GIS 서비스 권역분석을 활용한 컨테이너 육상운송운임 산정방안 (Exploring Reasonable Pricing System for Inland Container Cargo Transportation Using GIS Service Area Analysis)

  • 국내 컨테이너 육상운송은 행정구역을 기준으로 요금이 산정되고 있으나 실제 차량이 이동하는 거리에 의거하여 요금이 결정되지 않아 화주와 운송인 모두에게 합리적이지 못한 방법이다. 본 연구는 GIS의 네트워크 분석 기법의 하나인 서비스 권역 분석을 이용하여 보완된 육상운송운임 산정 방안을 제시하고 현행 행정구역 기준 육상운송운임체계와 비교하여 현행 체계의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 대안을 도출하고자 출발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 컨테이너 육상운송운임 권역은 현행 행정구역 기준 컨테이너 육상운송운임 방식과 비교하여 운송거리를 반영하는 요금의 형평성이나 행정적 편의성 측면에서 더욱 개선되었다고 판단된다. 본 연구가 GIS를 활용하지 않고 컨테이너 육상운송 운임을 산정하는 관행을 개선될 수 있는 계기가 되어 객관적인 데이터에 의거하여 합리적으로 운임을 결정하기 위한 중요한 참고 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

기업가정신의 성별 차이: 사회적 맥락의 영향 (Gender Differences in Entrepreneurship: The Impact of Social Context)

  • 본 연구는 기업가정신에 있어 성별 간 차이가 나타나는 현상 자체가 아닌 기업가정신의 성별 차이를 발생시키는 사회적 맥락의 영향을 확인하는 데에 초점을 둔다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 글로벌 기업가정신 트렌드 리포트(GETR)의 20개국 데이터를 사용하여 사회적 맥락이 성별과 기업가정신 간 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 검증하였다. 사회적 맥락의 함의와 관련된 가설검증을 위하여, 본 연구에서는 Hofstede의 문화차원 요인인 권력 거리, 개인주의, 남성성, 불확실성 회피와 제도적 요인인 양성평등, 사회보장을 사회적 맥락을 반영하는 구체적 변수로 사용하였다. GLM을 사용한 실증분석 결과 성별은 기업가 정신에 독립적으로 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 성별은 각각 권력 거리, 개인주의, 불확실성 회피, 양성 평등, 사회 보장 변수와 상호 작용하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 기업가정신의 성별 차이가 각 성별에 내재된 고유의 특성에 기인한 것이 아니라, 개인이 속한 그 국가의 사회적 맥락 수준에 따라 나타날 수 있음을 시사한다.

Analysis of the Effects of Investment Facilitation Levels on China's OFDI: Focusing on RCEP Member States

  • Purpose - purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of the investment facilitation levels of 11 RCEP countries (excluding Myanmar, Brunei, and Laos due to lack of data) on China's outward foreign direct investments(OFDI) using balanced panel data from 2010 to 2019. Design/methodology - First, four investment facilitation measurement indicators (regulatory environment, infrastructure, financial market, ease of doing business) were selected,investment facilitation scores of the 11 countries were obtained using the principal component analysis, an investment gravity model was established with nine explanatory variables (investment facilitation level, market size, population, geographic distance, degree of opening, tax level, natural resources, whether the country is an APEC member or not, and whether a valid bilateral investment treaty with China has been concluded) were used to establish an investment gravity model, and regression analyses were conducted with OLS and system GMM. Findings - The results of the regression analyses showed that investment facilitation levels had the greatest effect on China's OFDI, all four first-level indicators had positive effects on China's OFDI, and among them, the institutional environment had the greatest effect. In addition, it was shown that explanatory variables such as market size, population, geographical distance, degree of openness, natural resources, and whether or not a valid bilateral investment treaty has been concluded would have positive effects on China's OFDI, while tax levels and APEC membership would impede China's OFDI to some extent. Originality/value - Since the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEPT) came into effect not long ago, there are not so many studies on the effects of investment facilitation levels of RCEP member states on China's OFDI, and the investment facilitation measurement index constructed in this paper is relatively systematic and scientific because it includes all the contents of investment facilitation related to the life cycle of company's foreign direct investments.

