An Action Research of Bibliotherapy Supervision for Improvement of Bibliotherapeutical Effects (독서치료 효과 증진을 위한 수퍼비전 실행 연구)

  • The research started with the idea that the proper supervision of bibliotherapy would improve its therapeutic effect. Revealing therapeutical effect is, to therapists more than just therapy process itself. Bibliotherapists, however not only feel the pressure by the term 'therapy' and have a low conviction over self-activating therapy. Therefore, the therapeutic value of bibliotherapy has not been well approved, and the need for improving the situation has grown among bibliotherapists. The bibliotherapy supervising action research was triggered by such need. This research takes the form of interpretive action research which emphasizes a 'methodical' approach to the research process. The purpose is to observe the problems of supervisees, make each session better, and help both the researcher and participants during the research process.

Influence of Cost Management Perception and Attitude on Cost Management Behavior among Hospital Employees (병원종사자의 원가인식 및 태도가 원가관리행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of the research is to figure out how the perception and the attitude of hospital staff have effect on cost management behavior, to check the mediation effect in the relationship between cost attitude and cost management behavior, and to provide some basic data of efficient cost management means for hospital staff. The major results of research can be summed up as following. Subordinate factors of cost perception such as conviction, information, and thought were all revealed as meaningful effect ones on cost attitude, but they didn't have meaningful effect on cost management behavior. However, if we check the final results of direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect in its variants, we can understand that cost perception have indirect effect on cost management behavior via cost attitude. Cost attitude was revealed as the greatest variant having direct effect on cost management behavior. As a conclusion, it seems that the correct cost perception can make positive cost attitude, by which desirable cost management behavior can be induced. Therefore, as the correct cost perception can make positive attitude, it is necessary to construct effective system to provide useful cost information for staff at anytime and at any place continually on organization aspect. It is important to get correct cost perception for the positive attitude of staff. Nevertheless, if the positive attitude would not be formed, it is necessary to search for the ways for personal motivation, for the management behavior cannot emerge positively.

Clinical Study of Delusion and Pressure Pain Threshold in Patients with Schizophrenia (정신분열병 환자의 신체망상과 압통역치에 관한 임상적 연구)

  • Objects: This study aimed to evaluate the role of somatic delusion on the pain perception in patients with schizophrenia. It was hypothesized that pressure pain thresholds would be rather higher in schizophrenic patients who had somatic delusion than patients with other delusion. Methods The subjects were consisted of 3 groups, 23 men with schizophrenia who had somatic delusion, 25 men with schizophrenia who had other delusion, and 22 normal healthy controls. By using Algometer, pressure pain thresholds were examined to subjects on three non-tender sites with 6 weeks interval. The severity of delusion was evaluated in both patient groups. Statistically, Chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, Multivariate ANOVA, and Scheffe's test were used. Results : 1) There was significant difference between somatic and other delusion groups and normal control group at initial stage. 6 weeks later even when severity of delusion was thought to be ameliorated, this finding were sustained. 2) The severity of the components of delusion, conviction and preoccupation, were significantly decreased in both somatic delusion group and other delusion group according to the time interval. The decrements of the severity of delusion seems to be related with changes in pressure pain thresholds in both patient groups. Conclusions : We re-confirmed that both schizophrenic patient groups showed higher pressure pain thresholds compared to normal healthy control. However we failed to find the role of somatic delusion on pain perception in schizophrenia. Delusion, including somatic delusion, as a whole, seems to affect the increased level of pressure pain threshold due to attention deficit and decreased motivation in patients with schizophrenia.

  • The Internet is widely used by general people and the use of Internet is spread to all industrial fields. Especially, cyber education fields have been changed a lot with the Internet application development. One of them is the field of consultation for university admission. As for the business of university admission, there were two ways applicants handed in their applications directly to school which they applied to and to each place to receive applications or sent them through FAX. Recently, highlighted is the Internet environment to receive the application for admission which integrated organically the two ways. In this thesis, I designed and implemented on-line admission consulting system using of multi-agent. The examines can apply for safely and according to their conviction by recommending the university course suitable for their academic aptitude and scores with test KSAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test Administered by the Korean Ministry) and a university grade report on students' record using intelligent multi-agents and through a university course recommending wizard in the process of choosing it.

The Effects of Cyber Learning counseling on the Basis of Self-reflective Activities on Learning Motivation and Habits of the Elementary Students (반성적 성찰활동에 기반한 사이버 학습상담이 초등학생의 학습동기 및 학습습관에 미치는 효과)

  • This study examines the effects of cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities on learning motivation and habits of elementary students. From the above processes, following findings could be drawn: First, the cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities turned out to have positive effects on promoting the motivation of elementary students for learning. Positive impacts were found in 4 sub-factors of motivation for learning, that are, attention, relevance, conviction and satisfaction that were enhanced after cyber counseling for learning was given. Second, the cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities were found to have positive effects on changing elementary students' habit of learning. After cyber learning counseling was carried out, Positive impacts were visible in sub-factors of learning habit which are the behavioral indexes of applying learning skill and student-initiated behavior.

