As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, it was found that among the factors of Selection Attributes, physical environment, food quality, service quality, and convenience had a significant positive (+) effect between customer satisfaction. It was found that price fairness had no influence. Finally, it was found that there is a moderating effect on the physical environment and service quality variables by introducing the interaction variable between Selection Attributes and Customer Satisfaction.

  • This study explores the effect of the properties of digital infra on customer participation to explain how customers' initiatives impact the marketing process in the digital environment. Also the effect of the accumulated information through customers' information sharing on their initiatives in the marketing activities can be discovered. These effects can be better understood by developing comprehensive model and employing large sample empirical test. Study1 identifies the properties of digital infra which overcomes the limitations of off-line environment in customers' participation - Information openness, connectedness, community interaction and structure clarity - and how these properties activate customers' participation in the marketing process. Study2 shows the process structure of reverse marketing activities in the digital environment. These findings deliver the fact that customers' initiatives in the marketing activities will be accepted generally under the digital environment. • This study investigates the impact of personalization recommendation systems on customer loyalty in e-commerce, focusing on the role of information presentation, system interaction, and social community functions. It examines how these elements influence flow state, word of mouth (WOM), and repurchase intention (RPI). Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and data collected from 500 respondents in SPSS and AMOS, the study finds that all three personalization aspects significantly enhance flow state, which, in turn, positively affects WOM and RPI. System interaction directly boosts both WOM and RPI, while information presentation and social community functions influence only one of these loyalty measures. Flow state mediates the relationship between personalization factors and loyalty outcomes. These findings suggest e-commerce platforms should enhance system interaction and embed social community features to foster customer loyalty.

  • This study aims to identify various service innovation patterns in the service industry and understand the main differences among them. We attempt to create a new typology of service innovation by analyzing its patterns based on the four major dimensions of service innovation (i.e., service concept, service delivery, customer interaction, and technology). We then investigate whether firms pursuing different service innovation patterns significantly differ from one another in terms of their performance (high and low performance). Based on empirical data collected from 198 Korean firms in the knowledge-intensive business service sector, four major clusters composed of different service innovation dimensions are identified. These four clusters can be interpreted as specific service innovation patterns, including "technology based high customer interaction," "high technology based high service delivery," "service delivery and high customer interaction-integrated," and "strongly balanced" innovators. High firm performance does not depend on the individual service innovation dimension but on the specific configurations of such service dimensions. Customer interaction also has an important role in achieving innovation success and improving firm performance, while technology has a key role in enhancing firm performance. This study sheds new light on service innovation research by developing a new typology of service innovation, identifying four major clusters as service innovation patterns, and exploring the relationship between service innovation patterns and firm performance.

  • This study examines how preference clarity and customer participation levels affect evaluation of fit toward customized services and also analyzes the effects of cultural difference between Korea and China that may cause variance in the evaluation of fit in the course of interaction with the prior two factors, preference clarity and customer participation level. It conducted a $2{\times}2{\times}2$ between-subjects factorial design adopting preference clarity, customer participation level, and difference of culture. The subjects were composed of 200 Korean and 200 Chinese. According to the analysis results, it is revealed that Korean consumers highly perceived fit toward customized services when their preference is clear and participation level is high, and they evaluate fit more favorably as participation level increased, while Chinese consumers' evaluation for fit deteriorated as participation level increased. The result shows that fit evaluation became more positive through participation when preference clarity is high in Koreans but not in Chinese.

  • The 21st century could be called the age of Experience Economy associated with the importance to external and internal experience of product users. It needs the understanding of customer's needs in new point of view. In the area of design development, it requires the extensive application of experience from traditional method that was based on the style and usability to more advanced concept. To correspond to these changes, we need to explore new customer's value system for knowledge-information design and systematic approaches to experience system. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of 'experience' newly in the importance side of customer's life, form a clear definition of experience design and present the model of application system. Theoretical frameworks of this research are based on the Empiricism and John Dewey's theory. By applying these frameworks make dear the concept of experience concept and reanalysis the meaning and style in the perspective of design. In this process, we can extract the main factors that inducing the experience, create new application system and model again to the field of design. Application model can creates various experiences through supplying different experience style and factors for customer, make customer realize experience object. Experience designs offer optimal experience to users by making a plan and design experience to user's goal.

  • This research explores the question how interactions between customer and firm affect firm growth. To test suggested hypotheses, this study collects data on social commerce industry in Korea during the period from the beginning of social commerce industry in Korea, May 2010, to March 2012, and investigates the effect of social media on the growth of social commerce firms. We suggest two hypotheses in this study. First, as web traffic inflow through social media into a focal social commerce increases, the growth rate of the focal social commerce increases. Second, the more diverse social media channel through which web traffic inflows into a focal social commerce, the weaker the positive effect of web traffic inflow on the growth rate of the focal social commerce. Analysis of data shows that inflow through social media is positively related to the growth of social commerce. In addition, our analysis shows that inflow channel diversity weakens the positive relationship between web traffic inflow through social media and growth rate of social commerce firms. These results suggest that firms need to concentrate on few social media in order to attract customers. The study contributes to understanding how interaction between firms and customers influences the growth of the firm.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify and design a model for the integration between marketing and supply chain management (SCM) of technopreneurship-based souvenirs MSMEs to fulfil customer value creation. Research design, data and methodology: This research method uses the system development life cycle method. This study draws its insights and conclusions from a literature review in several fields followed by an interactive research approach that helps identify, validate, and implement a theoretical framework so that the modelling results can be adopted in applicative manner for souvenir MSMEs. Result: Implementing the "G-ASPOO-L" supply chain management integration model based on technopreneruship to fulfil value creation in the 5.0 society era created three perspectives: an inter-functional perspective, a process perspective, and an integrated business concept perspective. The supply chain management involves enterprise integration, strategic customer integration, strategic supplier integration, and marketing strategy integration. Conclusion: The proposed model framework leads to managerial problems of supply chain management strategy, which urgently requires an interaction approach that challenges the traditional view of demand creation and implementation of supply chain management to fulfil value creation. This research leverages existing knowledge and advances our understanding of the strategic integration issues companies face in digital-based competition.
