본 연구는 문화복지환경이 지역별 자살률에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문화복지환경을 문화시설과 도시공원으로 구분하였고, 문화시설로서 공연시설, 전시시설, 도서시설의 개수를, 도시공원으로서 도시공원면적을 수집했다. 또한 전국 지방자치단체 143개의 시, 구를 중심으로 2011년 통계청 자료 등 4개 기관의 자료를 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 공연시설과 도시공원은 통계적으로 유의하게 자살률을 감소시키며 전시시설과 도서시설은 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 발견했다. 이는 공연시설과 도시공원과 같은 활동적인 요소가 우울 및 스트레스 해소에 영향을 주었기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 심각한 문제인 자살률을 낮추는 효과적인 방안으로서 문화복지환경의 가치 및 효과를 재조명하는 것에 그 의의가 있다.

This study focused on the adjustment of family living culture in relation to women who have immigrated for marriage. Specifically, it sought to determine how Vietnamese immigrant women understand and adapt to the culture of family life in Seoul, Korea. The investigation was conducted from 2 May to 30 May 2014, with 28 Vietnamese immigrant women as participants. Personal, family, social, and cultural factors affecting family life and culture were considered. It was determined that Vietnamese women can easily adapt to life in Korea to provide; the results of the material analysis are described below. First, Vietnamese immigrant women are satisfied with their economic life in Korea. In Vietnam, women have the right to marry Korean men if they want to. Vietnamese women are encouraged to marry want to marry a Korean man. Because they are satisfied with the present marriage. Second, migrant women learn to adapt to South Korean culture and food. However, cultural differences between a woman's husband and mother-in-law can become a source of conflict. Third, children of multicultural families easily accept Vietnamese people, since they are educated to do so through their Vietnamese mothers Vietnamese woman wants to teach their children the Vietnamese food and culture. Fourth, the Vietnamese immigrant women also participate in multicultural family support centers and communities. They want to become productive members of society through employment opportunities in South Korea. Fifth, the cultural and welfare policies of the government should be carried on so that migrant women are able to study cultural adaptation. This case study examined difficulties that Vietnamese immigrant women have in adjusting to life and culture in Korea. The findings could be used as a resource to help Vietnamese women living in Korea.

본 연구는 베이비부머들의 문화환경을 만들어 성공적인 노후를 맞을수 있도록 하며, 베이비부머세대에 적합한 문화도시형성을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 대전, 충남지역에 거주하는 베이버부머(1955년~1963년)세대를 대상으로 직접면접을 실시하여 최종적으로 229부를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율을 산출하였다. 주요 변인인 문화활동태도, 문화활동 필요성 및 경험을 파악하기 위해 빈도, 백분율을 산출하였고, 각 변인의 상호관련성을 알아보기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자인 베이비부머세대들은 문화활동이 필요하다라는 부분에서는 깊은 공감을 표하였지만, 실제 참여경험은 전무했으며, 이는 문화활동태도에까지 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 베이비부머세대를 위한 문화환경 및 시설을 확대하여 베이비부머세대들이 쉽게 어울릴 수 있는 곳, 대화를 나누고 취미나 오락 활동을 할 수 있는 문화활동의 장을 만들 필요가 있겠다. 둘째, 베이비부머를 위한 문화공간은 지리적 접근성이 특히 중요하기 때문에 지리적 접근을 고려한 문화환경조성이 필요하다고 하겠다. 아물러 친목도모, 여가활동, 취미생활, 휴식 등의 복합적인 장으로 활용가능한 장소가 필요하다. 마지막으로, 베이비부머세대들을 위한 문화자원 문화공간 조성 공간의 복합화 공간의 브랜드화로 베이비부머세대들의 문화욕구에 부합할 수 있는 문화 환경 조성이 필요하다고 하겠다.

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년을 대상으로 위험요인과 보호요인이 학교적응유연성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 또한, 어떤 보호요인이 위험요인을 조절하여 학교적응유연성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 연구결과 위험요인은 학교적응유연성에 부(－)적인 영향을, 보호요인은 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 높은 자존감은 부정적 양육태도를, 긍정적 태도는 부정적 양육태도와 부부갈등을, 교사지지는 부정적 양육태도를 조절하여 통계적 유의수준 하에서 학교적응유연성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점으로 위험요인과 보호요인의 조절관계를 토대로 다문화가정 청소년의 학교적응유연성을 높이기 위한 위험요인 감소 방안을 제시하였다.

