  • The name of the Courses of Fishing Technology and of Navigation, as the basic courses in the fisheries high schools and the merchant marine high schools, are unchanged from a viewpoint of keeping a time- honored tradition. According to transition of the industrial structure, the authors tried to examine closely the character, to realize the goal of education, to rationalize the substantial system of the major subjects of each course, and made some concrete proposals of teaching guidance for each subject. The existing 5 compulsory major subjects are reduced to 2, and the subjects of "Sea Training" and of "Fisheries Law" an, disused, and the subject of "Introduction to Ship" and "Introduction to Marine Engine" and "Introduction to Marine Communication" are merged into the "Introduction to Ship". As mentioned above, the level of subject matter become more simplified as well as the students' learning burden is lightened by reduction of the number of major subjects. In conclusion, guiding teachers of major subjects must previously establish the substantial teaching method and carry out the teaching activities taking into consideration of the students' intellectual level and the local requirement on the ground of thorough understanding the character. the goal and the substantial system of each revised subject.

  • 최근 국내 해양사고는 선박충돌사고가 전체 해양사고의 약 $20\%\~34\%$를 차지하며 구성비 또한 매년 증가하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 선박충돌회피를 효과적으로 지원하기 위해, 선박마다 다르게 나타나는 선박의 선박조종성능을 갖추고 근접상황 충돌회피지원을 위해 연구된 CCAS-Model(Close Quarters ship Collision Avoidance Support Model : 근접상황 충돌회피지 원모델)을 기반으로 한 선박충돌회피지원 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 프로그램은 선박의 다양한 조우상황을 비교하고, 자선의 선회특성을 이용하여 상대선박의 침로, 속도 유지에 대한 충돌회피 가능영역과 방법을 나타냄으로써 근접상황에서도 신속한 피항동작의 검토 및 결정을 가능케 하며 효과적인 충돌회피 조선을 지원할 것이다.

  • 애니메이션은 새로운 움직임을 창조하여 생명을 불어넣는 것이다. 정지된 이미지에 잔상의 원리를 이용하여 움직임이 인식될 수 있도록 프레임 바이 프레임(frame by frame)으로 분리 작업하는 제작방식을 이용한다. 애니메틱스(Animatics)는 바로 움직임에서 가장 중요한 타이빙과 동작을 연구하는 학문이며 애니메이션 실제 작업이 들어가기 전에 애니메이션 전체적인 분위기와 러닝타임, 그리고 스토리의 흐름을 시각적으로 살펴볼 수 있는 매우 중요한 작업일 뿐 아니라 스토리보드의 문제점을 파악하여 수정할 수 있으므로 전체적인 제작시간을 효율적으로 줄일 수 있게 하는 학문임에도 불구하고 애니메이션의 구성요소 가운데 가장 이론화 되지 못한 영역 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 애니메이션 교육 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 새로운 교과 개념으로써 애니메틱스의 접목으로 애니메이션 제작능력의 함양과 교육 방향을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 그리고 단순한 스토리보드의 연장이 아닌 애니메틱스 과정의 중요성을 고취하고자하며 이를 토대로 애니메이션 제작 교육이 좀 더 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The investigation of ship maneuvering with hydrodynamic effects between ships in curved narrow channel

  • The hydrodynamic interaction between two large vessels can't be neglected when two large vessels are closed to each other in restricted waterways such as in a harbor or narrow channel. This paper is mainly concerned with the ship maneuvering motion based on the hydrodynamic interaction effects between two large vessels moving each other in curved narrow channel. In this research, the characteristic features of the hydrodynamic interaction forces between two large vessels are described and illustrated, and the effects of velocity ratio and the spacing between two vessels are summarized and discussed. Also, the Inchon outer harbor area through the PALMI island channel in Korea was selected, and the ship maneuvering simulation was carried out to propose an appropriate safe speed and distance between two ships, which is required to avoid sea accident in confined waters. From the inspection of this investigation, it indicates the following result. Under the condition of $SP_{12}{\leq}0:5L$, it may encounter a dangerous tendency of grounding or collision due to the combined effect of the interaction between ships and external forces. Also considering the interaction and wind effect as a parameter, an overtaken and overtaking vessel in narrow channel can navigate while keeping its own original course under the following conditions; the lateral separation between two ships is about kept at 0.6 times of ship length and 15 degrees of range in maximum rudder angle. On the other hand, two ships while overtaking in curved narrow channel such as Inchon outer harbor in Korea should be navigated under the following conditions; $SP_{12}$ is about kept at 1.0 times of ship length and the wind velocity should not be stronger than 10 m/s.

