주거 관련 정보 사이트의 평가기준 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Evaluation Criterion for the Housing Information Related Internet Web Sites)

  • Currently, obtaining information about the housing studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. But. it may causes the public users to experience a negative effect, because many of those informations provided on the internet web sites related to the housing studies/informations are not providing an equal quality of information. And measuring the quality is also not easy. This study focuses on the establishment of evaluation criterion for the housing information-related internet web sites. In such a vein, it proposes a clear model to evaluate the information qualities with the 43 questionnaires / examining items. To test the questionnaires/rating items, the analysis has been implemented which has shown the reciprocal effect between the 2 major factors. One major factor with 4 variables on the information searches are (1) the accuracy/reliability of contents and techniques, (2) the design of a picture and communication, (3) the readability and security, and (4) the security of private information, and the other factor with 3variables on the additional services are (1) the diversities of contents and ease of orderings, (2) the abilities of search and e-mail, and (3) the events and after services. This study/rating model will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of housing information on the internet web sites.

도시생태네트워크 구축을 위한 도시공원의 연결성 평가 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Connectivity of Urban Parks for the Urban Ecological Network Establishment)

  • Urban Green Area has ecologically deteriorated along with quantitative loss, being developed as a dot itself rather than connected to forests and green networks around the park. The present study aims to propose a connected plan on Urban Ecological Network establishment through 'assessment of the connectivity of the entire urban parks' in accordance with distance of forest and river and 'assessment of trends in connection fragmentation of urban parks' in accordance with the past change of forest and river. According to the result of this study, criteria based on previous research was "directly linked type is less than 300m, conceptually linked type is between 300m to 1km, the isolated type is greater than 1km". And the result of 'assessment of the connectivity of the entire urban parks' is analyzed as the rate of park and green network, 41.7% in Suwon, 80.0% in Seongnam, 88.9% in Namyangju on the basis of office and field investigation. Also, according to the result of 'assessment of trends in connection fragmentation of urban parks', consideration for connection to the original forest is insufficient.

  • 방산기술이 복제되거나 방해기술이 발달되어 그 가치와 효용이 낮아지는 것을 방지하고 부적절한 수출을 방지하기 위한 보호가 필요하여 2015년도에 방위산업기술보호법이 제정되었다. 방산기술이란 방위산업과 관련된 국방과학기술 중에서 국가안보를 위하여 보호되어야 하는 기술을 의미한다. 그러나 현재 방산기술 보호체계 중에서 보호대상 기술의 식별 및 관리 체계의 기술식별 기준이 법규화 되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 델파이 설문을 통하여 141개 방산기술 중에서 고효율 내연기관 추진 기술과 관련 있는 디젤기관 요소기술 식별기준을 정립하고 방산기술 보호체계 중 보호대상 기술의 식별 및 관리 체계를 개선하였다. 연구결과로 디젤기관 요소기술 식별기준으로 작전 운용성, 내구성, 안전성, 계열화 및 모듈화 등을 정립하였다.

A Study on Standard Classification of Disaster•Life Safety Accident Criteria

  • Purpose: Purpose: The National Safety Experience Center Establishment and Reinforcement Project Management Guidelines, established to build a national safety experience center that is central to practicing education on disasters and safety accidents, requires that appropriate experience training programs be in place. However, due to the lack of classification grounds for the six areas of disaster•safety accidents presented by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and the mortality statistics necessary for establishing sectors have accumulated for over a decade, they are based on this. Our purpose is to standardize classification of sectors belonging to each area. Methods: We will divide disaster•safety accidents into 6 areas by three steps, and the grounds for 6 areas of accidents are presented. The 15 external causes other than the disease since 2009 has been proposed by The National Statistical Office. Therefore on the basis of these causes, various sectors belonging to each area are classified. Results: We will divide all disaster•safety accidents into six areas through three logical separation stages, and the areas were systematically classified based on the 15 factors of death. In conclusion, we present the grounds for the classification criteria in the six areas, the transportation accident disaster area in three areas, the social infrastructure system area in four areas, the crime accident disaster area in four areas, the life safety accident area in four areas, we set up all disaster•safety accidents in six areas and finally standardize total 25 areas.

