A Cooperative Transmission Strategy using Entropy-based Relay Selection in Mobile Ad-hoc Wireless Sensor Networks with Rayleigh Fading Environments

  • In this paper, we propose a Cooperative Transmission Strategy using Entropy-based Relay Selection in Mobile Ad-hoc Wireless Sensor Networks(MAWSN) with Rayleigh Fading Environments. The main features and contributions of the proposed cooperative transmission strategy are as follows. First, entropy-based relay selection is used to improve data transmission reliability from a source node to a destination node. Second, we present a theoretical analysis model for the proposed cooperative transmission strategy with the outage probability of the end-to-end performance. The performance of our protocol is evaluated using analysis and simulation.

Consensus of Leader-Follower Multi-Vehicle System

  • According to the characteristics of salvo attack for the multiple flight vehicles (MFV), the design of cooperative guidance law can be converted into the consensus problem of multi-vehicle system through the concept of multi-agent cooperative control. The flight vehicles can be divided into leader and followers depending on different functions, and the flight conditions of leader are independent of the ones of followers. The consensus problem of leader-follower multi-vehicle system is researched by graph theory, and the consensus protocol is also presented. Meanwhile, the finite time guidance law is designed for the flight vehicles via the finite time control method, and the system stability is also analyzed. Whereby, the guidance law can guarantee the line of sight (LOS) angular rates converge to zero in finite time, and hence the cooperative attack of the MFV can be realized. The effectiveness of the designed cooperative guidance method is validated through the simulation with a stationary target and a moving target, respectively.

  • While the value of information technology has long been a hot issue, few solid results have been found as of yet. It is partly due to methodological factors and model underspecifcation. This study empirically develops a ITS(information technology structure) taxonomy and investigates the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance in the Korean firms. Among factors that impact business performance, organization structure and control system are selected and they are hypothesized to moderate-the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance. By surveying 91 manufacturing firms and applying hierarchical cluster analysis, four ITS are identified : centralized, decentralized, centralized cooperative, decentralized cooperative. ANOVA, correlation analysis and crosstable analysis say the presence of moderating effect of organization structure and control system. Cooperative ITS is best in business performance. Centralized ITS is related to functional organizational form. Decentralized ITS is related to product organizational form with decentralized decision making, Centralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form. Decentralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form with high integration. These findings have implications for the opportunities and challenges to match information technology with organization structure and control system.

Analysis of the Sociality and Democratic-Citizenship Changes from the Application of the Scratch Remix Function in Cooperative Learning

  • This study analyzed changes in sociality and democratic-citizenship among elementary school students in the information class and the science class at the Science Education Institute for the Gifted, who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group engaged in the Learning Together (LT) cooperative form of learning for which the remix function of Scratch, an educational programming language, was applied, while the control group was given general instructor-led lessons. Members in the experimental group were able to modify processes during projects through the usage of the remix function, thereby actively participating in the projects and eventually generating team-based results. The post-class t-tests showed a greater degree of improvements in sociality and democratic citizenship for the experimental group that was offered the remix-function-based cooperative learning than the control group. Statistically significant differences were present between two groups particularly in "cooperative spirit" sub-domain of sociality and the "community" and "responsibility" sub-domains of democratic citizenship.

미적분학 수업에 그룹게임을 적용한 협동학습 사례 (A Case Study of Cooperative Learning: Applying Group Game to Calculus Class)

  • This paper is to study whether cooperative learning applying group games becomes a teaching method that can increase interest and participation in class in calculus and the effect of the number of students. To increase interest and participation in class, the researcher conducted cooperative learning by applying smartphones and various game tools to group games. The consequences of the study confirmed that students' interest and participation in the class increased regardless of their mathematics basics. Therefore, it is expected that the calculus which is difficult for students to understand will be more easily approached by cooperative learning applying group games in the future.

우리나라 수도지반재배의 효과와 전망 (Effects and Future Prospect of the Cooperative Culture of Low-land Rice in Korea)

  • 우리나라 수도작개량의 방향은 단위당 수량을 향상시키되 어디까지나 지역전체에 고도기술의 적용으로 고단수를 평준화시키면서 능률면에서도 공동작업관리로 이끌어 노동생산성을 높혀야 한다는데 있으므로 이를 구현하는 생산체제인 수도집단재배의 수행을 위한 이론을 연구하고 그 발전을 위한 기대효과와 전망을 구명하여야 하는바 현재까지의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 수도작지대에서 고단수의 평준화를 위한 생산기술을 보급하고 고능율의 경영을 위해서는 집단재배가 가장 효과적인 방법의 하나이다. 2. 효과적인 집단재배를 실천하기 위하여는 단지의 수리, 토양, 품종 기타 영농상황을 보다 체계화하여야 한다. 3. 이와같은 기간재배기술은 경작농가의 협의에 의하여 재배력을 작성하고 단지내에서의 모든 재배법은 재배력에 의하여 통일되며 기간기술의 작업은 공동으로 하고 기타 세부작업은 개발로 한다. 4. 개별경영에서는 충실하게 도입되기 어려웠던 기술이 집단재배에서는 용이하게 도입될 수 있었으며 1968년도의 전국 집단재배 성적을 보면 일반재배에 비하여 평균 23.3%의 증수를 보이고 있다. 5. 현재 우리나라 집단재배의 형태는 초보적인 협정 영농형을 중심으로 추진되고 있는데 일부작업에는 공동작업형 및 청부작업형도 드물게 결합되고 있는 것이 보이고 있으나 앞으로 보다 안정다수확을 위한 성력화 또는 대규모의 기계화를 위해서는 공동작업형을 촉진시키면서 입지조건에 따라 기술신탁형이나 청부작업형을 결합시켜 나가는 방향으로 발전되어야 할것이다.

