In this study, an analysis is conducted to understand the effect of the cabin crew's image-making autonomy on job enthusiasm, service performance and organizational performance. And this is conducted on cabin crew members in airlines with autonomy based on image making standards and a total of 109 copies are used for final analysis. First, the image-making autonomy show significant positive (+) influence on all of the sub-factors of job enthusiasm such as job vitality, job commitment, and job commitment. Second, all sub-factors of job enthusiasm, job vitality, job commitment and job commitment show a significant positive (+) influence on service performance. Third, service performance show a significant positive (+) influence relationship on organizational performance. As a result, it is expected that airlines will be used as a basis for easing the regulations for image making of cabin crew and introducing an autonomous management system in the future.

Purpose - This study was intended to provide implications for the importance of color to airlines where the image customers feel about the business is paramount. The importance of colors shown by the airline crew, an important human resource for airlines as contact workers, was investigated. We wanted to present suggestions by investigating and comparing the difference in customer attitude regarding the color of uniforms of the airline crew. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to examine differences in perception of airline uniform color, with the research that suggests that the customer's attitude to uniform color will vary. The difference in the perception of passengers according to the colors of the airline uniforms was determined by conducting an empirical analysis. Results - Customers have a different attitude about the color of the uniform of airline's flight attendants' uniform. Full service airlines (FSC) generally have a bright, calm, neat, and heavy-handed feeling, while low-cost carriers (LCC) have a distinctive, dynamic, energetic, and cheerful feeling. Conclusions - An empirical analysis of the study found that customers' attitudes vary by uniform color for each airline. It has also been revealed that Airline's uniform color can communicate the company's goals it wants to convey.

이 연구는 경제상황 변화와 인구통계학적 구조변화 등으로 인하여 국내 취업시장이 불안하게 인식되고 있는 가운데 항공산업 발전을 배경으로 항공사 취업을 목표로 하는 대학생을 대상으로 항공사 승무원 이미지가 항공사 취업결정에 미치는 관계를 분석하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 342부의 설문지를 바탕으로 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 항공사 승무원 이미지가 항공사 취업결정에 미치는 영향은 부분채택 되었다. 세부적으로는 항공사 승무원 이미지 중 고객지향성과 패션성이 항공사 취업결정의 호감성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직업전문성과 외향성은 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 항공사 승무원 이미지 중 직업전문성, 패션성, 외향성 등은 장래성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 유형성은 서비스에서 필수적인 요인이지만 승무원을 준비하는 대학생은 취업결정에 앞서 직업으로서의 승무원에 대한 인식이 필요하다. 둘째, 항공사 취업준비생은 풍부한 상식, 항공관련 정보력, 기내 식음료 정보 등의 지식을 기반으로 한 직업전문성을 고려한 접근이 필요하다. 셋째, 인적서비스가 강조되는 승무원은 밝은 표정, 고객을 배려하는 인성, 친근한 미소, 상냥한 말씨, 승객과의 친화력, 탁월한 기내서비스 능력 등 고객지향성 요인의 중요성인식과 자질 준비가 필요하다. 이 연구는 취업 준비생이 인식하는 항공사 승무원 이미지와 취업결정에 대한 세부적 인과관계 연구한데 의의가 있으며, 준비생은 직업전문성과 아울러 외향성, 패션성 등과 같은 유형적 요인가 취업결정에 영향을 미쳤다.

This paper describes the system for detecting the tank crew's(loader's) hand, arm, head and the upper half of the body in a danger area between the turret ceiling and the upper breech mechanism by computer vision-based method. This system informs danger of pressed to death to gunner and commander for the safety of operating mission. The camera mounted ort the top portion of the turret ceiling. The system sets search moving object from this image and detects by using change of image, laplacian operator and clustering algorithm in this area. It alarms the tank crews when it's judged that dangerous situation for operating mission. The result In this experiment shows that the detection rate maintains in $81{\sim}98$ percents.

This study examines the color image of uniform of airline cabin crew according to the demographic characteristics of the customer and demonstrates how it affects the cognitive image of airlines. Adjective adjectives were derived for uniform color images of all eight airlines in Korea and analyzed the image of airline brand color. Based on the analysis of color images, the difference in perception according to the demographic characteristics of passengers was analyzed. When the colors of airline uniforms are mainly blue, sky blue, white and ivory, they have a lot of trust, neat and elegant images. Uniforms with primary colors such as red, orange and green beans are found to have a lot of cheerful, developmental and enterprising images. In addition, the empirical analysis of the impact of the customer's cognitive perception and favoritism on the uniform color image of the airline crew showed that the more positive the airline's positive perception of the uniform color image, the more positive the cognitive image is. In other words, the empirical analysis revealed that the airline's uniform color image, its cognitive image of the airline, and its popularity have significant positive relationships.

