For comparison of mycelial colonization of Phellinus linteus on logs, several techniques of inoculation were tested; sterilized short log inoculation, drilling inoculation and log-end sandwich inoculation. The mycelial colonization of P. linteus on logs was good in the treatment of sterilized short log inoculation, but poor in the traditional methods such as drilling inoculation and log-end sandwich inoculation. The initial mycelial growth and the full mycelial colonization of P. linteus in logs were the best in case of 20 cm logs under the condition of 42% moisture content. Also, the initial mycelial growth of P. linteus was accelerated over 12 hours of sterilization. Burying method of logs after $5{\sim}6$ months of incubation was the best for formation of basidiocarps of P. linteus. The formation of fruiting body of P. linteus was quite good in the cultivation house at $31{\sim}35^{\circ}C$ and over 96% of relative humidity.

Roofing tiles are very important archaeological artifacts which show science, architecture of that time, as well as information about the culture. It has been studied by many researchers steadily, but only focusing on archaeological, art historical and architectural study, so it is very difficult to find natural science research. Gyeongbokgung's roofing tiles were excavated from the ruins of same site, however glaze, body colour and shape of tiles are very diverse with the naked eye. Through natural science research which analyze the chemical composition and physical characteristics of roofing tiles's body and glaze examine the physical and chemical characteristics of each roofing tiles. the result of analazed roofing tiles is following. when roofing tiles were classified by 전암대자율 and chromaticity, each group has part of some matches. When you compare with green gazed traditional brick's glaze of Silla period, Gyeongbokgung roofing tiles have more $Al_2O_3$ and less PbO than Silla period's. We can see the technology of increasing firing temperature is better. and glaze colour depends on content of $Fe_2O_3$ and CuO. A lot of CuO tend to be more blue.

The disposition towards volunteer work and leadership traits are the basic qualities that should be possessed by teenagers who are to become next generation leaders. The 'Volunteer Work and Leadership' program was developed to attain this goal and all S high school students were subjected to this program. This program was comprised of four modules, and this dissertation is focused on the second module: 'Wisdom Leader'. This program, which was conducted for six hours on a daily basis, was carried out two times per day during the first semesters of 2006 and 2007 on freshmen students. The program was comprised of three conceptual frameworks-Education of the heart that improves your emotion which includes 'cultural performance', 'volunteer work leadership group performance' and 'spot strategy for stress management'. Education of the hand pursues knowledge, which includes 'special lecture of leadership' and 'leader research through movies', and Education of hand which students directly participate in workshops were also used. After studying the results of the program, it was found that the satisfaction level of the education was higher during the second session than the first session. Therefore the objective of this program to enhance the leadership qualities of students was attained Also, this dissertation was able to reaffirm the relationship between volunteer work and leadership. I hope that the leadership content can be used systematically for enhancing the educational effect of volunteer work.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe married female migrants' experiences of health care services and to help nursing researchers, nursing educators, and clinical nurses understand married female migrants' experiences. Method: A conventional content analysis method was utilized. Individual in-depth interviews with 15 married female migrants were conducted. Subject recruitment was performed at a district in Seoul. Results: Ten categories were induced: language barrier, financial burden, insufficient time with a physician, complexity of utilization process, lack of support from peer group, health care providers' discrimination, anxiety regarding lack of information about children's health, health care providers' concerns and efforts to minimize the language barrier, family support, and advanced health care service environment. Conclusion: This study provides basic knowledge regarding married female migrants' experiences related to health care services. Future research should designate and utilize valid instruments to measure the positive and negative experiences and to explore strategies to strengthen the positive features while eliminating the negative ones. Finally, the Korean nursing education curriculum should include cultural competence and knowledge about an ethnic minority's right to health service utilization.

New-tro is emerging as a new trend affecting the game industry. In this regard, this study analyzed on korean game archiving where need is emphasized. As a result, korean game archiving lacks consistency and validity due to the absense of methodology. Therefore this study conducts a preliminary study of building a game archiving methodology. First, this study analyzed the discourse of archiving science, including Documentation strategy, and the study of cultural content archiving in other fields. Then by applying it to korean game archiving, this study embodies game archiving methodology.