국가환경위성센터 지상국 개발을 위한 기술기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Technological Criteria for the Development of the National Environment Stellite Center Earth Station)

  • 국가환경위성센터 지상국 개발을 위한 기술기준을 도출하기 위하여 국가환경위성센터 구축을 위한 입지 조건과 향후 개발될 국가환경위성센터 지상국 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 국가환경위성센터 지상국 특성 분석을 통하여 지상국 시스템의 구성과 내부인터페이스를 도출하였다. 본 논문에서는 국가환경위성센터 운영에 필요한 환경위성지상국의 상위 요구사항과 환경위성지상국 및 위성관제국 간의 인터페이스 요구사항을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지리정보유통 활성화를 위한 가격정책 수립측면의 가격산정 기준을 제시하는데 있다. 가격정책은 공급자 측면과 사용자의 측면을 동시에 고려하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 가격정책에서는 개발단계 비용은 매몰비용으로 산정하였으며, 유지관리 및 갱신비용은 지리정보를 사용하는 사용자에게 부과하였다. 지리정보의 배포비용은 사용매체에 따라 사용자에게 부과하며, 사용목적, 자료의 최신성에 따라 가격을 차등적용 하였다. 또한 지리정보를 유료로 제공하는데 있어 저작권료를 적용해야 한다는 가격정책을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 각종 항목을 고려하여 가격산정 기준(안)을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 지리정보 유통이 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 기대된다.

수중소음 관리 기준 설정을 위한 소고 (A Study on the Establishment of Management Criteria for Underwater Noise)

  • 각종 토목공사가 수행됨에 유발되는 소음 및 진동에 관한 민원사례가 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 육상부보안물건에 대한 관리기준과 피해 발생시 분쟁을 해결하는 객관적 기준자료는 다수 확보된 상태이다. 그러나 수중 소음에 관한 객관적 자료나 기준은 부족한 상태이다. 수중 생태의 환경 검토는 국외의 경우 수중소음계를 이용한 수중소음계측 방식 및 계측 결과값에 대한 항목(최대소음레벨, 실효치, 노출소음레벨)별 관리기준을 제시하고 있으며, 청각역치 연구 결과를 토대로 관리기준을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 수중생태에 관한 연구자료 및 피해정도를 판단할 수 있는 관리기준의 설정이 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구는 수중 소음 측정 장비를 활용한 합리적인 수중소음 관리기준 설정을 위한 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

대형 산업용 전동기 회전자용 알루미늄 다이캐스팅의 주조성을 고려한 슬롯 형상 설계 기준 정립 (Establishment of Design Criteria for Slot Shape Considering Castability of Aluminum Diecasting Process for Large Industrial Motor Rotor)

  • Numerical analysis has been performed to evaluate effect of the shape variables such as core length, slot width and slot length on misrun in aluminum die casting process for motor rotor. The predictive method for misrun in diecasting process was established by comparing the result of numerical analysis and an actual motor rotor. Solidification modulus was introduced to predict quantitatively the castability of aluminum diecasting process for motor rotor. It was found that there are minimum critical solidification modulus and slot width to prevent misrun according to core length through diecasting limit diagram proposed using the predictive method. The critical solidification modulus and slot width increase as core length increases to prevent misrun of aluminum motor rotor in diecasting process. Based on the results, the design criteria of slot shape to prevent misrun of aluminum motor rotor with various core length were established.

Establishment of automated manufacturing system for high-purity [18F]Sodium fluoride: 3-year production experience

  • A bone metastasis is an important factor for prognosis and treatment of breast or prostate cancer patients. [$^{18}F$]Sodium fluoride ([$^{18}F$]NaF) is a PET radiopharmaceutical that can detect bone metastasis. Conventional [$^{18}F$]NaF production process included radioactive metal impurities because the product was prepared by adding saline after beam irradiation to $[^{18}O]H_2O$. In this study, we apply the method of removing radionuclidic impurities. To meet the criteria prescribed by GMP in quality control, we designed the custom-made [$^{18}F$]NaF automatic module. The mean radiochemical yield was $82.1{\pm}4.4%$ (n = 32) productions for 3 years) and the total preparation time was 4 min. The final produced [$^{18}F$]NaF solution meets the USP criteria for quality control. Thus, this fully automated system is validated for clinical use.

  • The objective of this study was the establishment of clearance method that can ensure radiological safety and reasonably minimize radioactive waste when demolishing contaminated buildings at KRR-1&2. By reviewing Korean and international laws related to decommissioning, the method for clearance of contaminated buildings presented in this study is to first decontaminate the building and then conduct a radiological safety assessment, such as measuring residual radioactivity, to determine whether the radiation dose criteria for clearance are satisfied. The measurement results meet the radiation dose criteria, the contaminated buildings are regarded as clearance and can be converted into the general buildings. The demolition of the cleared buildings is carried out using conventional demolition methods. The waste generated during the demolition is classified as general construction waste and is disposed of according to relevant laws. The proposed method significantly optimized the number of samples analyzed and reduced the time and cost associated with the decommissioning. The established method will be applied to the ongoing decommissioning of contaminated buildings at KRR-1&2, and its application will be verified by regulatory bodies. The study suggests that this method could be used for the decommissioning of contaminated buildings at other Korean nuclear facilities in the future.
