrolyzed with papain and a novel dipeptide purified via ultrafiltration, gel filtration chromatography with Sephadex LH-20, and reverse phase chromatography using $C_{18}$ and $C_{12}$ columns. The IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS spectrometer analyses showed that the dipeptide comprised tyrosine-isoleucine (Tyr-Ile). The $IC_{50}$ and $K_i$ values were $6.56{\pm}1.12$ and $3.10{\pm}0.28\;{\mu}M$, respectively, indicating competitive inhibition of angiotensin-I-converting enzyme (ACE). As a novel ACE-inhibitory active peptide, Tyr-Ile may have potential for use in antihypertensive therapy.

In this article, effect of the dyeing and mechanical properties were investigated on the polyester ultramicro fiber(UMF) and knitted fabric varying fiber fineness(0.01d and 0.05d). By a treatment with NaOH solution, sea-ingredient was removed and polyester micro-fiber was revealed. The dyeing, build-up and fastness properties of the fiber and fabrics were observed. We used C.I. Disperse Red 60 and Blue 56 for dyeing property and eight Lumacron dyes for build-up property and colorfastness. At low temperature dyeing($100^{\circ}C$), the dyeing rate of 0.01d-polyester UME increased more than that of 0.05d-polyester UMF with Disperse Red 60 and Blue 56 whereas dyeing rate of 0.05d-polyester UMF were increased more than that of 0.01d-polyester UMF at high temperature($120^{\circ}C$), The colorfastnesses of the 0.05d-fiber knitted fabric such as washing, rubbing and light was higher than those of the 0.01d-fiber knitted fabric.

본 연구는 마우스에 있어 규칙적인 수영훈련과 비타민 C 섭취가 운동스트레스를 부여하였을 때 항산화체계에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 수영훈련은 6주령의 Balb/c 마우스를 분양받아 1주간의 환경적응과 1주간의 수영적응 훈련을 (30 min/day) (5d/week) 실시하여 적응 여부를 가려 8주간의 본 수영훈련을 실시하였다(1 h/day) (5d/week). 실험군은 통제군(control: C), 수영훈련시킨 군(training: T), 수영훈련과 비타민 C를 투여한 군(training ＋ vitamin C (1.3 g/100 g diet) : TC}으로 나누었다.(중략)

Reaction of propane-1, 3-sultone with amines gave N-substituted aminosulphonnic acids 2a-i, Dehydration of 2a-c with $POCI_3$ gave the corresponding sultams 3a-c. Propane-1, 3-sultone 1 reacted with tertury amines to give the betaiene salts 4-11. 2-4-Dimethyl-1, 3-butadiene-1, 4-sultone 12 condensed with amines to give N-substituted-2, 4-dimethyl-1, 3-butadiene-1, 4-sultames 13a and 13b. The reaction of 3a, 13a with hydrazine hydrate gave acid hydrazides 3d or 13c. Compounds 3d, 13c reacted with isocyanates to yield urea derivatives 14a-c, 15a-c.