Purpose As web 2.0 has taken root in the Internet environment, people began to create specific values to produce and disseminate contents on their own. In order to emphasize the personalized media attributes, the concept of self media was derived. In this paradigm shift, self media has emerged that succeeded in commercializing themselves in social media. Taking advantage of the influence of self media will have a tremendous positive impact on management activities such as marketing strategy, brand promotion, customer retention, and profit growth. This study examines the factors affecting the loyalty of self media in Korea and China because the studies in the area of selfmedia is not enough. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzed what factors influenced the loyalty of self-media in terms of Korea-China comparison. The research model was proposed on the basis of previous research papers. Content value, interactivity, ease of access, self-congruity, sympathy, and reputation were used as independent variables. Trust and satisfaction are used as mediating variables, nationality as moderator variables, and loyalty to self-media as a dependent variable. Results As a result, it was found that all independent variables directly influence the loyalty of self-media except interactivity, and interactivity indirectly influence loyalty through trust and satisfaction. There was a moderating effect of nationality between satisfaction and loyalty, but was not a moderating effect between trust and loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to develop assessment tools to diagnose the child friendly level in a given community. To develop such assessment tools, the literature related to this issue was reviewed, and in order to reflect Korea specific social and cultural characteristics, 198 children and adolescents and 104 parents were interviewed in depth. The questionnaires were classified as objective tools and subjective tools by means of a content validity test by experts and a verification by preliminary survey. Objective tools are defined as those which are used by professionals to check facts based on laws and institutions. 20 objective questionnaires were created and completed. In contrast, subjective tools were used to check the subjective perceptions of children, adolescents and parents on their community environments. Subjective tools were collected as the basis for the data for construct validity and was calculated to verify the validity. For this purpose, 432 children and adolescents between 11 and 18 and 201 parents living in Seoul, Daejeon and Hwaseong (n=633) were surveyed. Subjective tools, 33 questions in 6 areas were created and completed for parents and for children and adolescents, 30 questions in 5 areas were created and completed.

Modern public museums are expanding its role as general cultural facilities. Therefore, the museums that are equipped with convenient and physical environmental features for all ages and types of users are needed. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of universal design in common space of the museums and to recommend a set of environmental improvement plans based on which various types of users can decide their choice of museums based on available data on the museums. The scope of this research was limited to seven major public museums located in Seoul, Korea. The spatial scope that was set for this research was common space of the public museums and the scope of the content was about the applicability of universal design. As a result of the research, three major conclusions were reached. First, the application of universal design toward common space in the public museums currently was not prevalent. Second, constant management and application development of universal design are needed. Third, as museums' primary roles and functions become more diverse, a direct application of delicate universal design is a necessary prerequisite to accommodate and fulfill users' needs.

This study investigates the users' perception of the importance and performance of National Recreation Forest Service Programs quality, forest environmental education and cultural benefits, with the aim of improving the level of service quality within the programs. An Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) was performed to determine significant patterns. The IPA results showed that most users' perceived as important how well the service programs performed to meet their expectations. The enclosed study finds, for example, users' answered that three factors which were less important to them were entrance fee, size of program center or facilities and amount of information. These factors performed poorly, and the program of guidance indicates the need for improvement of these factors. In addition, the finding also suggests how recreational service programs in the future can complement and improve what they offer. These are as follows. The process of preparation and content of the program order need to be effectively established. The Program Director needs to maintain a friendly attitude and must have ongoing training on how to provide effective programs. For programs to be enjoyable and satisfying for users, the location of the programs should provide a comfortable environment. Also, detailed program guidance is required for users' convenience. It is expected that the results of this study will be useful when ameliorating and establishing the marketing strategy of the National Recreation Forest Service Programs.

Lots of audience turn their eyes upon musical to satisfy various cultural desire. It is popular culture that was watched in culture contents industry. The stage costume which turn audience's eyes in musical the most is the sight art of stage to express visually actor(actress)'s personality, mental state, administrative position, age and the distinction of sex. This study researches designed stage costume which was based on time backgrounds and historical facts of reinvented clothes and its ornaments in Egypt by 'Sonia Rykiel' through musical, 'ten commandments' with special times. We collected home and abroad documentary records, Internet data. Moreover we viewed performance to analyze stage costume and brochure photograph data to study. In consequence the stage costume of musical 'ten commandments' found its way out of traditional clothes and its ornaments largely. We can recognize the stage costume as the most important part in drama by explaining the content on drama as costume through reinvented shape with modern sense and by taking charge of the principal part to lead atmosphere. In addition, thanks to the creative work of designer for stage costume, we can realize important intermediation to make higher artistic value of musical.