근래 산업은 기계 자동화로 변화하고 있는 추세이며, 선박도 센서를 통해 기기 정보를 디지털 정보로 얻는다. 하지만 선박은 기기상태 점검을 위해 선원들이 정해진 시간마다 기관실을 순찰하며 기기들의 정보를 아날로그 게이지를 통해 확인하는데, 이는 순찰 중에 선원에게 발생할 수 있는 모든 안전 위험은 물론 시간과 기회비용 또한 소모된다. 자율이동로봇을 이용한 기관실 순찰 방법은 선원의 안전 위험은 물론 시간과 기회비용도 소모되지 않기 때문에 해결책으로 활발히 연구 중이다. 자율이동로봇을 이용한 아날로그 게이지 판독은 로봇이 게이지를 인식하기 위한 디지털화가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이미지 처리를 이용하였다. 아날로그 게이지 이미지는 이미지 전처리를 통해 노이즈 제거 및 특징을 부각 시켰다. 이미지 전처리를 완료한 이미지는 이미지 처리를 통해 아날로그 게이지의 중심점, 지침점, 최소값 및 최대값을 검출하였다. 이 점들을 연결한 직선을 통해 최소값부터 최대값까지의 각도 및 최소값부터 지침점까지의 각도를 획득하였다. 각도는 수식을 통해 현재 아날로그 게이지가 나타내고 있는 값을 디지털화하여 나타내었다. 실험을 통해 이미지 처리를 통한 아날로그 게이지의 디지털화가 잘되어 게이지의 현재 지시값을 근사하게 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 알고리즘을 순찰로봇에 적용한다면 기관실 순찰을 위한 선원의 안전 위험 및 시간과 기회비용까지 보전 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 아시아 최대 저비용 항공사인 A 항공사에서 비행 근무 중인 객실승무원의 헤어스타일 유형을 분류하였다. 객실 승무원들은 일정한 출퇴근 시간을 유지하는 것이 아니라 비행스케줄에 따라 출퇴근 시간의 다양화로 헤어스타일도 변화되기 마련이다. 따라서 여성 객실승무원의 경우 출근하기 전 시간적 여유가 있을 때는 쪽머리나 업스타일과 같은 헤어스타일을 유지하기도 한다. 그러나 머리를 다듬는 시간이 적을 때는 원랭스 커트와 그래쥬에이션과 같은 일상의 헤어스타일을 유지하거나 포니테일과 같은 묶은 머리를 선호한다. 객실승무원들은 다양한 헤어스타일을 유지하지만 모발의 색조는 자연 갈색이나 약간 밝은 염색을 선호하고 과도한 탈색에 의한 밝은 명도 모발은 선호하지 않는다.

The purpose of this research is to prepare basic data necessary to develop uniform design by examining the uniforms of Korean and Chinese airline crew. Advanced research, various literature materials related to uniform, as well as a survey on the images portrayed by the different uniforms of the airlines were used as research method, and this was used to investigate its functions and components. The survey was conducted in Incheon International Airport and Gwangju airport from September 1st to 30th of 2013, - targeting 350 people consisting of Koreans, Chinese, and other nationalities who have the experience of using Korean and Chinese aircraft. The research findings are summarized as follows. First, the images of the uniforms were classified into 5 elements: attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality. The analysis showed that Korean uniforms, except for Jin Air, received high marks overall, while the Chinese uniforms received lower marks compared to their Korean counterparts. Second, the results were analyzed based on the nationality of the respondents. In regards to Korean airline crews, attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality showed statistical significance with Korean respondents, while the significance was seen in attractiveness, activity, femininity, and traditionality for the Chinese respondents. Femininity was the only feature with any significance for the third nation respondents. On the other hand, with regard to Chinese airline crew's uniform, Korean respondents showed statistical significance in the following features: attractiveness and traditionality, while the Chinese and the third nation respondents did not show any statistical significance in any of the elements.

The purpose of this study was to find out the difference between preferred hairstyle and pursued-image of hairstyle according to demographic characteristics. The method of this study is a content analysis and survey research using a questionnaire, which consisted of items of pursued-image of hairstyle, preferred hairstyle and demographic characteristics. 450 women were selected as subjects of this study; they were randomly selected from hair salon located in Seoul, Inchon and Bundang. For the material analysis, We used the statistical program of SPSS 12.0; frequencies, factor nalysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test, T Test and ${\chi}^2$ Test were carried out as the methods of analysis. The research findings were as follows. First, the results of hairstyles according to the content analysis usually resulted 5 hairstyles, such as cuts and crew cut, bobbed hair, long layered hair styles and nonelayered long hair styles. Second, under the survey regarding the difference of preferred hairstyle and pursued-image of hairstyle according to demographic characteristics. variety of hair styles due to the subjects were more willing to try a consciousness about other's suggestions and how they are portrayed. Moreover a low level of education was ralated to a attempting a variety of styles, considering their social life. Subjects with higher age, education level and salary preferred a glamorous image as well as crew cuts. Which made them look younger. However, when they were younger, they preferred long nonelayered hair styles. In conclusion, age, average monthly income and education level are important variations affecting the property of change in hairstyles and pursued-image of hairstyles.

본 논문에서는 재난안전통신망의 전체 구조가 아닌 재난현장에서 소방대원과 현장 지휘통제실간의 정보교환이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 재난현장 지역 내의 독립적 네트워크 인프라(무선통신, 영상전송 및 현장상황파악 등) 확보를 위한 현장형 스마트 통합관제시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 재난환경 스마트 통합 관제시스템은 재난현장에서 현장대원간의 무선통신을 지원하고, 재난현장 영상정보 수집을 위한 드론과의 통신을 지원함으로써 현장 관제시스템에서 재난상황에 대한 전체 주변 영상확보 및 현장대원의 효율적 지휘가 가능하게 된다.
