버어리종 대말림 건조 중 곁순처리에 따른 엽중 화학성분 변화 (Effects of the Suckers on Chemical Components of Leaves during Stalk-Cut Curing in Burley Tobacco)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of suckers on chemical components with vertical and horizontal hanging method during stalk-cut curing in burley tobacco. The elongation and dry weights of suckers were increased until 14 days in vertical hanging method, and until 7days in horizontal hanging method after the beginning of curing. The contents of nicotine, protein-N and $NH_4$-N were decreased at treatment of more suckers during the curing. However, there was no significant difference by the hanging method. Solanone, damascenone, megastigmatrienone and 4-methyl phenol were increased gradually during curing. Those were increased with treatment of fewer suckers compared to treatment of more suckers. There was no significant difference by the hanging method.

콘크리트 포장의 내구성 향상을 위한 양생제 시공기술 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Curing Technology for Improving Properties of Concrete Pavement)

  • PURPOSES : This study is to suggest time to spray curing compound, the amount of curing compound, and the number of times to spray curing compound based on indoor tests. METHODS : Based on the literature review, two methods are used in this study, One is test for water retention of concrete curing material and the other is test for abrasion resistance of concrete surfaces by the rotating-cutter method. Through those methods, curing compound was evaluated. RESULTS : The result of the laboratory experiment for time to spray curing compound indicates that 30 minutes after placing concrete is optimal. For the amount of curing compound, $0.5{\ell}/m^2$ is the minimum quantity for both concretes. Through test of the number of times to spray curing compound, method to spray the whole amount of curing compound in twice is more efficient than it to spray the whole amount at a time. Also, method of separately 30-50 minutes spray is better than method of separately 10-30 minutes spray. CONCLUSIONS : From the testing results, it can be proposed that optimum time to curing compound is $30{\pm}15$ minutes, $0.5{\ell}/m^2$ is efficient for spraying the whole amount of curing compound at a time, and $0.4{\ell}/m^2$ is the best for spraying the whole amount of curing compound in twice, which sprays it in 20 minutes after 30 minutes from placing concrete.

  • 현재 국내현장에서 공사기간 중 구조물의 압축강도를 확인하는 방법으로는 KS F 2403에 의한 시험용 공시체의 압축강도를 구조체 콘크리트의 압축강도로 정하고 있으며, 이 규정의 내용에는 시험용 공시체의 양생방법으로 표준수중양생(20$\pm$2$^{\circ}$C)을 하도록 규정되어 있다. 그러나 현장 타설된 콘크리트의 경우 일반 대기환경에 노출되어 사계절 온도변화의 환경하에서 양생되고 있어 실 구조물의 콘크리트 압축강도와는 큰 차이를 나타내게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 KS에 규정되어 있는 압축강도용 시험체의 양생방법과 현장에서 구조체의 강도 및 거푸집 탈형시기 판정 등의 품질관리를 위해 사용하는 기중양생, 봉함양생, 구조체의 코어강도, 그리고 본 연구에서 제안하는 구조체의 내부환경 조건을 양생조건으로 적용한 양생방법을 적용하여 고강도 콘크리트의 강도발현특성을 파악하여 구조체 콘크리트의 강도에 가장 근접하는 공시체 양생방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • This study was carried out to examine application of surface adiabatic curing method in slightly cold weathering period. So, early aged freezing damage and compressive strength of concrete were examined through temperature analysis of construction concrete. Temperature analysis was carried out according to the average temperature, concrete placement completion time and surface adiabatic curing method. Analysis results show that additional curing plans are demanded in concrete construction below 0$^{circ}C$, surface adiabatic curing method is could apply in the average temperature more than -2$^{circ}C$ and curing method as heating are needed under -2$^{circ}C$.

  • Frefab Construction known for durable construction skill prompting high productivity in developed country is not yet settled in Korea. This situation of prefab construction results from lack of skill, specialists and quality control. In introducing skill, all equipments are thoughtlessly imported without inside eudeavor for development. Regardless of production of goods, basic study for production of goods, construction and structure is not abailable. The object of this study is curing method in the production process of PC concrete product. From change of curing temperature and curing period which would be factors of product quality in PC concrete production, and research of optimized steam curing condition from relations between curing condition and strength development, basic data of concrete steam curing method will be presented.

의치의 중합방법에 따른 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Dimensional Changes through the Curing Method of Denture)

  • This experimental study presented the study on the dimensional changes of occuring for the denture curing methods. The method is as follows: 1. The master die was made of wax. 2. The Silicon Rubber Mold was made into the same 80 casts. 3. The 80 Wax Plate were made of using the Base Plate Wax. 4. Flasking, Wax-wash, & Resin-packing were performed by the general procedures. 5. The curing method is performed through the four curing methods. (A, B, C, D). Table 2 shows the dimensional change after a day. Table 3 shows the dimensional change after soaking for 30 days in water of the degree of 36 Centigrade. As a result, the A curing method is the most denture curing.

  • A novel evaluation method is investigated for UV curing process in printing system. The method is based on the measurement of conducivity change by the photopolymerization of UV curable inks and paints. It is found that the decrease of conductivity is caused by photopolymerization of epoxy monomer during UV curing process of ink film and the by the rate of UV curing. It is possible to make the dynamical evaluation the curing rate of UV curable ink in curing process by this method.

  • Polymer-modified mortar was developed for improving the performance of modified mortar which is mixed with polymer, and it is used for protecting and repairing materials of building because of their excellent performance to improve characteristics which are compressive strength, flexural strength, and adhesive strength. However, the performances of the polymer-modified mortars are highly affected by materials, which are polymer, mortar, and aggregates, and conditions which are curing environment and testing method. Furthermore, dry curing method after hydrated curing has been recommended to make strong polymer film for the best curing method to make excellent characteristics. In this report, We investigated the co-relation between curing methods and the characteristics, which are compressive strength, flexural strength, and adhesive strength for the polymer-modified mortars that are used in the domestic area.

A Study on the Accuracy of the record base of the Complete Denture to the Master Cast according to Kinds of Resin and Polymerization Method

  • Statement of the problem. The record base in fabricating procedures of the complete denture, as a temporary form for reproducing denture base, is used to record upper and lower jaw relation and to align artificial teeth and try-in it in the mouth. The accuracy of jaw relation record is affected by the accuracy, stiffness and stability of the record base. So, the accuracy of record base is the most important requirements of jaw relation records. Purpose of study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the gap that occurred over the palatal area of a maxillary record base fabricated with autopolymerizing resin and light-curing resin. Methods/material. The maxillary record bases were fabricated out of autopolymerizing resin that is used the most frequently in clinics and light-curing resin that attracts special attention for its several merits. The light-curing resin was made by two kinds of polymerization methods, which are one step curing method and multiple step curing method. All record bases were cut in certain positions of the master cast 1 hour and 1 day later after fabrication and the accuracy of the master cast was measured and analyzed with a microscope. Results. A pattern of gap formation between the record base and the maxillary cast was observed in all specimens. According to kinds of resins, autopolymerizing resin was significantly more accurate than light-curing resin. There was no statistical difference according to time lapse, and in all three groups, the maximum discrepancy occurred at the posterior border in the mid-palatal region. Conclusion. The autopolymerizing resin is better than light-curing resin, and multiple step curing method is more accurate than one step curing method when using light-curing resin.