한방병원 침구과로 협진의뢰된 한양방 협진 환자 1,549명에 대한 후향적 분석 (An Retrospective Analysis of 1549 patients under the Cooperative Medical Care consulted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in a Korean medical hospital)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study is to give a statistical basis for the characteristics of patients who received cooperative medical care after being referred from Western medical departments to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in a Korean medical hospital. Methods : The request records were searched for cooperative medical treatment at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in a Korean medical hospital between September 1st, 2011 and August 31, 2016, based on the Order Communication system(OCS). The records were reviewed and retrospectively analyzed according to the patient's general characteristics, the chief diagnosis code based on the 7th Korean standard classification of diseases(KCD-7) before and after the cooperative medical care in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and the actual treatment measures which patients received as a result of the cooperative medical care. Results : Among the 2702 records, 1549 patients were included in the analysis. The male to female ratio was 1 : 1.17. Sexagenarians formed the highest age group and the number of patients whose age was over 50 was 1176(75.92 %). The surgery department requested the cooperative care from the department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for the highest number of patients, 1194(77.08 %). When analysing specific medical departments, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Neurology, Otorhinolaryngology, and Physical medicine and rehabilitation followed. The frequency of chief diagnosis code used before the cooperative medical care was in the order of I, C, G, S, and M code, from highest to lowest. The order of the codes after the cooperative medical care was the same. Acupuncture treatment was the most frequently-used measure after the cooperative medical care. Following were infrared, moxibustion, transfer, herbal acupuncture, cupping, electroacupuncture, and so on. Conclusion : This study provides a statistical basis for the demands placed on the Department of Acupunture and Moxibustion for cooperative medical care with the Western medical department. Based on the present condition of cooperative medical care, more preparation and effort is required for its activation.

한.양방 협진의 실태 및 문제점과 나아가야 할 방향 (The Problems of Cooperative Medical System of Oriental and Western Medicine and Their Solutions)

  • The Korean system of health and medical care has been organized with both Oriental and Western medical sciences. To get complete clinical treatment results is not possible with only one-sided medical care, therefore we need to formulate an interdisciplinary plan for better health care, that is to say our ultimate purpose is the cooperative medical care for the promotion of social welfare and health. Hereupon, I made a searching inquiry into the present condition of cooperative medical care and its problems and also took a consideration into the medical state of other countries like China. Japan and North Korea where the Oriental medical care is used. The results of this investigation are as follows. There are some problems in both Oriental and Western(general) medical care, such as a lack of mutual confidence, a severance of interdisciplinary study, a shortage of professional human resources and so on. There also used to be problems of the system such as, the responsibility of medical care, the double charge for medical treatment, the governmental passive participation and policy, the private-oriented study system and so on. The solutions of these problems are that the mutual understanding and coexistence between both Oriental and Western medical sciences should be preceded and the interdisciplinary study, identified terminology and cooperative medical specialists would be necessary. Furthermore, the government has to seek some policies and legislation for the cooperative medical system and needs to support the public research institutes and centers of the cooperative medical care. After all, we have to train the cooperative medical specialists for the mutual aid of both Oriental and Western medical sciences and the government also has to support it with some policies and legislation for the better medical care system.

  • TGT (teams-games-tournaments) cooperative learning is suggested as a method which enables both the individualized teaching-learning and the small group learning in students-centered open education. This study investigated the instructional effects of the pre-learning program applied by ICT-based TGT cooperative module for science museum excursion regarding of the earth and the moon on the science related attitude according to gender difference in elementary school science class. Three classes of third graders (N=87) at a elementary school were randomly assigned to the ICT-based TGT cooperative learning group, the ICT learning group, and traditional learning group. The students were taught about the planning of exploring the moon in the chapter of the earth and the moon, for 1 class hour. Prior to the instructions, the TOSRA(test of science related attitude) and achievement test were administered. Two-way ANCOVA results revealed that the scores of the ICT-based TGT cooperative learning group were significantly higher than the other learning groups for most of the TOSRA scales. However, there was a little significant difference among the three groups in the three distinct scales of TOSRA, Normality of Scientists, Leisure Interest in Science, and Career Interest in Science. Advantage/disadvantage and usefulness of ICT-based TGT cooperative learning were also discussed.

STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of mathematical disposition and learning attitude in instruction utilizing STAD cooperative learning model)

  • 본 연구에서는 STAD 협동학습 모형을 수학교과에 적용하여 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발하여 수학적 성향 및 학습태도의 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 본 연구에서의 구체적인 목적은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기 유발을 위하여 STAD 협동학습 모형을 구안하고 적용한다. 둘째, STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 효과를 검증한다. 본 연구의 구체적인 목적 달성을 위한 연구문제는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 자신감 함양 및 학습동기 유발을 위한 수학과 STAD 협동학습 모형을 설계한다. 둘째, STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업이 수학적 성향 및 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 본 연구에서 조사한다. 결론을 다음과 같이 제시 할 수 있다. STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업을 한 집단과 전통적인 교과서 위주의 설명식 수업을 한 집단을 서로 비교 분석하여 본 결과 STAD 협동학습 모형을 적용하여 자신감 함양 및 학습동기를 유발한 수업을 한 집단에서 수학적 성향과 학습태도에 유의미한 변화가 있음을 밝혔다.
