As 5G mobile communication services are provided, efforts are being made to provide various services to users with ultra-low latency. This raises interest in edge computing, which can provide high performance computing services near users instead of cloud computing at the network core. This paper presents an efficient operation and management scheme of a micro data center, which is an essential equipment for realizing edge computing. First, we present the functional structure and deployment plan of edge computing. Next, we present the requirements for the micro data centers for edge computing and the operation and management scheme accordingly. Finally, in order to efficiently manage resources in the micro data centers, we present resource management items to be collected and monitored, and propose a performance indicator to measure the energy efficiency.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between oral health promotion behavior and oral symptoms according to the dietary life of adolescents through the 15^th(2019) online survey of Youth Health Behavior. According to the study, the number of tooth brush(day) was significant with all dietary life, caffeine and eating habit education experience were significant with all oral health promotion behavior, use of oral health device was significant with fruit, vegetable, sealant experience was significant with fruit, fastfood, vegetable, scaling experience was significant with fruit and oral education experience was significant with fruit, soda, fastfood, vegetable. Toothbreak was significant fruit, soda, fastfood, pain and bleeding were significant with caffeine, fastfood, vegetable, eating habit education experence, bad breath was significant with fruit, caffeine, vegetable. Therefore, dietary life should be considered for the management of oral health promotion behaviors and oral symptoms of adolescents.

The objective of this study was to evaluate functionality of Mutimo cylindricus as a cosmetic ingredient, one of the brown algae. The M. cylindricus 70% ethanol extract was manufactured for antioxidant measurement. DPPH and ABTS methods were used to measure antioxidants, and its EC50 values were 2.040 and 2.182 mg/mL in each experiment. The measurement of total polyphenol contents and reducing power showed total polyphenol content of 103 mg gallic acid/g extract and reducing power of 134 mg ascorbic acid/g extract. To measure cell toxicity, MTT method was used, and its result showed that the extract was not cytotoxic. And it has anti-inflammatory and whitening activity at concentrations of 100 ㎍/mL. The result confirmed that M. cylindricus extract is available as a cosmetic material with whitening and anti-inflammatory properties.

We have studied the optimal conditions for design and development on the communication device for a bilateral, and it's electrodes for transmitting electric signal are constructed on the $36^{\circ}$ rotated $LiTaO_3$ substrate by evaporating Al-Cu(W 30%) alloy. At first, we manufactured three kind of samples using this method, and selected two samples as similar with frequency, ripple and passband characteristics, and then we connect two samples by series in order to make bilateral devices. As results, we obtained that the electrode structure has better characteristics then the others, when it's width of reflector and electrode are $1{\lambda}/4$, $1{\lambda}/12$ respectively, and it's frequency is approximately 190.3MHz. Near future, I hope to help the manufacture for communication devices for the multi-channel and the duplex filter.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of training using unstable plate on displacement and dynamic balance ability of ankle joints in women college students wearing high heel shoes. Subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 3D motion analysis was performed while walking 9cm high-heeled shoes and walking 5m. Dynamic balanced ability evaluation was performed. The intervention program was administered to experimental subjects three times a week for four weeks. They performed balance training using unstable plates. There was no intervention in the control group. The results showed that the displacement of the ankle joints in the experimental group after the intervention was decreased overall and the dynamic balance ability was significantly increased. The control group showed little change. As a result, the training using unstable plate stabilizes the ankle joints and improves the dynamic balance ability of the subjects wearing high-heeled shoes.

The aim of this study is to provide a direction for future research by examining research trends on women in social welfare field in recent years. This study has theoretical significance in terms of expanding the horizon of social welfare knowledge by accumulating new research results based on previous research results on this topic. Using content analysis, we analyzed 37 studies on women published in Korean Journal of Social Welfare during 2009 ~ 2017 focusing on research subjects, research topics, and methods. The results of analyzing the research subjects indicated that women were described as client, family, and worker. In terms of the research topics, the results revealed a total of thirteen themes. In addition, the results showed that empirical research methods were dominant. It is suggested that more efforts should be made in future studies to broaden the scope of research subjects, topics, and methodologies in this filed.

This paper aims to examine the adoption of several management tools & techniques(MT&T) by the Strong Small Business Enterprises (SSBE) in Korea, In addition, the paper examines the impact of the adopted MT&T techniques on a company's overall performance. The paper used a questionnaires survey method to gather the required data. The paper used descriptive statistics, correlation and regression techniques to analyze the data. The paper found that benchmarking, BSC, IMS and TQM are among the MT&T techniques widely adopted by SSBE. In addition, the paper found that the adoption of MT&T techniques significantly influenced the companies' overall performance. More specifically, the paper found that the adoption of BSC significantly influenced that the companies' profitability, customer satisfaction, market position and sales growth for exisiting services and products. The findings this paper provide could be considered important and useful for advancement of companies adopting MT&T techniques to improve their performance.

This study aims to provide direction for improvement of the hospital's management environment for customer satisfaction management, which is ultimately consumer-oriented in practice. this study was analyzed the relationship between hospital use satisfaction relative to expected level and medical service provision process for inpatients. The study method collected data from September 10 to September 30, 2018 for patients with inpatient care at hospitals and general hospitals under 300 beds, and conducted a t-test, ANOVA, and logistic regression. According to the analysis, hospital brands were the most frequently chosen reason for hospitalization, followed by doctor brands. The satisfaction level of the inpatient medical service provision process showed no statistical differences depending on the general characteristics. It has been confirmed that the hospital's satisfaction level relative to the expected level of inpatients has a causal relationship that significantly affects the hospitalized procedure the course of the provision of medical services.

This study was conducted in order to be applied to basic data for enhancing dental hygiene students' psychological well-being. Data analysis was carried out T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0. The order of factors that affect the psychological well-being from the most to the least was sufferance(β=.327) and strength(β=.294) of resilience, support from friends of social support(β=.238), optimistic of resilience(β=.109), major satisfaction(β=.090), academic year(β=.084), and deep sleep(β=.078). Based on the result, this study suggests a need for developing programme to increase students' psychological well-being and a follow-up study.

As the internet and computer technology are developed, there is a need for service of traditional culture that can effectively search and create culture, history, and tradition-related materials in online contents. In this paper, we developed an RDF-based ontology retrieval service platform and verified usability and validity. This platform is divided into triple search, keyword search, network graph search, story search and management, curation management module. Based on this, the search results can be visualized based on the relationship between data, network graph search and story search can be used to easily understand the relationship between the keywords. An platform evaluation was conducted for verification, and it was evaluated that an intelligent search that can easily identify the relationship between information and shorten the analysis and search time than the existing search function.
