Most of the match-3 puzzle games supports automatic play using the MCTS algorithm. However, implementing reinforcement learning agents is not an easy job because it requires both the knowledge of machine learning and the way of complex interactions within the development environment. This study proposes a method in which we can easily design reinforcement learning agents and implement game play agents by applying PPO(Proximal Policy Optimization) algorithms. And we could identify the performance was increased about 44% than the conventional method. The tools we used are the Unity 3D game engine and Unity ML SDK. The experimental result shows that agents became to learn game rules and make better strategic decisions as experiments go on. On average, the puzzle gameplay agents implemented in this study played puzzle games better than normal people. It is expected that the designed agent could be used to speed up the game level design process.

This study aimed to compare general and female health-related factor between day-work and shift-work worker. It is based on the data of the Korea National Health&Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES) 2nd year on 7th period. The number of participants was 10,430. Out of the participants, 1,995 workers' dara was analyzed. The age, marital status, education level, occupational status and childbirth experience of female workers indicated significant differences between day and shift work. By contrast, health-related quality of life did not represent significant differences these factors; income, subjective health cognition, stress perception, depression experience, menarcheal age, menopausal age and breastfeeding period. The shift work is inevitably implemented as an industrial development and flexible work hours. Therefore, social and national attention and measures as well as those of individual workers are required to reduce the side effects from shiftwork.

The purpose of this study is to develop how to extract essential oil from heartwood of chamaecyparis obtusa and commercialize eco-friendly products using essential oil. Manufacturing process consisted of 8 steps: pulverization, input, pretreatment, extraction(steam distillation), steam emission, cooling, separation, aging. Through the method developed in this study, chamaecyparis obtusa oil with excellent quality in antibacterial effect can be extracted with high productivity. Also, chamaecyparis obtusa spray using this oil had good antibacterial and deodorant effects, and got no irritation results in the clinical test. To commercialize spray, we built a commercial website and performed consumer survey on the site. The survey results showed that respondents had positive attitude toward the products and their messages in the site. When the production standardization through precise quality control and the optimization of composition ratio are accomplished, this study will contribute to commercialize various types of cosmetics and quasi-drugs.

The purpose of this study is to maintain healthy hair by treatment. Frequent permutations cause a lot of damage to the ends of the hair, and use permant wave pre- and post-processing agents step by step to protect the damaged ends of the hair. The Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract used in this study are effective for anti-bacterial, antioxidant, anti-cancer blood circulation and skin moisturizing. This extract was soaked in 1 perm paper and 2 perm papers and wound, and then the cuticle, tensile strength and wave formation rate were investigated. An average comparison analysis was conducted, and when the ginkgo leaf extract was applied to two perm paper sheets, the permanent hair tip showed the highest hair improvement effect.

This study aims to systematically review literature on organizational socialization in the field of nursing. The keywords of 'organizational socialization' and 'nursing' were combined with the AND operator, and the author analyzed the total of 26 journal articles published between 2010 and 2020. The number of journal articles on organizational socialization has increased since 2016, and all the articles took an descriptive study approach. It was found that the variables of resilience, role stress, perception of justice, bullying, professional self-concept, and organizational climate could affect organizational socialization, and the variables of intention to leave, intention on retention, resilience, and organizational commitment could be affected by organizational socialization. The result of this study can be used for guiding organizational socialization research in nursing.

The purpose of this study was dentify the effect of the grit, social support, burnout on dental hygienists' grit. The study involved 248 hygienists from different dental institutions. The participants in the study were 248. It was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0 program. The average for grit was 3.43, it was 3.69 for social support, it was 2.92 for burnout. The influencing factors of grit were marital status(β=.130), social support(β=.239), and burnout(β=.-275). The variable that exerted the largest influence on the grit of the dental hygienists was burnout. Conclusively, it is necessary to develop a burnout treatment program to increase the grit in dental hygienists. And proposed the necessity of follow-up research.

With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, solutions that apply AI technology are being actively developed. Since 2017, the introduction of business automation solutions using AI-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has begun in the financial sector and insurance companies, and recently, it is entering a time when it spreads past the stage of introducing RPA solutions. Among the business automation using these RPA solutions, it is very important how accurately textual information in the document is recognized for business automation using various documents. Such character recognition has recently increased its accuracy by introducing deep learning technology, but there is still no recognition model with perfect recognition accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, we checked how much accuracy is improved when pre- and post-processor technologies are applied to deep learning-based character recognition engines, and implemented RPA recognition engines and linkage technologies.

This paper applies an expert independent unsupervised neural network learning-based multivariate time series data analysis model, MSCRED(Multi-Scale Convolutional Recurrent Encoder-Decoder), and to overcome the limitation, because the MCRED is based on Auto-encoder model, that train data must not to be contaminated, by using learning data sampling technique, called Subset Sampling Validation. By using the vibration data of power plant equipment that has been labeled, the classification performance of MSCRED is evaluated with the Anomaly Score in many cases, 1) the abnormal data is mixed with the training data 2) when the abnormal data is removed from the training data in case 1. Through this, this paper presents an expert-independent anomaly diagnosis framework that is strong against error data, and presents a concise and accurate solution in various fields of multivariate time series data.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of value consumption on customer satisfaction of skin care service users. This research was conducted on consumers with experience in value consumption use, and data analysis was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First emotional value, functional value and social value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second social value and emotional value were found to have affected behavioral intention. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, the skin care service provider should not only provide reasonable and practical services, but also form emotional communication or social ties. Also, in order to increase behavioral intention, it should enhance social dignity or make people feel happy through diversion.

This study analyzed mediating effect of job satisfaction between directors' leadership and workers' organizational commitment in senior clubs. A survey of 288 workers in Chungcheong and Daejeon was conducted. The statistical analysis methods were frequency, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrap. The analysis result was that directors' leadership had positive effect on workers' organizational commitment and mediating effect of job satisfaction was verified. For improving directors' leadership, it is necessary to develop various leadership education and training programs, to induce voluntary participation in the programs, and to include the participation of leadership program in facility evaluation. To advance workers' job satisfaction, we need various exchange programs with colleagues and peer groups, mentoring and rest service to manage emotional labor, and professional job education and supervision.
