층상구조의 염기성 zinc p-toluenesulfonate의 합성 및 성질에 관한 연구 (Synthesis and characterization of layered basic zine p-toluenesulfonates)

  • 층상구조의 염기성 zine p-toluenesulfonates를 표면변형법으로 직접 합성하였다. CHNS와 TG-DTA를 통해서 화합물의 화학적 조성을 결정하였다. X-선 회절 테이타와 분자의 크기로부터 수산화 아연층에 결합된 p-toluenesulfonate의 공간배열을 확인한 결과 p-toluenesulfonate의 분자 평면은 수산화아연층에 수직되게 결합하고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 유기화합물인 alkyl sulfonate를 층상이중수산화물에 삽입시킨 화합물을 합성하였다. X-선 회절 데이터와 alkyl sulfonate의 분자의 크기를 비교하여 층간 삽입된 alkyl sulfonate의 공간배열을 확입하였다. 층간 삽입된 alkyl sulfonate의 분자 사슬이 이중수산화물의 층에 수직되며 서로 반대 방향으로 배열되어 있음을 확인하였다.

  • ($Pb_{0.91}$$La_{0.09}$)($Zr_{0.65}$$Ti_{0.35}$)$O_3$ thin films were prepared on ITO-coated glass by spin-coating. As $Pb_{0.9}$$La_{0.1}$)$TiO_3$ thin films were used as seeding layers, formation temperature of perovskite was reduced and theUrosette" structure was disappeared. PLZT thin films with a seeding layer of 40 nm thick showed a (100) preferred orientation and better dielectric and ferroelectric properties.ties.

  • 층상이중수산화물과 에틸오렌지의 삽입화합물을 합성하였다. 층상이중수산화물에 삽입되는 에틸오렌지의 공간 배열을 조사하였다. 에틸오렌지는 서로 반대 방향으로 교차하는 배열을 가지며, 에틸오렌지의 분자 평면과 N=N 이중결합이 동시에 이중수산화물층에 수직되게 결합되고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The single crystal specimens were solidified by modified Bridgeman method. The surface recrystallized single crystal specimens were prepared by shot peening followed by heat treatment. The surface recrystallization begins at the dendrite cores on the surface. The recrystallized grains grew into the inner side of the specimen. The growth of recrystallized grains was inhibited by the pores and eutectic phases. The primary $\gamma'$ phases were dissolved at the recrystallized grain boundaries during the grain growth. The grain growth of recrystallized grains was similar to the cellular type transformation. No orientation relationships were found bewteen the recrystallized grains and the parent phase.

  • The aim of this paper is to illustrate which factors influence the martensite grain fineness made by subsequently surface carburizing of extruded component. The effects of surface decarburizing by annealing, residual stress, initial microstructure and crystal oriental made by forward extrusion were taken into account. The available evidence suggests that the residual stress inside crystal or the crystal orientation is the main factor that results coarse martensite while cold extruded component was treated by carburizing.

고온가압소결한 탄화규소의 집합조직 (Texture in hot-pressed silicon carbide)

  • $\alpha$ - 및 $\beta$-SiC를 출발원료로 하여 일축성형한 후 $1800^{\circ}C$에서 고온가압법으로 소결한 탄화규소에 나타난 우선방위의 정도를 X-ray pole figure analysis로 조사하였다. $\alpha$-SiC를 출발원료로 사용한 경우에 고온 가압소결 후 약한 집합조직을 보인 반면, $\beta$ - SiC를 출발원료로 사용한 경우 고온가압소결 후 강한 집합조직을 보였으며, 이 경우 ${\beta} {\rightarrow} {\alpha}$ 상변태에 기인한 이중미세구조를 나타내었다. 또한, 집합조직의 강도는 고온가압소결 후 행해진 열처리 조건에 따라서도 변화를 보였다.

  • We propose a patterning method of liquid crystal (LC) alignment layer for producing multi-domain LC structures. By controlling thermal conditions during micro-contact printing procedures and facilitating wetting properties of patterning materials, patterned LC orientation can be easily obtained on a bare ITO surface or other polymer films. The newly proposed patterning method is expected to be a very useful tool for fabricating multi-domain LC structures to enhance or design electro-optic properties of LC-based devices.

  • High Tc Supperconducting thin films were fabricated by rf magnetron sputtering method. We have successfully controlled the compositions of films by adding sintered CuO pellets on YBa2Cu3O7-x single target. High Tc thin films with large grian size and good crystal habit were obtained by rapid thermal annealing process. The films deposited on SrTiO3(100) single crystal substrate indicated the existence of c-axis prefered orientation confirmed by XRD and SEM analysis. The Tc, zero's of sharp resistive transition for rapid annealed films deposited on polycrystalline YSZ substrate and on SrTiO3(100) single crystal substrate were 79K and 88K, respectively.

  • Liquid crystal alignments on a rubbed polyimide layer were investigated by using optical transmission method. Using this technique, we also studied the pretilt angle of the polymer molecules near the surface of a side-chain polymer layer as a function of the rubbing strength. In particular, we obtained the optical characteristics of liquid crystal orientations and pretilt angles for LC cell photo-aligned by UV as well after rubbing alignment. High pretilt angle of 3.84 degree was obtained on the weekly rubbed polymide layer duribg UV irradation time of 60min.