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze degrees of oral transmission, customer satisfaction, and subscription customer's re-visitation to grasp effectiveness of CRM of construction company. Brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty can be made to improve by CRM of construction company. Ultimately, this study is intended to improve management achievement by increasing total sales and reducing expense. 175 distribution customers and subscription customers participate in the final analysis for this study. In terms of service quality factors, state of facility, trust, response, conviction and sympathy are measured. In terms of effectiveness, customer satisfaction, oral transmission, and customer's re-visitation are measured. Considering these things, CRM of construction company can improve oral transmission, satisfaction, re-visitation of distribution customers and subscription customers. CRM of construction company can be utilized as a competitive means for management and contribute to improving management achievement in the long run. Through examining actual effectiveness of CRM of construction company in this study, it can be thought that necessity and possibility of CRM of construction company should be recognized and CRM of construction company should be developed further.

  • This study deals with the contents of gender role, using the method of content analysis inquiring total of 40 volumes of the $3rd{\sim}6th$ $\ulcorner$Educational Active Program Guidance Book in Preschools$\lrcorner$ (EAPGP). A lower analysis conviction of gender role was sex division of labor and occupation assortment of the man and woman who gave it and was going to analyze expression for it. The purpose of this study was to make a searching the contents of a gender role in the $3rd{\sim}6th$ EAPGP in Preschools, to offer basics document to the 7th EAPGP. The issues of this study were follows: First, how gender division of labor of man and woman was expressed in EAPGP; Second, how much an occupation of man and woman was expressed in EAPGP; Third, How contents of gender role have been changed in EAPGP. The major findings in this study could be summarized as follows: First, males are described as formal workers and females are mostly seen as housekeepers; second, jobs of males are diversified than those of females; third, gender role discrimination which gives the clues to segregate two sexes tends to be greatly reduced in the 6th EAPGP than in the 3rd, the 4th, and the 5th EAPGP.

Type of Gender Role Identity in Older Korean Men (남성노인의 성역할정체감 유형 연구)

  • Gender role identity is a key subject toward adaptation in later life. In this paper, we tried to understand the specific types and characteristics of gender role identity in view of older men. The research collected and examined 40 representative descriptions representing gender role identity, including 20 for masculinity and 20 for femininity from 40 older men. We obtained four types of gender role identity of older men from this research. "Powerful-expressive type" is energetic and reveals his brave and dominant tendency when they are working. "Powerful-taciturn type" is strongly independent and has a firm conviction, but they do not express those characters and remain silent. "Powerful-paternal type" handles his work with a driving force, and has a tender character. "Paternal-caring type" finds his own worth in life by caring for his family and children, and considers others more than himself. Future research is needed to verify how the types of gender role identity are linked to psychosocial adaptive aspects, health behaviors, mental and physical health.

Causal Role of Emotionally based Satisfaction and Service Reputation in Explaining Relationship between Service Quality, Satisfaction and Service Loyalty in Mobile Telecommunication Company (이동통신사의 서비스품질과 만족 및 서비스충성도 관계에서 감정적 만족과 서비스명성의 인과적 역할)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the causal role both emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation by examining the relationships among each dimensions of service quality, cognitive satisfaction, emotionally based satisfaction, service reputation and service loyalty in mobile telecommunication company. The results of the study are as follows: First, conviction quality had not influence on both cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, but tangibles quality had more influence on cognitive satisfaction than emotionally based satisfaction and responsiveness quality had more influence on emotionally based satisfaction than cognitive satisfaction. It found that there was a significant positive relationship between dimensions of the service quality, cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, and dimensions of the service quality affect satisfaction either directly or indirectly through emotion. Second, consumer satisfaction had more effect on service loyalty through service reputation than direct effect. Therefore, service loyalty can be build by increasing emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation to customer who is perceived as good service.

Is 'invalid deductive argument' an Oxymoron? ('부당한 연역 논증'은 형용모순인가?)

  • According to the realization criterion that distinguishes deductive argument from inductive argument, the realized necessity relation between the premises and the conclusion defines deductive argument. In this case, 'invalid deductive argument' is an oxymoron. According to the intention criterion, the intended necessity relation between the premises and the conclusion defines deductive argument. In this case, 'invalid deductive argument' is not an oxymoron. In this paper, we will argue for the intention criterion. The realization criterion cannot classify an elliptical argument without referring to the intention represented in the argument. It cannot distinguish an argument from a set of propositions that is not an argument either. On the other hand, the problem that an intention may not be recognized in an argument can be resolved by referring to the principle of charity. Moreover, by distinguishing the expressions showing the conviction or the attitude to the argument from the intention of the argument, we conclude that the intention criterion successfully distinguishes deductive argument from inductive argument.