한국과 독일의 통일교육 비교분석을 통한 한국 교육에의 시사점 탐색 (Exploring Implications for Korean Education through Comparative Analysis of Unification Education between Korea and Germany)

  • 이 논문의 연구 목적은 한국과 똑같은 분단국가에서 통일을 이룩한 독일 통일교육을 통해 한국통일교육의 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 독일은 통일교육을 정치교육이라고 명칭한다. 독일의 정치교육은 통일교육을 포함하여 민주시민교육, 평화교육, 민족 간 연대교육을 포함한다. 또한 학교 통일교육 뿐만 아니라, 시민단체와 정당들도 정치교육을 다루고 있다. 독일의 정치교육은 연방정부차원에서 큰 틀만 제시하고 세부적인 사항은 주정부와 여러 단체들이 역할을 분담하여 이루어지고 있다. 주지역의 특색과 정당, 시민단체의 색깔에 맞춰 적합내용을 담은 정치교육을 실시할 수 있다. 물론 연방정부는 이에 대한 행 재정적 지원을 아끼지 않는다. 이러한 상황에서 독일국민들은 거리감 없이 자연스럽게 정치교육을 수용하고 발전해 나갔다. 이러한 상황에서 한국에게 주는 시사점은 많다. 첫째, 통일교육의 체계적인 시스템이다. 한국은 통일부와 통일교육원을 중심으로 통일교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 국민들에게 자연스럽게 다가가기 위해서는 시민단체와 지자체, 종교단체, 교육지자체를 종합한 체계적인 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, '다양성 인정 내에서의 통합'이다. 한국도 독일처럼 국가는 큰 틀만 제시하고, 세부적인 것은 여러 기관과 시민단체에서 이루어지는 다양성이 인정되어야 한다. 셋째, 통일교육의 통합교육전환이다. 독일은 통일교육을 정치교육이라고 하여 포괄적인 교육을 시키고 있다. 우리도 단순한 통일교육이 아닌 포괄적인 통합교육으로 전환하여 내용을 충원하여, 앞으로 다가올 통일을 대비하여야 할 것이다.

GIS Buffering기법을 이용한 대중교통취약지구 선정방법 (Selection method of public transportation vulnerable area using GIS buffering analysis)

  • Public transportation network in our country is concentrated and advanced focusing on urban area in order to secure economic feasibility. As a result, as dependence on private vehicles is relatively getting higher in public transportation vulnerable area, traffic problem occurs since the average running speed in urban area is 22.5km/h. This paper has an objective to suggest an improvement plan by selecting public transportation vulnerable area, and defining according to urban structure, formation and function, and understand traffic characteristics and draw problems. As a method selecting public transportation vulnerable area, an area with high division rate of vehicle was selected as a primary proposed site by calculating division rate of means of public transportation according to area. Final proposed site was selected by using GIS Buffering technique aiming at selected proposed site, and selecting non-benefit area 500m outside, which is the road limit distance from each subway and bus station. Lastly, the degree of improvement effect was studied by constructing imaginary public transportation network aiming at final proposed site and comparing to the amount of change in division rate of means of transportation.

  • In recently site investigations, the need for the determination of dynamic soil properties such as dynamic modules of rigidity, elasticity, dynamic poison's ratio and damping ratio etc. is increasing for the astigmatic designs of the civil structures. To obtain some of the dynamic properties, measurement of elastic waves velocity, both P and S wave, is required. Among various methods to measure elastic wave velocity such and Down Hole, Cross Hole and Refraction etc., Suspension P.S. Logging has an advantage to use for the off-shore investigation where generation of the shock wave and traveling of the wave is difficult. In suspension P.S. logging, specially designed prove equipped with source of shock wave, two 3-channel receivers, departing 1m distance, and other auxiliary facilities is inserted down in a bore hole bottom and raised in predetermined interval, usually 1m or 2m, and measurement is conducted. P.S. logging have been conducted in a off-shore construction project near InChon in the west coast for the first in the country, and form the result, potential of the liquefaction of the subsoil was evaluated and compared with the conventional method.

