All in all, cultural marketing had an indirect effect on formulating corporate brand asset by the means of corporate image. The result is pointing out the importance of establishing a strategic marketing plan that is taking harmony between the character of cultural marketing and media, continuous and long-term plan, connection with the type of the brand asset into account. Moreover, as people realized that corporate business activities are brining not only economic consequences, such as providing goods and services but also social consequences, such as uneven distribution of wealth, dirty links between business and politics, consumers' security, pollution, and etc., companies are reconsidering its own role in society. This reconsideration is called corporate social responsibility and this pushed the company to keep business ethics together with their business.
In the light of globalisation and the international division of labour, the article will stress the importance of a new conception of quality management, focusing more on the social and environmental aspects of quality in global supply chains with a particular emphasis on suppliers' perspectives. The increasing focus on corporate social responsibility, business ethics, corporate citizenship, sustainable development etc. indicates that managers have failed to see social and environmental aspects of the production as an integrated part of quality.
Research addressing international new ventures' social responsibility activities is scarce. Specifically, researchers have little account for the effects of an international new venture's social responsibility efforts on the outcomes of relationships with local customers in emerging economies. Against this background, we attempt to extend the boundaries of an understanding of the effects of international new ventures' social responsibility engagement on local customers' loyalty through customer trust and customer identification in emerging economies. Based mainly on the stakeholder theory and the relationship marketing theory, our study conceptualize two facets of international new ventures' social responsibility efforts: ethical and philanthropic corporate social responsibility engagement. In addition, we identify positive customer relationship-building mechanisms for each facet. Furthermore, our study presents an empirically testable propositions that would explain how international new ventures' social responsibility efforts influence the outcomes of relationships with local customers in emerging economies. Finally, this manuscript provides a discussion of the present study' implications for theory and practice and limitations that naturally lead to future research on international new ventures' social responsibility activities in developing economies.

Only 18% (87) were employees and the monthly household income was 121. In this study, we conducted factor analysis in order to extract the variables that may enhance the explanation capability of each variable. An analysis was performed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to verify the reliability of the measurement scale. This study attempted to investigate how corporate ESG practice affects management performance. To this end, the effect of environmental responsibility activities, social responsibility activities, and governance activities in terms of environment (E), social (S), and governance (G), which are the three elements of ESG, on management performance, mediating organizational effectiveness, and controlling corporate value perception, were empirically analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, environmental responsibility activities, social responsibility activities, and governance activities all had a positive (+) effect on management performance. Second, environmental responsibility activities, social responsibility activities, and governance activities all had a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Third, it was found that organizational effectiveness plays a partial mediating role between environmental responsibility activities, social responsibility activities, governance activities, and management performance. Fourth, it was found that corporate value perception has a moderating effect on environmental responsibility activities and governance activities, excluding social responsibility activities. Therefore, strengthening ESG practice will not only be essential for investment, but also help improve management performance. In addition, the results of this study suggest that ESG education for members should be strengthened to promote ESG practice, and it is necessary to re-establish management strategies so that corporate values reflect ESG.

Organizational dedication to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is set off by a number of driving forces, such as enhancing corporate financial performance, concern for the environment, regulatory compliance, and social equity. This article aims to ascertain the uptake of CSR among firms in the Philippines and Thailand leading to the attainment of sustainable development. The results revealed that CSR is carried out by the companies primarily to enhance their competitive advantage and legal compliance, which are deemed essential to the firms' existence. This study seeks to contribute to understanding how companies undertake their operations based on socially responsible practices so that the theoretical conceptualizations of sustainability can be developed. By determining what prods companies to pursue CSR, it will shed light on the mechanism that promotes the existence of sustainable organizations, linking it with CSR and the companies' objectives and strategies.

No matter what Corporate Social Responsibility has been discussed, that has been indifferent. But, new concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, Socially Responsible Investment is attracted recently and these come to the front with management strategy or policy in 2004. Corporate Social Responsibility is progressing toward direction of standardization over dimension of simple discussion. Continuance possibility Management is gathering strength by supplement method that limitation of Environment Management and Ethics Management are emphasized. How does corporation cope with change of business environment?
Previous literature supports the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) by demonstrating its effects on various aspects of firm performance. However, the extent to which CSR contributes to social well-being, its original objective, has rarely been examined. The current research investigates the impact of customers' perceived CSR of service firms on customer happiness. Two studies confirm our proposition that perceived CSR increases customer happiness by enhancing perceptions of warmth and competence associated with the service company. Furthermore, we examine how the type of service moderates this effect. Specifically, we find that the indirect effects of CSR on customer happiness through perceptions of warmth and competence are stronger for credence services than for experience services. This research makes theoretical contributions to the literature on CSR, happiness, and service, and offers practical implications for marketing tactics, including fostering long-term customer relationships and monitoring the effectiveness of CSR activities and corporate budget allocations.
