가상 해저 환경 속에서 군중 행동은 영화, 게임 등의 엔터테인멘트 산업에서 많은 장면으로 연출된다. 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술의 발달로 인하여 디지털 영화나 애니메이션이 점차 증가함에 따라 다수의 캐릭터들이 등장하는 장면을 쉽게 접할 수 있다. 가상 환경에서 군중의 행동을 효율적으로 처리하는 기술에 관련해서 군중 장면 처리 및 군중 행동 시스템의 구현에 관한 연구는 있었으나, 자연스러운 군중 행동 시뮬레이터를 개발하는 연구는 아직 미흡한 편이다. 본 논문에서는 가상 해저환경에 존재하는 다수의 물고기들의 행동유형을 스마트하게 표현하여 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되는 단점을 보완하며 fish 군중행동 유형을 자동화하면서 사실적이면서 효율적인 가상 해저 환경 콘텐츠 제작을 구현하기 위한 fish 군중행동 시뮬레이터를 개발한다.

사이버 위협이 고도화되고 지능화되어짐에 따라 사이버 침해사고로 인한 피해사례가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 사이버보안 전문인력의 중요성을 인식하여 다수의 사이버 보안관련 교육 프로그램이 운영되고 있지만 사이버보안 인력 현황 및 직무에 기반한 사이버보안 교육연구가 이루어지 않아서 교육 수요자 및 공급자가 목표한 교육과정이 제공되지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 사이버보안 인력 및 지식체계를 정의하고 이를 반영한 새로운 사이버보안 교육 커리큘럼을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 커리큘럼은 기존 교육 커리큘럼에서 강조하고 있는 방어와 관련된 교육내용만으로 구성하는 것이 아니라, 공격분야의 교육내용을 추가하여 전문적이고 균형적인 사이버보안 인력양성을 위한 교육 커리큘럼을 개발 및 개선하였다.

The introduction of smart grid, which is an innovative application of digital processing and communications to the power grid, might lead to more and more cyber threats originated from IT systems. In other words, The Energy Management System (EMS) and other communication networks interact with the power system on a real time basis, so it is important to understand the interaction between two layers to protect the power system from potential cyber threats. This paper aims to identify and clarify the cyber security risks and their interaction with the power system in Smart Grid. In this study, the optimal power flow (OPF) and Power Flow Tracing are used to assess the interaction between the EMS and the power system. Through OPF and Power Flow Tracing based analysis, the physical and economic impacts from potential cyber threats are assessed, and thereby the quantitative risks are measured in a monetary unit.

Cyber education has been predicted that it would become the primary education system of 21st century as a way of education focusing on consumers, with the aspect that it seems to be able to satisfy the demand about re-education and lifelong education as the acceleration of fast knowledge accumulation throughout every field of society in the digital era. However, cyber education system has a lot of problems which are for that it lacks of human resources for effective interaction, and it can be disadvantageous to certain type of students with a class environment concentrated on reading and writing and with foundation on computer technology. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that cyber education has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of college education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for cyber education at university.

In this study, we analysed the current situation of Internet-based insurance services which can provide a non-traditional and cost effective communication channel between the customers and insurance companies. The service of Internet-based cyber-insurance extends from mere advertisement to on-line contracts through planning simulations and, furthermore, to customer monitoring. This cyber-insurance is the demand of the times and is not to be overlooked-by the Korean insurance companies which are suffering from accumulated loss and are facing severe economic depression. We performed a comparative analysis between the domestic cyber-insurance service and pioneers'. Also, we suggested future possibilities of cyber-insurance services, presenting an architecture for the construction of a cyber-insurance management module within the meta financial investment system.

Smart grid (SG) software platforms and communication networks that run and manage the entire grid are increasingly concerned about cyber security. Characteristics of the smart grid networks, including heterogeneity, time restrictions, bandwidth, scalability, and other factors make it difficult to secure. The age-old strategy of "building bigger walls" is no longer sufficient given the rise in the quantity and size of cyberattacks as well as the sophisticated methods threat actor uses to hide their actions. Cyber security experts utilize technologies and procedures to defend IT systems and data from intruders. The primary objective of every organization's cybersecurity team is to safeguard data and information technology (IT) infrastructure. Consequently, further research is required to create guidelines and methods that are compatible with smart grid security. In this study, we have discussed objectives of of smart grid security, challenges of smart grid security, defensive cybersecurity techniques, offensive cybersecurity techniques and open research challenges of cybersecurity.

attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

20세기 후반부터 비약적으로 발전하기 시작한 정보통신기술과 이를 기반으로 한 인터넷의 세계적인 확산은 21세기의 새로운 정보사회로의 전환에 즈음하면서, 많은 역기능이 나타나기 시작했는데 그 중의 하나가 사이버범죄로서 사이버테러리즘이다. 사이버테러리즘은 자국 내 뿐만 아니라 국가안보적인 차원에서 심각성의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 사이버테러리즘의 현황을 살펴보고 이에 따른 향후 전망을 하고, 사이버테러리즘 문제에 대응하고 있는 각국의 대응체계를 현실적으로 비교하였다. 이를 통하여 우리나라에서의 범국가적인 적극적 대응전략의 모색에 의한 효율적인 사이버테러리즘의 국가적 대응전략 방안을 모색하였다.

2004년도 11월에 전국의 850명의 대학생의 사이버 커뮤니케이션의 이용 특성을 분석하여 이러닝 환경 구축에 관한 제언을 하였다. 학생들은 사이버 커뮤니케이션 방법 중 휴대폰 문자보내기, 인터넷 메신저 사용하기, 블로그나 미니홈피 사용하기, 이메일 보내기의 순으로 사용을 선호하였다. 57.5%의 대학생이 이메일을 사용하지 않았으며, 특히 남학생(61.9%)과 어린 학생일수록(69.4%) 그런 경향이 두드러졌다. 블로그를 소유한 사람의 비율은 74%인데, 연령이 어릴수록 많았다. 이메일의 사용은 줄고, 이동성, 동시성 접속성과 사용의 용이성이 있는 저렴한 가격의 매체의 사용이 늘고 있다. 이러닝을 위한 제언은 1) 이메일의 대체 매체를 적극 활용, 2) 접속성의 제공, 3) 동시성/즉각성의 제공, 4) 휴대폰, 블로그, 미니홈피와 같은 매체를 적극적으로 교육에 활용, 5) 텍스트정보의 멀티미디어화이다.
