Sustainability is a significant change that fashion industry has undergone. Marketers and brands are looking for guidance in green advertising to most effectively motivate consumers to purchase sustainable fashion products. This study aims to reveal environmental and cultural sustainability claims on message credibility and purchase intention regarding product trendiness. We performed mediation and moderation analyses, using a 2 (sustainability message: environmental and cultural) × 2 (product design: classic vs. trendy) between-subjects experimental design. The PROCESS MACRO was used for the analysis. Results indicate that environmental claim must appear credible to consumers to motivate them to purchase a product. On the other hand, cultural claim, with and without credibility, affected consumer's purchase intention. Moreover, cultural claim and trendy design together influenced message credibility and purchase intention, showing a moderated mediation effect. The study indicates that brands should broaden their perspective regarding sustainability by considering cultural factors when providing sustainability claims. Environmental claim should be clear and transparent to avoid green skepticism. Also, it is important to focus on product's design aspect: making trendy designs. It is difficult to change consumer behavior based only on sustainability value. Thus, brands must coney their consideration of design trends. Theoretical and managerial implications also are discussed.

Gold threads mean thread made by metal, it is composed various material to gold leaf, adhesive and media. The making technique and using materials of Gold threads are different from region, it can be used to distinguish country of origin. So this study finds characteristics and making techniques for flat gold threads of relics. Standard samples are made of animal glue, lacquer, red lacquer and etc. This materials are based on the scientific investigation of cultural gold threads properties. Then traditional techniques were estimated by comparison and analysis of actual cultural properties and standard samples. As a result of investigating cultural properties, it is similar to the standard sample which are mixed with red soil additives. After analysis of SEM-EDS, it is detected to Al, Si, Fe. So it is to the conclusion that traditional gold thread is made of adhesive mixed with red soil to improve gold color better. And this ways are similar with china that uses animal glue and red soil to adhesive and different from japan that uses lacquer to adhesive. Through this study, it will be used to data and reference for reappearance and making techniques of traditional gold threads.

The gold textile is Korean traditional weaving technique using the gold thread since 5th century. The making technique of gold thread was written in various references, but it is severed because the gold thread weaving equipment and sumptuous moods were forbidden in the early 18th century. There are some studies of traditional gold thread which are mainly about conservation treatment of cleaning and strength. To restore traditional gold thread, investigation of material and manufacturing technique is vitally required. The gold threads are composed of gold leaf, adhesive and base sheet. Gold leaf and base sheet are available for investigation because they are exposed to the surface, whereas adhesive is not easy to investigate because it is not exposed to the surface. In this study, samples are made of pure and impure gold, animal glue and lacquer, and various types of Hanji based on domestic and foreign references to compare materials for gold threads. As a result of morphological character and stability evaluation, the optimum materials for the restoration of gold threads are pure gold, animal glue and Dochimji(smoothing paper by beating). This study is expected to be basic data for manufacturing gold threads techniques and modernization of traditional gold threads hereafter research.

Fog is atmospheric in which tiny drops of water vapor are suspended in the air near the ground. Its form, occurrence, etc., change according to the temperature, relative humidity, wind and geographical features of the space around it. In particular, fog tends to occur near a source of water because of temperature and relative humidity difference. These days, climate change is increasingly affecting the occurrence of fog. Therefore the purpose of this study was to investigate how fog affects materials that are part of our cultural properties through outdoor exposure tests and artificial degradation. The degradation evaluation of materials as a function of fog occurrence frequency, showed that the color of metals changed noticeably, whereas dyed silk and Dancheong showed degradation on the surface and color differences but no particular tendencies. Therefore, damage prediction by color differences as a function of fog occurrence frequency was based on metal samples, which showed constant color differences. Through a comparison of the predictive value and color difference by outdoor exposure, the accuracy and applicability of the damage prediction formula was confirmed. If a more complex damage prediction formula is created, it is expected that prediction of the degree of material damage in the field would be possible.

Today, home gardening is in the spotlight. Therefore, the necessity of developing a new type of gardening product was raised according to the consumer's desires. This study, the contents were developed using sparrows, a helper who helped the bean rat's grain-cracking task among the characters of 'kongjwi patjwi'. The cultural contents convergence product is a lid production that is used at the end of the plant support. The fabrication method was designed using UG NX program after design research, and after printing by 3D polyjet method, mold was made and cast into silicon and resin. Through product manufacturing, we could confirm the public's interest in the possibility of new products and creativity. In the future, it is expected that the development of products incorporating cultural contents through various cultural archetypes will be activated, contributing to the enhancement of economic added value and national brand value.

The purpose of this paper is the cultural management activities empirical analysis of the impact of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention for the era of fusion and convergence. In particular, pay attention to the mediating role of organizational communication, and cultural management activities of the effect of by behavioral dimension of organizational effectiveness by structural model demonstrated the value and importance of cultural management. Cultural management activities showed a significant positive effect on organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational communication appears to have a mediating effect on the relationship between corporate cultural management and organizational effectiveness, especially the cultural management itself not necessarily to reduce turnover intention, to support communication means that can reduce the turnover points when activated.

This study used for KOSPI, KOSDAQ, entertainment culture and digital contents index that is related to cultural contents industry. There was investigated the each stock price index and return trends for a total 597 weeks to July 2015 from March 2004. They looked the content-related stocks about investment worth to comparative analysis the return, volatility, correlation, synchronization phenomena etc. of each stock index. When we saw the growth potential of the cultural contents industry forward, looked forward to the investment possibility of related stocks. Analysis Result cultural content related stocks showed a higher rate after the last 2008 global financial crisis. Recent as high interest in the cultural contents industry, we could see that the investment merit increases slowly. In the future, the cultural content industry is expected to continue to evolve. The increase of investments value in the cultural content related businesses is much expectation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of a convergence multicultural nursing education on cultural competence and empathy for nursing students. Method: This used a total of 85 samples with an experimental group and a control group and pre-and post-testing. The samples comprised of 85 third-year nursing students enrolled in the BSN program were divided into an experimental group (n=45) from college J and an control group (n=40) from college K. Results: The experimental group of students who attended a convergence multicultural nursing education program increased the level of cultural competence and empathy significantly. But the control group of students who did not receive multicultural nursing education program had no significant increase. Conclusion: The study proves that a convergence multicultural nursing education program has a positive impact on the improvement of cultural competence and empathy for nursing students.

Recently, culture technology (CT), which combines cultural contents and IT technology, is being watched as a new growth engine, and IT technology is actively utilized in preserving, inheriting and utilizing cultural heritage. For this, new areas of convergence of IT technology and cultural heritage are attracting attention. In particular, virtual reality is a representative area of IT convergence in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Although some studies have been conducted to utilize virtual reality technology to preserve and inform cultural heritage, it is mainly limited to tangible cultural properties. In this study, we propose a methodology to develop contents of intangible cultural heritage using virtual reality technology in intangible cultural properties. To do this, we classify the types of intangible cultural properties to apply the technology to each type of intangible cultural property. Next, virtual reality, augmented reality, and $360^{\circ}VR$ video technology are applied to the intangible cultural properties classified.

This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.
