밀리타리스 동충하초($Cordyceps$ $Militalis$)열수 추출물이 스트렙토 조토신으로 유발된 당뇨 흰쥐의 항 당뇨 대사에 미치는 영향 (Antidiabetic Metabolism Effect on the water Extract of $Cordyceps$ $Militalis$ in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats)

  • This study was carried to investigate the antidiabetic metabolism effect of water extract $Cordyceps$ $Militalis$(C.M.) in Streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats. Diabetes were induced by intravenous injection of STZ at a dose of 42mg/kg,b.w. dissolved in citrate buffer. The water extract of C.M. was orally administrated once a day for 7 days at a dose of 500mg/kg,b.w(body weight). or 1,000mg/kg.b.w. The content serum glucose was significantly decreased in C.M. treated group compared to the those of STZ-control group. The content of hepatic glycogen and activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH), glucokinase(GK) were significantly increased, but activity of glucose-6-phoshatase(G-6-Pase) was significantly decreased in C.M. treated group compared to the those of STZ-control group. These results indicated that water extract of C.M. would have antidiabetic metabolism effect in STZ-induced diabetic rats.

동충하초(冬蟲夏草)가 Hydrocortisone을 투여한 흰쥐의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 활성 및 Testosterone 함량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cordyceps militalis on the penile nitric oxide synthase activity and the level of blood testosterone in hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats)

  • The fallowing are the results of the experimental studies of Cordyceps militaris (CM) on the penile nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and the level of blood testosterone in hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats. CM was tested for the effects on activity of xanthine oxidase and lipid peroxidation in penis of hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats. In vitro, CM didn't effect the levels of lipid peroxide and the activity of NOS. In the penis of hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats, lipid peroxide, the activities and ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase were increased but activity of NOS and content of nitrite were decreased. In vivo, after administration of CM to hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats, levels of lipid peroxide in penis was decreased. Also, the activities and ratio of type conversion of xanthine oxidase were decreased, too. The body weight and concentration of testosterone in the blood were increased. The effects of Cordyceps militalis Broth did better than the effects of Cordyceps militalls Mycelia, These results suggest that CM decrease the activities of free radical generating enzymes such as xanthine oxidase which form lipid peroxide and increase the penile NOS activity and the level of blood testosterone in hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats. Conclusively, CM is capable of improving of sexual ability in hydrocortisone acetate-treated rats.

동충하초 균사체를 이용한 법제 유황의 항산화활성 및 항염증 효과 (Study on the Anti-oxidative Activity and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Processed Sulfur with Cordyceps Militaris Mycelium)

  • The purpose of this study was evaluated physiological activity of processed sulfur with Cordyceps militaris mycelium that antioxidative and antiinflammatory effects. Proliferation of processed sulfur (PS) with Cordyceps militaris mycelium was increased in dose-dependent manner. In organic sulfur contents of Cordyceps militalis mycelium fortified processed sulfur, CM+PSH (CM+3000 ppm of PS) was significantly higher than other groups. However, CM+PSL (CM+1500 ppm of PS) was almost changed organic sulfur. Content of total polyphenol compounds was similarity to CM, CM+PSL and CM+PSH. The EDA (electron donating ability) and SOD-like activity was increased in dose-dependent manner and the activity of CM were significantly higher than CM+PSL and CM+PSH. We examined cytotoxicity, nitric oxide production of Raw 264.7 cell and inhibition of HT 1080 cell by MTT assay. CM, CM+PSL and CM+PSH do not have any toxic effects in macrophages (Raw 264.7). And CM+PSL and CM+PSH inhibited the production of nitrite in Raw 264.7 cells activated with LPS. The antitumor effects of processed sulfur with Cordyceps militaris mycelium on HT 1080 cell was indicated a significantly inhibition activity. These results suggested that processed sulfur with Cordyceps militaris mycelium have activities of antioxidant, antiinflammatory effects.

교잡된 Cordyceps militalis 균주의 RAPD 분석 및 생리활성물질인 cordycepin 함량 측정 (RAPD Analysis and Cordycepin Concentration of Hybrided Cordyceps militaris Strains by Mating)

  • KACC에서 분양받은 C. militaris 4균주와 야생에서 채집된 6균주 그리고 교배 육성한 4균주를 대상으로 DNA분석에 의한 분류동정을 시행하였다. 표준균주 10균주와 교잡균주 4균주에서 조사된 전 부위(ITS1, 5.8S rDNA, ITS2)에서 많은 염기서열 차이를 보이고 있으나 같은 종으로 확인된 표준균주들과 수집균주들과 비교한 바 같은 균으로 분류된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 교잡에 쓰여 졌던 표준 균주에서 교잡된 교잡균주 중 가장 우수한 교잡균주 mat1과 교잡에 사용되었던 표준균주(MPNU10306, MPNU10366)를 선택하여 RAPD 분석을 하였으며, RAPD에서 나타난 각 균주간의 다양한 유전적 변이가 관찰되었다. 이는 새로운 C. militaris종 균주로 판단되어지며, HPLC 분석에서도 교잡에 쓰여 졌던 표준균주보다 교잡한 C. militaris 균주가 cordycepin 생산량이 우수하게 나타났으며, 이는 교잡균주가 cordycepin 함량을 보다 더 높일 수 있음을 의미하고 상업적 가치가 있을 것이라 판단되어지며, 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

영지버섯 균주별 자실체의 베타글루칸과 폴리페놀 함량 비교 분석 (Comparative analysis of useful β-glucan and polyphenol in the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma spp.)

  • 영지버섯을 재배하여 자실체를 수확 한 후, 버섯류의 유용성분으로 알려진 베타글루칸과 폴리페놀에 대한 성분 함량을 비교 분석하였다. 영지버섯 대부분의 베타글루칸 함량은 15~20%정도 이었다. 상황버섯의 함량 17.5%보다 높게 나온 영지버섯 균주는 8균주로 ASI 7017, 7019, 7022, 7039, 7058, 7069, 7071, 7113, 7148이었으며, 그 중 ASI 7017은 19.2%로 가장 높았다. 또한 용매를 달리하여 추출해서 얻은 각각의 폴리페놀 함량은 많게는 10배 이상 차이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 달리 말하자면 각각의 버섯에 맞는 용매를 써야 보다 효율적으로 유용성분이 추출된다는 것을 말해 주는 분석 결과이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 좀더 많은 버섯을 비교하여 추후 식용 빛 약용버섯류의 기능성 평가를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
