Key Management Process in JPWallet of MOSES System (MOSES에서의 JPWallet의 기능과 키 관리 분석)

  • When DRM systems are built on a specific computing platform and a coding algorithm, the interoperability among them will be improbable. For enhanced compatibility, MOSES has been developed such that it has a structure that can be decomposed into independent modules for interoperability with other DRM systems with IPMP functionality. In MOSES, security in contents transaction is provided by JPWallet which controls licenses with key management. In this paper, we present the structure of JPWallet and how the keys are handled between contents servers and contents-consuming clients. The PDA-based codes from the prototype MOSES system have been ported into PC-based codes and tested for compatibility. Analysis of JPWallet, which is the core of MOSES, will contribute to the standardization of domestic IPMP systems compatible with global standards.

  • The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

  • Science-based Industry which is future growth industry leading national competitiveness in knowledge-based society is highly science-dependent field when developing technologies. And highly science-based field is absolutely dependent on core scholarly papers. Due to researchers' need of academic papers related to developing technologies and advances of linking technologies, it is possible to link service between patents and scholarly papers. This paper's purpose is to describe on implementation linking service between EPO patent and papers that cited on search reports. First, it describe case study of other linking services. Second, it describes a kinds of data used in linking services. Lastly, it describe implementation of linking different kinds of contents (patents and papers) in KISTI.

  • The core purpose of the system proposed in this paper is to help learners pursue proactive and self-oriented education by allowing learners to proactively configure their own content, that is, learners no longer have to be restricted by prescribed sequence of lectures. Although a variety of standardization and Learning Management System (LMS) were produced to develop and effectively manage web contents in response to active diffusion of internet application, practical changes to assist online learners are not yet to be found. In this paper, I would like to introduce a LMS that can support self-leading education by providing various types of learners at Virtual University with delicately organized educational contents for maximum efficiency. The system allows a learner to select a lecture or a chapter which has been presorted to meet his educational needs and intellectual ability. In general, most LMSs cannot meet every individual's educational needs because they structure their programs by letting learners simply choose from a list of available lectures at prescribed level or difficulty. However the Self-Leading LMS eliminates such boundaries by allowing learners to choose contents and difficulty within the limit set by their own educational competence.

  • In this paper, we researched the excellency of 3D graphic nursery contents for humanity and creativity education which is developed by mobile AR technology. AR technology has currentlypeople's attention because of the potential of future core contents. We allpied AR technology for kid's education of language, humanity and creativity. Well known nursery tales reconstructed by ICT technology give absorbing interest to kids, lead the curiosity of leading edge technology and friendly accept it as a part of daily life.

Improvement of Creative Solving Problem Method Curriculum based TRIZ Using Industrual Bottleneck Techniques (산업체 애로기술을 활용한 TRIZ 기반 창의적문제해결방법론 교과목 개선)

  • It is very necessary to have a creative problem-solving capacities to learn various majors and liberal arts based on the major, and to solve the bottleneck techniques led by students. In this study, the existing creative problem-solving curriculums, 'Methodology of Inventive Problem Solving' based on TRIZ, were improved and applied, and industrial bottleneck techniques were provided to students to solve these techniques. To improve the curriculum, 1) improvement of instructional objectives and learning contents, 2) improvement of evaluation methods and contents (reflecting the evaluation of instructor and students), and 3) learning satisfaction survey were conducted in the following order. As a result of the application of the improved curriculum, the level of activities for each team was improved, and when the core process was well understood, the evaluation of team activities was also excellent, but there was a tendency to focus on methods that are relatively easy to apply in the problem solving process. In the final exam (learning contents evaluation), teams with difficult understanding of the TRIZ theory or low team activities showed a relatively high trend, but the difference in level between divisions was slightly reduced.

  • Screen golf may be said as one of the most successful digital contents business along with the game industry. The success of the screen golf is because the high tech virtual reality technology is applied to the business in a way that it can meet the five senses of human and that the user can be absorbed into it. In addition, the interaction and playfulness in the screen golf helps the users to get more involved in the game, thus enhancing its value as one of the entertainments. Especially, this study focuses on its interaction and playfulness, which helped the screen golf succeed as a business because they help people to get more absorbed in the game through the communication and fun. From this point of view, the screen golf can be considered to have the best characteristics by which the users can be motivated to use the screen golf. Now along with the public success of the screen golf, the screen golf is recognized as the core field of digital contents. So, the screen golf needs the approaches and researches from multiple points of views, including culture and arts.

A Study of Agenda Mining for Humanities-Based Convergence Research (인문사회기반 융합연구 의제 도출 연구)

  • In this study, we analyzed future emerging technologies from the perspective of convergence research and arranged them into mega-trends, trends, and issues, to carry out predictions of the future environment and search for technologies that are expected to be closely related to human life, and ultimately to achieve convergence research agenda that can predict various social problems. First, we investigated and analyzed the literature mentioned about various promising technologies and analyzed them to analyze key words and summarize the most frequently used core key words to infer trends. Then, an agenda was drawn that emphasized connectivity with the humanities-based convergence research by stratifying and organizing the inferred trends and classifying them as core and derived trends. The necessity, innovation, convergence, feasibility, future-oriented, and acceptability of these derived agendas were investigated through a survey. The analysis showed that researchers conducting convergence research showed a high interest in agenda items that deal closely with daily life with feasible technologies in the near future, while they showed a rather low interest in issues such as technology that can be realized in the distant future, terrorism or international conflicts.

A Study on the Development of the Information Literacy Curriculum Model for Undergraduates Based on Kuhlthau's Information Search Process(ISP) Model (Kuhlthau의 ISP모델에 기반한 대학의 정보활용능력 교육과정 모델 개발 연구)

  • Information literacy(IL) is the essential skill in the knowledge information society in the 21st century. Spreading the awareness of importance of IL across the world, the efforts to develop and implement IL standards or instructions are expanded around United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. In this study, Author extracts the core elements of IL from domestic and foreign IL standards and integrates those with Kuhlthau's Information Search Process(ISP) Model in order to develop the curriculum model of IL for undergraduates. The curriculum model has been constructed by consideration of capability of application to practice and expressed as the syllabus for the structure of university education. In the curriculum model, major instructional contents are extracted from 6 core elements of IL and the contents are organized by 6 ISP stages. Author suggests some successive studies based on the curriculum model for expansion and advancement of IL instruction.

Diagnosis of General Job Skills for College Students and Application of Supporting Program: based on an Example Analysis of D College (대학생 직업소양능력 진단 및 지원 프로그램 적용: D 전문대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • General job skills are the required competencies for any work personnel regardless of areas of expertise. This case study applied various research methodologies in order to identify the necessity finding general job skills of D college students and search levels of general job skills of D college students. In detail, this study collected and analyzed the various data from students, faculty members, and graduates of D college, field experts using both CCQB(Core Competency Questions using BARS) and the focus-group interviews. The study results report that there are considerable gaps between the perceptions of students, faculty members and field experts in terms of the levels of general job skills. This study suggests that colleges should provide the supporting systems and educational programs as a way of improving general job skills for students.
