Social network service provides an excellent platform for people seeking for advices. This research analyzed the effect of rational and emotional response and social distance on people's acceptance for advices online by the construal level theory. An experiment was completed to test the relationship between advisers and questioners and verify the content of online feedback would influence people's acceptance for advices on social network site. The online response included emotional advice and rational advice. Social distance between advisers and questioners was divided to close social distance condition and distant social distance condition. The study showed: (1) comparing with emotional advice, rational advice had a higher persuasive effect in both close and distant social distance conditions; (2) the impact of feedback from people with close social distance was stronger than the impact of the advices from people with distant social distance; (3) there existed an interaction effect between social distance and affective advice. The results revealed that the adviser's affective expression and relationship with the questioner would interactively impact the online persuasive effect.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is a strategic partnership activity for an enterprise and is expected to be a significant performance element in the current enterprise environment where uncertainty is growing. Despite the effective SRM allows companies to manage quality and inventory throughout their logistics procurement process with their suppliers and increase the profitability of the company, there is a scarce of theory about supplier relationship management (SRM) and many companies are not aware of the importance of SRM and depend only on simple electronic purchasing methods. Therefore, I analyze the H Company as a case company, which is a large domestic company and has reached 2,500 domestic and overseas suppliers. SRM process and its effects are evaluated as (1) Purchasing strategy division 2) Process division (3) IT infrastructure division. By analyzing SRM as one of the management strategies that bring the overall value of enterprise performance up, and by looking at how domestic large corporations manage their suppliers, I hope that manufacturers with many suppliers will recognize the importance of SRM and build an SRM tailored to their business.

Recently, the concrete floor finishing robot, which can be used for flattening and smoothing the concrete floor, has been developed in Korea and Japan. While the previous research assumes that the concrete floor is deformable and the trowel is rigid in modeling the concrete floor finisher, we assume that the concrete floor is rigid and the trowel is deformable. Based on this assumption, we derived the equations of motion and found the convergent velocity of the concrete floor finisher using the computer simulation. From these results, we can understand the relationship between the motion characteristics and the design and control parameter of the robot.

Replication of the factor structure of the TBAQ(Toddler Behavior Assessment Questionnaire Goldsmith, 1988) in Korean 2-year-old children was examined by Multitrait Multimethod matrix of observed and reported child behavior. Participants included 113 toddlers and their mothers. Three factors comprising 63 items were identified and labeled as easy, difficult and fearful. On the Child Behavior Checklist(Achenbach & Edelbrock, 1983) difficult temperament was positively related to externalizing while fearful temperament was positively related to internalizing problems. Observation of inhibited child behavior in both unfamiliar social and nonsocial situations demonstrated a positive relationship to observed inhibition of fearful temperament. Easy temperament correlated negatively with both social inhibition and internal behavior problems. Results supported construct validity of TBAQ factors for Korean 2-year-old children.

A parallel looking stereo camera was mainly used as an input sensor for digital image processing, image understanding and the extraction of 3 dimensional information. Theoretical analysis and performance evaluation are dealt in this paper for a convergent looking stereo camera model having a fixation point with the result of crossing optical axes. The quantization error, depth resolution and equidepth map due to digital pixels, and the misalignments effects of pan, tilt and roll angles are analyzed by using rhe relationship between the reference and image coordinate systems. Also horopter, epipolar lines, probability density functions of the depth error, and stereo fusion areas for the two camera models are discussed.

This paper studies how marriage migrants are being depicted in Korean Cinema. In the recent years, the foreign population in South Korea has been increasing and so has done the presence of migrant minorities in media, including cinema. This study discusses that korean cinema shows dominant ideologies of power in Korean society where marriage migrants are located at the bottom. Five films were analyzed and from this analysis five frames were extracted. Marriage migrants are frequently depicted as subordinated or powerless, they are usually women in the role of wives, mothers, and daughters-in-law, they are treated as ethnic others, sexualized others or commodities. Consequently, their relationships with Korean nationals are formed by power relations. Moreover, Korean national who do establish some sort of intimate relationship with the marriage migrants are represented as people in the margins of Korean society. In this way, it is reinforced the social position of marriage migrants as outsiders in the Korean society.

This study was a descriptive survey grasping the convergent relationship among the appearance satisfaction, self-esteem, and problem-solving ability of adolescents. The participants were 158 students of two middle schools in J city. The appearance satisfaction, self-esteem, problem-solving ability and general characteristics of students were measured. The data were collected from September 26 to October 14, 2016. The collected data was analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients. As a result, the level of appearance satisfaction, self-esteem and problem-solving ability were relatively above moderate. Problem-solving ability was positively correlated with appearance satisfaction(r=.602 p<.001) and self-esteem(r=.881, p<.001). Therefore, the arbitration program development and convergent access which can improve the appearance satisfaction and self-esteem in order to raise the program-solving ability is required.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean version of Life Balance Inventory (K-LBI) and to present the relationship between life balance and sensory processing. Methods : K-LBI was constructed through forward and backward translation. Convergent validity, internal consistency, and test-retest reliability were tested for college students. To verify convergent validity, correlation analyses between K-LBI and Korean version of Perceived Stress Scale, Korean version of Satisfaction With Life Scale, and Adult Self Report-Achenbach system of empirically based assessment were performed. Split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were also obtained for reliability verification. We performed the correlation analysis between K-LBI and Korean version of Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile. Results : A significant correlation was found between K-LBI and the scales for convergent validity. A favorable split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were calculated. The positive correlations were found between relationship life balance and sensory sensitivity/sensation avoiding quadrants. The negative correlation was found between challenges life balance and low registration. Conclusion : This study shows that K-LBI is a valid and reliable tool in Korea. It also provides an in-depth understanding of the relationship between life balance and sensory processing.

This research is to figure out how interpersonal relationships among the foodservice industry affected customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing strategy methods could be indicated to bear fruit in the food-industry based on this research. First, the properties of each factor related interpersonal relationship of foodservice industry, customer satisfaction and retention were obtained from previous studies. Second, interpersonal relationship was applied as an independent variable, retention between customers and the foodservice industry as a consequent variable and customer satisfaction as a parameters. The result reached through convergent validity came to satisfy all variables. Third, it was strongly maintained that the higher interpersonal relationship was, the more satisfied customers were and that the more satisfied customers were, the stronger retention was. It was shown that customers would repurchase and had strong loyalty to a certain enterprise if its services satisfied them and met their expectations.

Information Visualization is an information technology to visually represent the data and information by utilizing various tools. Visual information can increase the user's intuitiveness and it can be an effective way that can observe and comprehend the specific information in a short time. Information Visualization, as a research method on Humanities, in the high interest of researchers of Humanities and Area studies, is recently used for collecting base data and analyzing information. As an way to use Information Visualization, various forms of Information Visualization like Electronic Cultural Atlas, Network and Multimedia are actively discussed and studied today. In this paper, Information Visualization will be discussed by utilizing D3, a web-based technology for dynamic visualization. In detail, relationship between the Abbasids of Islam can be visualized by using nodes and connection lines and, this relationship between objects will be analyzed efficiently. Researchers related in this field can use this analyzed information for basis data in their researches.