In order to promote and comprehend marriage immigrants' culture, it is essential to understand the life of their families in their counties. For this study, data by a Philippine CFO(Commission on Filipino Overseas) has been analyzed, and the study researcher has attended an educational program run by the PDOS(Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar). Also, in order to understand the immigrants' families in their country, interviews have been done with some of the CFO employees, people arranged to immigrate to Korea through marriage, and female immigrants who are married. First, Filipino females have a positive attitude toward marriage with a foreign male. Most immigrants are from the rural parts of their country, and their families tend to rely on their daughters more than their sons. Therefore, they decide to marry Korean males and immigrate in order to support their families. However many of them do not have enough information about Korea. Second, Philippine's family system is of bilateral kinship, and traditionally, men and women are treated equally. Therefore, Filipino females tend to be well-educated, outgoing, and vibrant. Thus, they can create an active role in married life for themselves and support their family members. Lastly, based on videos and class materials on the topic of domestic violence that are used in the pre-educational programs for females planning to immigrate to Korea, the content of the program is to be revised.

This plan is for a different type of welfare facilities devised by analyzing problems with existing welfare centers and focusing on connection with residents and link between culture and welfare and among generations. In terms of re-development plan of Youngsun-2-dong, Youngdo-gu, Busan and the neighborhood under this plan, Youngsun-dong, Youngdo-gu is one of the densely populated districts of the aged, with lower growth rate and poor housing and welfare facilities. However, the district has a blessed natural environment and historical site of cultural relics of the Neolithic Age as well as growth potential as a logistics center with broader network of roads linking with Bukhang Bridge when Namhang Bridge construction is complete, showing the aspiration for change toward hi-tech maritime city in the 21st century of Youngdo-gu. This plan is expected to promote unity between the old and children, protection from social marginalization, and re-socialization education and set the stage for participation and solidarity of residents in the community.

Recently, the demand for pubic welfare has been expended to the comprehensive services terms of cultural, medical and psychological aspects and provision of information. These various demands for welfare services to improve citizens'quality of life could be effectively met by an integrated community center covered small regions rather than many existing individual institutions focused on specific services covered wide regions. The purpose of this study was to develop the activity programs for a proposed new millennium community center The activity programs classified into five types (administrative services; information and counselling; health and sports; leisure and culture; and child care and educational services) and each type included various unique activity programs not only for specific age groups but also for all age groups. In order to operate a new millennium community center effectively, the legal supports and systematic organizations to manage the community center should be required. Discussions and recommendations for these issues were included in the study.

As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, many problems related to elderly people have happened in many parts of our society. Among them, supply for elderly housing is one of the biggest problems. In downtown areas, despite of the high demand for elderly housing, there is not enough supplement of them due to the lack of real estates. Considering the situations above, this study proposes multi generation complex which combining the school and elderly welfare facility. This combination not only brings financial benefits but also has positive effects on cultural exchanges between generations. This study concentrates on finding out effective ways to combine elderly welfare facilities with community schools.

이 연구는 만화산업정책에 대한 사례분석을 토대로 문화다양성이념이 문화산업정책의 이념으로 갖고 있는 특성과 의미를 살펴보고, 문화다양성 이념을 달성하기 위한 정책방향과 과제를 모색하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 문화다양성 개념을 문화국제화의 관점과 문화권의 관점에서 정의하고, 이에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보았다. 그리고 만화산업정책사례를 중심으로 만화산업정책의 정책목표와 이념을 분석하고, 문화권의 관점에서 문화다양성 이념이 실제 정책사업에 어떻게 연계되어 있는지를 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 문화다양성 이념이 공식적인 정책목표와 이념으로 정립되어 있지는 않았지만, 실제 정책사업의 목표에는 반영되어 있다는 점과 문화다양성 이념이 문화산업정책의 핵심이념으로 고려될 수 있음을 규명하였다. 이와 연관하여 만화산업정책에서 문화다양성 증진을 위한 정책방향과 과제를 문화권의 관점에서 모색하였다.
