The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

While the 4^th Industrial Revolution (4^th IR) is actively being discussed in Korea, the core and common point is that in the era of the 4^th IR, computer networking is becoming more common due to the generalization of ICT(Information and Communication Technology). There may be a variety of factors that have allowed ICT to occupy a core position in the 4^th IR, but the most important may be the position of ICT as a foundation technology. ICT has important technical value in itself, but when it is converged with other technology or industry, or when it acts as a foundation technology of such technology or industry, it greatly improves the value of existing technology or industry. Thus, this paper focused on ICT, the core technology of the 4^th IR, to examine the past, present and future of ICT-related R&D and ICT-based convergence industries. In other words, the purpose of this study is to identify which areas ICT has been actively researched from past to present and what changes have been made in such areas.

Due to the development of information technology, IT industry has become the core factor of a country competence. So we recognized the importance of information network technology as a basis of IT industry. The infrastructure and service in domestic super-highway information networks show the rapid growth both in quantity and quality because of the government programs. However, foreign information network equipment companies have most of the domestic market-share and have controlled core part of the industry, thus national companies are having a difficulty in penetrating the industry market. In this paper, we will analyze domestic super-highway information network equipment industry and make its activating plan using competitive strategy model.

ebXML (Electronic Business using extensible Markup language), sponsored by UN/CEFACT and OASIS, is a modular suite of specifications that enables enterprises of any size and in any geographical location to conduct business over the Internet. Using ebXML, companies now have a standard method to exchange business messages, conduct trading relationships, communicate data In common terms and define and resistor business processes. It is the mission of ebXML that provides an open XML-based infrastructure enabling the global use of electronic business information in an interoperable, secure and consistent manner by all parties for creating a single e1ectronic electronic market. This paper briefly overviews the concept of core component, context, assembly rule and context rule. Then, It designs by standard specifications of ebXML core component commonly used in an industry and among industries, and assembles business messages by using XML schema. Therefore, it suggests the mechanism which effectively exchanges business messages among the trading partners. This paper designs core component by using only three business messages of retail industry : orders, dispatch report, sales report.

Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

To study about core capability which becomes the kernel of sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in cyber university which confronts competition-deepening circumstance, the value and importance of brand and educational services of cyber universities which stand on the basis of offline university were examined. Moreover, core capability based on the importance of cyber university service was searched, and its strategic course were suggested. Within research processes, competition environment of cyber university was forecasted, and importance to build up its core capability was examined. Moreover, conjoint analysis was carried out for three offline cyber universities. As a result of survey analysis, effectiveness of cyber university brand showed greater influence than other characteristics in terms of the influence which affects consumer preference for cyber university. Therefore, to overcome weaknesses of brand asset in low brand power cyber university, establishment of strong core capability which reflects consumer preference is needed to carry out differentiation strategy or concentration strategy, and it is necessary to consider the introduction of new competitiveness structure.

Induction motors widely use in industry because structure is simple and hard and cost is generally cheap and they are easy to control. In recently, because of saving steel, ventilation and benefit of frame fixing, rectangular core type induction motors use in industry more and more. This paper presents current characteristic according to stator core cutting degree in three-phase induction motor (IM) with rectangular stator core. According to stator cutting degree, magnetic saturation and paths of flux are changed. Because of these situations, phase currents are unbalance and are produced harmonic components and they cause decrease of efficiency. We analyze each $10^{\circ}$ from $0^{\circ}$ to $30^{\circ}$ using 2-D finite element analysis (FEA). Optimal stator cutting core degree selection supplies stable currents and efficiency improvement. In this paper, loss separation test was executed by IEEE Std. 112-98 Method B and we compare with the result of loss separation by Simulation using FEM and by Experiment.

In a rapidly changing global environment and the massive development in IT technology, Manufacturing SMEs have difficulties in lack of resources and competencies continued to have strong growth potential "Korean Hidden Champion(K Champ)". In order to overcome the difficulties of Manufacturing SMEs, we examined the core competencies using the AHP and proposed the K Champ development strategy. The implications in the academic is as follows: First, the suggestions for development strategy plan was drawn for the K Champ's core competencies with the recognized importance by the CEO or business executives. Secondly, the manufacturing SMEs were broken down by industry structural characteristics variables(sales amounts, industry sectors, business types and delivery methods) and the importance was investigated, analyzed and clarified. This study is intended to develop strategies of Gyeongsangnam-do manufacturing SMEs for K Champ such as German 'Hidden Champion'. We identified the importance of the level of core competencies and the coherent alternative policy direction and practical alternative were proposed. These mean the concrete relationship of core competencies for the K Champ transition and suggest a realistic directional needed for the local manufacturing SMEs in the proposed 'Government's Development Policy for Korean Hidden Champion'.

현대사회의 무한경쟁시대는 경제적 가치가 매우 큰 최첨단 과학기술을 확보 선점하는 것이 국가의 경쟁력에 상당한 영향력을 미치게 된다. 이러한 국가의 핵심기술이나 기업의 최첨단 기술을 탈취해가는 산업보안범죄는 국가의 경제안보에 위협적인 피해를 줄 수가 있고, 방위산업 분야의 경우 국가안보와 직결되어 있는 심각한 범죄에 해당한다. 한번 유출된 국가의 핵심기술과 기업의 영업비밀은 회수가 불가능하기 때문에 엄격한 처벌과 대책으로 산업보안 침해범죄를 미연에 방지해야 한다. 일부 선진외국에서도 국가의 경제 및 국가안보와 직결된 산업보안범죄에 대해서는 국가차원에서 관리 가능하도록 법과 제도들이 운영되고 있다. 최근 들어 국내에서도 국가핵심기술이 침해되는 사례가 급증하고 있으며, 아울러 기업의 핵심적인 산업기술을 유출시키는 방법도 과거 저장된 문서를 단순하게 복사하거나 출력해 나가는 수단이 아니라, 최첨단 IT기술 발달로 인해 그 유형과 행태도 다양해졌다. 따라서 국가의 핵심기술과 기업의 영업비밀을 침해하는 산업보안범죄에 대한 피해는 상당히 위협적이기 때문에 산업보안을 단순히 기술유출방지라는 시야가 아닌 산업과 관련된 모든 손실방지와 지적재산보호라는 넓은 범주에서 파악하는 것이 필요하다.

Phase change material(PCM) has thermal energy storage and been attracted attention. Latent heat of the organic PCM can keep maintaining temperature when the change of outside energy conditions influence to PCM. Thus, many researchers have interested to thermal energy storage ability and investigated to applications such as thermal storage of solar energy, bioclimatic building, icebank, medical application, clothing industry and so on. Among the many applications, investigation of the PCM in clothing industry is also important because the people has interest functional factor called health-care in the clothing. In addition, PCM can give them mild environment condition such suitable temperature control or humidity. To fabrics, the PCM has various methods such as microcapsule, padding and modified cross-section formation(Sheath/core). Sheath core PCM fabric has a better benefit of durability than other method. However, PCM sheath/core spinning is difficult. In addition, dyeing property is important to use clothing industry due to visual images. In this study, we investigated dyeing properties of Nylon/PCM sheath/core fabrics. Especially, we observed the relation between dyeing property and PCM including ratio. Various temperature and pH conditions were also studied to optimize dyeing properties as acid dye.