  • 대형선박의 충돌 혹은 좌초와 같은 많은 해양사고는 선박의 조종성능 부족으로 인하여 발생되고 있다. 따라서 IMO(국제해사기구)에서는 1994년 제18회 총회에서 결의서 A.751(18)로서 선박조종성에 대한 잠정기준을 채택하였고, 이 기준은 1994년 7월 1일 이후 건조된 길이 100m 이상의 선박 또는 길이에 관계없이 모든 케미컬탱커 및 개스운반선에 대하여 적용된다. IMO 조종성기준은 크게 설계단계에서의 선회성능과 보침성능 및 최단정지성능으로 대별된다. 이 논문에서는 몇 척의 대형선박에 대한 최초 설계단계에서의 자료를 이용하여 조종성능에 관한 계산 및 시뮬레이션을 행하고, 계산된 결과를 모형실험 결과와 비교, 검토하였으며, IMO 조종성 기준의 타당성에 관하여 검토 고찰하였다.

  • The culture of a country is formed by the sense of value of a nation being a creator as well as on operator of the culture. So, the Chinese culture and fruthermore, the sense of value the Chinese people can be understood through the study of the costume of China. Above all, the culture of China, including the costume, have been formed through the his-tory of exchange between the central Chinese people and its surrounding minority races, and it should not be overlooked that its own culture of each race is existing with each other in the great Chinese culture sphere. In the paper, the concept of costume as relections of a culture is confirmed through the examination of the characteristics of the costume of the Miao tribe with such history and culture as a background and on effort is made to take those as resources modern fashion designs while inferring from them the characteristics of costume with universal and original values sthat can be sublimated into the modernistic beauty. The results of the study are as follows. First, the basic composition consists of a simple jacket made in a way of straight-cut-ting and a close pleated skirt and it tended to put emphasis on diversified and splendid decorations compared with the simple basis composition. Second, the costume of the Miao tribe are characteristic of hair done in a knot with head-dress around head. Third, the kinds of dress are multifarious by race and region due to a long period of mobile and disperse life. In the course of studying the universal value of the Miao tribe is confirmed which is by no means inferior to the standard of the medernistic beauty which keeping its originality. The study is made to be helpful for activating the design going with the trend that the basic harmony between the nature and man, that is a climate and the local cul-ture hearing formed a splendid culture in the past, are being found again.

With the development of architecture technique while modern Higher buildings are increased high level and fire prevent facilities aren't reached to that level. The object of this study is present the problem which appear from the analysis of place standard for fire protection facility. This study described as a following order. First. We are going to look history of the fire protection system and change course of that with the year and facility. Second, We say the frame system and special nature of the foreign fire prevent Act. Third. We understand the control reality of fire protection system. Fourth. We took out the merit of foreign fire prevent law and the problem of our current domestic system. The placing standard of proper fire protection facilities that be presented from this study are followed next. 1) We have reinforce sprinkler system placing standard for the fire extinguishing and check the spread of fire. 2) We must to be ruled the standard for keeping fire prevention system that are received reality and people's idea. 3) We should prepare lawful basis which can be place fire prevention center. 4) We have to correct the standard of use about complex building without mainuse and we take increase the real effectiveness of this. 5) We ought to match the use of current fire prevention act and the use of architecture law.

OFDM 시스템에서 PAPR 감소를 위한 PTS 기법의 성능개선 (Improving the PTS Method for the PAPR Reduction in the OFDM System)

  • OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 통신 시스템은 단일 반송파를 사용해 정보를 전송하는 대신, 주파수의 직교성을 활용하여 정보 전송률이 낮은 다수의 부반송파로 나누어 전송하므로 주파수 사용 효율과 고속의 데이터 전송에서 우수한 특성을 가지는 기술이다. 그러나 OFDM 신호는 단일 반송파 전송방식에 비하여 PAPR(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio)이 증가하는 문제점이 있다. PAPR이 증가하면 RF 증폭기가 비선형적으로 동작하게 되어 효율이 감소하게 된다. 따라서 OFDM에서는 PAPR을 감쇄시키기 위하여 다양한 기법들이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PTS(Partial Transfer Sequence) 기법의 단점인 많은 수의 IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) 로 인한 연산의 복잡도가 급격하게 증가하는 부분을 개선하기위해 기존의 PTS 기법을 개선하여 두 개의 임계 레벨을 가지는 PTS 기법을 제안하였다. PAPR 값을 비교 분석한 결과, 기존의 PTS 기법과 근사한 BER(Bit Error Rate) 특성을 유지하면서 연산량을 크게 개선시킬 수 있음을 확인 하였다.

  • 대양 항행하는 거의 모든 선박에서 항해사를 지원하기 위해 선박의 회두각 유지 및 변침을 목적으로 사용되는 일반적인 자동조타기는 대부분 PID형 제어기가 장착되어 있다. 선박 자동조타기의 제어기 계수는 운항 경제성 관점에서 선박의 추진 에너지 손실량(연료소비량)으로써 평가해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 선박 자동조타기의 정량적인 평가함수를 바탕으로 추진 에너지 손실량이 최소가 되도록 자동조타기의 제어이득을 구하고자 한다. 이 때 제약조건, 즉 설계사양을 고려한 RCGA를 이용하여 제어이득의 탐색을 실시하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 방법을 검증한다.
