The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost of dental implant by top-down method and, on that basis, to provide salient information for the suitable standard of dental insurance fee. A survey data and accounting documents from 36 samples of dental clinics secured with the organisation authority are used and analysed for extracting the representative sample of dental clinic. A researcher visited the dental clinics in person and conducted additional interviews in the omitted case of accounting documents. A dental implant cost by top-down method was estimated to 1,430,000 won. Labor cost accounted for 43% of the total cost structure, ranking it 1st and, management cost, material cost and interest cost on investment cost in order are investigated. Labor cost counts of the total cost that shows the similar aspect to the existing result. Cost in cost accounting of medical care would be used for the judge that cost pursed value for dental service, not price or fee.

This study is to find out the betterment way of cost down in the architectural temporary work. To do so, it is more important to check every case above all and find and choice optimum way fitting a scene of a construction field. In addition, in case that the way to apply in proportion to a given condition is complicated, the way to find out cost down way is to adopt the individual peculiarity instead of the generality. Hereupon this study is rather to find out the better way to reduce such as material and manpower cost than to leave matters not to be settled to get the best way in the existing temporary work. So this study is composed with finding the existing problems, fixing the focus about the developmental way to reduce cost in the exterior and interior temporary work, presenting the new construction way and describing the merits and attentions of an improved exterior and interior temporary work.

Many Korean companies are challenged to reduce logistics cost and meet environmental-friendly logistics. The textile companies in harsh competition are requested to make improvement on their logistics environment to cut down the total cost. However, they have reached the limit on improving the manufacturing process. We believe that the logistics department is the most improvable part at present. Improving logistics will be highly effective to cut down the total cost. In this study, we present Pad Pool System(PPS) as the solution to save their logistics cost. PPS, which means the shared use of Styrofoam pads, will enable the textile companies to cut down their cost and strengthen enterprise competitiveness. Also, PPS will be helpful reducing environmental disruption because the system reuses retrieved Styrofoam pads many times.

This study aims at the development of a cost management system in building interior projects. Renovation and remodeling is activated and expanded much more being compared with new building construction at present. After Interior project proceeding must get out of simple estimate and assumption, then its be needed a formal work process and computerized cost management. Proceeding a building interior project management was proceed in the office and the field. Cost break down, especially, depend on the field manger and used fiend managing money because its not checked by cost manager in office manger. For this study, cost factors are defined in terms of cost break-down interior works which consist of materials and labors. A data model for cost factors was developed, and a relational database is used to realize cost data management based upon this data model. Data input and output are achieved by internet from both of wired PC and mobile phone. This system can timely display a number of needed reports for cost management that identifies cash flow and predicts budget for cost break-down works in interior projects.

In this paper, I have approached the problem of scheduling that can be reasonably cost down and duration down in the tenement house by using PERT/CPM technics. The tenement house of 'M' construction company consistute 78 element workings in total. I made out the net-work scheduling through 78 element workings, after calculating by computer, G-COS 101, I reduced the duration and cost by MCX, and then enforced from the least cost slope to six times. Resulty, I attained PERT/CPM scheduling for construction scheduling ; a) Make Possible the effectiveness budgeting control b) How the scientific materials c) Make possible the reasonably decision making d) Strengthen the material control by relevance of element workings e) Make possible the duration down through the least cost.

Though Korea has introduced CBP(Cost Based pool) power trading system since 2001, long-term Generation system planning has been executed by government for Cost minimization every 2 years. Until currently the model which is used for Generation system planning and best-mix only considers cost minimization and total yearly or quarterly electricity demand every year. In a view point of one day power supply operation, technical characteristics, like the ramp up/down rate of total generation system, minimum up/down time and GFRQ(Governor Free Response Quantity), are very important. this paper analyzes Optimal Fuel-Mix for 2022 Korea generation system satisfying these constraints of each fuel type and considering pump storage plants, construction cost and $CO_2$ emission charge Using MILP(Mixed Integer Linear Programming) method. Also the sensitivity analysis which follows in future power industry environmental change accomplished.

Steel construction is one of the commonly used methods in building construction due to its efficiency in terms of time and cost. In particular, the top-down method using steel frames is widely used in the construction of underground structures in urban areas to shorten the construction period. However, there is currently no standardized cost estimation for subway steel frame construction in Korea, causing difficulties in determining the expected cost. In this study, we aim to provide basic data for establishing a cost estimation standard for subway steel frame construction through on-site surveys of subway steel frame construction commonly used in urban areas.

For most of application, total system cost is first priority to Engineer. Approach for making system cost down can be to reduce cooling cost by selecting low loss item or reducing filter cost by increasing frequency. SiC Mosfet ($CoolSiC^{TM}$) can approach both of case. This paper shows market-needs and reviews each application with SiC.

근래에 들어 한옥에 대한 인식의 변화와 더불어 한옥에 살고자 하는 선호도가 증가하는 등 한옥에 대한 관심이 급증을 하고 있는 가운데 정부에서는 한옥에 대한 제도를 개선하고 예산을 반영하는 등, 한옥관련 사업을 다각도로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 상대적으로 높은 공사비는 한옥의 대중화 및 지속적 발전에 장애요인중의 하나가 되고 있다. 이를 개선하고자 정부에서는 '한옥기술개발'의 R&D사업을 추진하고 있으며, 그에 따라 본 논문은 '한옥기술개발'의 일환으로 실제 지어진 전통한옥과 신한옥의 생산성을 토대로 효율적인 공사비 저감의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 분석방법으로 한옥공사의 15개 대공종 중 주요공종을 선정하였다. 전통한옥과 신한옥 공사 중 주요공종에서의 생산성을 분석하여 재료와 공법의 변화가 생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 분석한 주요공종 모두에서 생산성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 생산성의 향상이 공사비 저감에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지 분석하였다. 주요공종 중 지붕/홈통의 공종은 주로 재료의 변화, 목공사와 마감공사는 공법의 변화, 기초공사와 창호는 재료와 공법 모두의 변화로 인하여 공사비 저감을 이루었다.

The top-down construction method is an excavation and substructure construction method by excavating earth and building slabs from the ground level to the bottom of a building. The top-down method can be categorized into several types by its process and other technical details. Some of commonly used top-down methods in Korea today are S.O.G., N.S.T.D., and S.P.S. Among these, one method is chosen depending on construction field conditions, cost, construction time and so on. This study explores several factors that may affect the selection of a top-down method. This paper reports preliminary survey results with 54 top-down construction experts and comparison results of 5 top-down construction sites.
