타일드 디스플레이는 고해상도 이미지나 실물 크기의 3차원 개체를 표현할 수 있고, 다수의 사용자들이 개인화된 화면을 사용하거나 남들과 공유할 수 있도록 지원하므로 효율적으로 협업에 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 분산 플랫폼 위에 3차원 모델, 이미지와 동영상을 조작할 수 있는 협업 뷰어 시스템을 개발했다. 본 시스템에서는 사용자들이 다양한 입력장치를 활용하여 따로 콘텐츠를 조작할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 뷰어 시스템의 구조와 이를 이용해 구축한 프로토타입 시스템에 대해 설명한다.

Thin and wide airfoils are difficult to be machined precisely because they are deformed during and after machining processes. This paper presents the results of the airfoil deformation measured by three-dimensional (3D) scanning equipment. It also discusses the influences of fixture and the machining process on the distortion of the thin airfoil. The simple fixture bended the thin airfoil to a U-shape at the first process, and the vacuum fixture decreased the distortion of the machined airfoil at the second process. The long and thin airfoil supported by two points was buckled during the machining at its two end-regions at the third process. Results from this study suggest that use of vacuum fixture decreases the machining distortion of thin and wide airfoils.

The aminolysis of diphenyl thiophosphinic chloride (2) with substituted anilines in acetonitrile at 55.0 oC is investigated kinetically. Kinetic results yield large Hammett ρX (ρnuc = ?3.97) and Bronsted βX (βnuc = 1.40) values. A concerted mechanism involving a partial frontside nucleophilic attack through a hydrogen-bonded, four-center type transition state is proposed on the basis of the primary normal kinetic isotope effects (kH/kD = 1.0-1.1) with deuterated aniline (XC6H4ND2) nucleophiles. The natural bond order charges on P and the degrees of distortion of 42 compounds: chlorophosphates [(R1O)(R2O)P(=O)Cl], chlorothiophosphates [(R1O)(R2O)P(=S)Cl], phosphonochloridates [(R1O)R2P(=O)Cl], phosphonochlorothioates [(R1O)R2P(=S)Cl], chlorophosphinates [R1R2P(=O)Cl], and chlorothiophosphinates [R1R2P(=S)Cl] are calculated at the B3LYP/ 6-311+G(d,p) level in the gas phase.

In Korea, the Mycobacterium tuberculosis K-strain is the most prevalent clinical isolates and belongs to the Beijing family. In this study, we conducted comparative porteomics of expressed proteins of clinical isolates of the K-strain with H37Rv, H37Ra as well as the vaccine strain of Mycobacterium bovis BCG following phagocytosis by the human monocytic cell line U-937. Proteins were analyzed by 2-D PAGE and MALDI-TOF-MS. Two proteins, Mb1363 (probable glycogen phosphorylase GlgP) and MT2656 (Haloalkane dehalogenase LinB) were most abundant after phagocytosis of M. tuberculosis K-strain. This approach provides a method to determine specific proteins that may have critical roles in tuberculosis pathogenesis.

The semi-outdoor cultivation of Spirulina platens is was attempted using an underground-water-based medium. Occurrence of contaminant organisms such as Chlorella sp. and Chlamydomonas sp. was not found from a microscopic observation and bacteria were not detected from denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) analysis of PCR-amplified 16S rDNA during the cultivation, owing to pH control and the high quality of the underground water. The mean productivity was high at $10.5g/m^2/d$ with a range of $4.2-12.3g/m^2/d$ despite the unfavorable weather conditions of the rainy season. The cultivated S. platens is included a normal protein content of 58.9%. Consequently, the underground water improved the biomass productivity and the biomass quality because of an abundant supplementation of natural minerals and through a contaminant-free culture.

소출력 무선설비는 한정된 주파수 자원의 효율적인 사용을 위해 용도별로 구분하여 주파수를 할당하고 있고, 또한 소출력 무선설비로부터 발사되는 전파로 인한 혼신으로부터 다른 무선국을 보호하기 위해 사용 주파수에 따라 출력 강도를 제한하고 있으며, 수신기의 경우에는 불요 발사 전력을 규제하고 있는데, 국내의 경우에는 1GHz이하의 소출력 무선설비의 수신기의 부차적인 전파 전력에 관한 규정은 -54dBm으로 규정되어, 1GHz 이상의 소출력 무선설비의 경우에는 아직 그 규정이 마련되어 있지 않고 있다. 현재 1GHz 이상의 기기들이 통신시장의 확대로 인해 서비스가 증가하고 있어 국내 기준이 필요 상태이다.

Species composition and yearly variation of fish eggs and larval fishes were investigated from 2014 to 2016. During the study period, the fish eggs were identified as belonging to 14 taxa. The dominant species of fish eggs were Leiognathus nuchalis, Engraulis japonicus, and Konosirus punctatus. These three species accounted for 97.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The collected larval fishes were identified into 37 taxa, 22 families, and seven orders. The dominant species of larval fish were Leiognathus nuchalis, and Gobiidae fishes. These three species accounted for 85.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The diversity index of the larval fishes was the highest in 2014 (H' = 1.60) and the lowest in 2015 (H' = 1.15). The evenness index was the highest in 2016 (J = 0.51) and the lowest in 2015 (J = 0.39). The dominance index was the highest in 2015 (D = 83.5%) and the lowest in 2016 (D = 70.9%). In addition, the economically important species in this area were Engraulis japonicus, Konosirus punctatus, Hippocampus coronatus, Sebastes schlegelii, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, and Cynoglossus joyneri.

Three-dimensional (3D) video scenes are complex and difficult to control, especially when scene switching occurs. In this paper, we propose two algorithms based on an incremental proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm and a similarity analysis between views to improve the method of bit allocation for multi-view high efficiency video coding (MV-HEVC). Firstly, an incremental PID algorithm is introduced to control the buffer "liquid level" to reduce the negative impact on the target bit allocation of the view layer and frame layer owing to the fluctuation of the buffer "liquid level". Then, using the image similarity between views is used to establish, a bit allocation calculation model for the multi-view video main viewpoint and non-main viewpoint is established. Then, a bit allocation calculation method based on hierarchical B frames is proposed. Experimental simulation results verify that the algorithm ensures a smooth transition of image quality while increasing the coding efficiency, and the PSNR increases by 0.03 to 0.82dB while not significantly increasing the calculation complexity.

Objesctives: This study reports the effect of Korean medicine treatment on a patient with abdominal and lower back pain after a laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: The patient received Korean herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture treatment, and acupuncture treatment for six days. We measured the numeric rating scale (NRS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Range of Motion (ROM), and Life-5 Dimensions scale (EQ-5D) to assess symptom changes. Results: After treatment, the patient showed decreased numeric rating scale (NRS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), as well as augmented Range of Motion (ROM) and European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions scale (EQ-5D). Conclusion: The results indicate that Korean medicine treatment is effective management for patients with abdominal and lower back pain after a laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Objectives: This study reports on the effect of Korean medicine treatment, including Soeumin Bojungikgitang-gagambang, on a patient with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: The patient received Korean herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture treatment, and acupuncture treatment for 22 days. We assessed changes in symptoms due to the treatment using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), the McGill Pain Questionnaire-Short Form (SF-MPQ), and the European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions (EQ-5D) scale. We also measured the Leeds Assessment of Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs (LANSS) to distinguish neuropathic pain. Results: After treatment, the patient showed decreased NRS, SF-MPQ, and EQ-5D scores. Conclusion: The results indicate that Korean medicine treatment, including Soeumin Bojungikgitang-gagambang, is an effective management of symptoms in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