  • 정지궤도 위성을 이용한 Ka대역 위성통신은 강우에 가장 취약하다. 이렇게 강우감쇠에 취약한 위성통신 링크 설계 시 좀 더 확실한 지역 강우분포와 정확한 강우감쇠 예측모델을 이용하여 계산된 강우 감쇠값을 반영하여 위성통신망의 링크버짓을 분석하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 TTA에서 분석한 국내 지역별 강우강도 분포를 활용하여 Crane 강우감쇠 예측의 지역별 강우강도와 국내 지역별 강우강도 분포를 활용하여 해당 지역의 강우감쇠를 Ka대역 주파수 특성에 맞는 Crane 강우감쇠 예측 모델을 통해 정지궤도 위성과 지상 송수신국간의 위치, 거리 및 연 시간율(%) 요인을 반영하여 분석하였다.

BIPV의 아파트 건물 적용 가능성에 대한 연구 (A study on the application of BIPV to the Apartment Building)

  • Regarding to the Domestic housing politics to improve residing environment and effective use of country land, apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970s. Now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in Korea. In the view point of PV application to the apartment, PV has amny advantages because of the wideness of out-walls and high floors building in APT. Therefore, if APT could use the electricity produced by BIPV, we can solve more easily environment and energy problems caused by housing. The research conclusion by analysing conditions and application method to introduce BIPV application to APT in near future is as below. -The out look of APT has been developed periodically and recently gable roof or canopy is popular which PV installation is more favorable. -For Balcony part with double skin facade sassy window, It has a preferable condition to install on the wall depending on the window direction. -In case of shorter distance between buildings due to high ratio of outside measurement, it is more desirable to install PV on the roof than on the wall of Apartment by considering low solar altitude. -Also depending on the direction of APT building, it is more effective and productive in electricity in the broad surface of side wall of APT. -In case of superhigh floor APT where facade system is mostly double skin facade of curtain wall system, PV module can replace the traditional curtain wall and will reduce architectural materials and obtain various out look design thereof.

Manufacturing of the Portable Electric Scooter Prototype According to Variation of Wheel Number

  • With the emergence of the words Personal Mobility (P.M.) or Smart Mobility (S.M.), which are terms for personal transportation, the activities of related technologies are increasing with the research. Personal transportation is basically used as a short distance transportation method using electrical energy. As personal mobility became more popular, the resulting products and studies are spreading throughout the country. Most of the electric scooters, which are personal vehicles, are mostly imported from China. This is due to the fact that the price competitiveness of major components of electric scooters is owned in China. At this point, the domestic research direction is considered to be desirable in terms of composition and design of the electric scooter body. In this study, the models of portable electric scooters according to the number of wheels mounted on portable electric scooters were presented and the prototypes were produced accordingly. The number of wheels applied to the electric scooter was 2 and 3 and 4; the contents and advantages and disadvantages of the proposed portable electric scooter models were reviewed.

친환경 섬유의류 제품의 감성 선호도와 신뢰도 조사 연구 (Sensibility Preference of Eco-Friendly Fabric Products and Trust Reliability)

  • This study analyzed the sensibility of eco-friendly fabrics for college students and investigated their attitude on environmental problems, trust reliability onto eco-apparel products, and their purchase state. We tested 6 eco-friendly fabrics (recycled polyester, organic cotton, green tea, charcoal, bamboo, and nettle) through a survey using the Likert scale of 12 polar sensibility words. Most fabrics showed feelings that were smooth, natural, female, and country these were followed by fashion, cheap, functional, sustainable, warm, and vintage. In addition, nettle fabric showed 'rough' feeling, and recycled polyester fabric showed an 'artificial' feeling. Correspondence analysis showed the distance and direction between fabric types and sensibility words with a 2D diagram where the X axis was named with 'Soft <-> Hard' and Y axis was with 'Environmental <-> Manmade' to represent the relationship between fabric types and the sensibility words. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis, the cognition level of the consumer for environmental problems was found to be the most influential variable on the loyalty purchase of eco-friendly products; however, the trust reliability level of consumer onto eco-friendly apparel products was found to be the most influential variable on the conditional purchase of eco-friendly apparel products.
