In this paper. we introduce technologies that service multimedia contents (in brief, we call it UCA (Ubiquitous Contents Access)) to end consumer that have various communication terminal on communication & broadcasting convergence environment and propose system that this technologies are applied. Also, we analyzed relative advantage and playfulness of service technology that is looked in consumer side about proposed service technology. When analyzed relative advantage and playfulness in consumer's view point, proposed communication & broadcasting convergence service model could see that is worth service that consumer can prefer.

In this paper, we study the sparse signal recovery that uses information of both support and amplitude of the sparse signal. A convergent iterative algorithm for sparse signal recovery is developed using Majorization-Minimization-based Non-convex Optimization (MM-NcO). Furthermore, it is shown that, typically, the sparse signals that are recovered using the proposed iterative algorithm are not globally optimal and the performance of the iterative algorithm depends on the initial point. Therefore, a modified MM-NcO-based iterative algorithm is developed that uses prior information of both support and amplitude of the sparse signal to enhance recovery performance. Finally, the modified MM-NcO-based iterative algorithm is used to estimate the time-varying sparse wireless channels with temporal correlation. The numerical results show that the new algorithm performs better than related algorithms.

The study aimed to investigate the impact of social networks safety (SNS) on the marketing information quality (MIQ) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia. The study examines the statistical differences in social networks safety SNS and marketing information quality MIQ according to the demographics such as age, sex, income, and education. For this study purpose, information security and privacy are two components of social networks safety. The research materials are website resources, regular books, journals, and articles. The population includes all Saudi users of social networks. The figures show that active users of the social network reached 25 Million in 2020. The snowball method was used and sample size is 500 respondents and the questionnaire is the tool for the data collection. The Structural Equation Modelling SEM technique is used. Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, and Multicollinearity are the main assumptions of structural equation modeling SEM. The findings show the high positive impact of SNS networks safety on MIQ and the statistical differences in such variables refer to education. Finally, the study presents a set of future suggestions to enhance the safety of social networks in Saudi Arabia.

It is more urgent that the humanities have the capacity to cope with the many challenges that the humanities need to ask, seek and solve. At this point, I think that virtue that humanities should have is communication. As humanities are the study of human beings, if all the world that human beings perceive and experience is the subject of humanities, it is also the subject of semiotics, so that as our life changes, semiology also changes, Semiotics can be done with the closest friend created by humans, at that time providing the tools. I believe there is a reason why humanities in this age should speak semantics. We believe that this new semioticism can give a fresh impression to us who thought that the method and nature of truth pursued in natural science and humanities are totally different, and this is also a very experimental field and I believe that this area of future semiotics will be developed in the future. As such, semiotics is a discipline that shows reasons beyond boundaries, so the area it can deal with is also infinite. Along with the development of advanced technology as well as the trend of becoming information society where all different cultures become convergent, communication competence is becoming one of the most important. Therefore, universities are making efforts to open and operate a related curriculum regarding communication competence as the most needed core competence in cultivating competitive men of ability. Accordingly, this study is going to suggest courses and detailed contents for developing communication courses to enhance undergraduates' core competence. The contents of communication subjects include the course outline, objectives, manner of lecturing, evaluation, weekly learning topics, learning objectives, and learning contents, and so on. This study will lay the ground for cultivating undergraduates' communication skills effectively and improving their core competence further to lead their college life soundly based on the understanding of communication. Also, this study will form a field of cultivating competent persons who can create social value through systematic education on communication competence which is the most emphasized as core competence that the members of universities or societies should be equipped with.

When producing a business card, there is always a risk for exposing personal information as the information from the business card application is saved in the computer of the printing agency. The information that goes into the business card application file, such as name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address is not encrypted, which makes it easy to access. This study was conducted in order to find a way to automatize the business card application process by encrypting the information entered into the business card application file, simplifying the business card application process, minimizing the workload and by directly linking to the print shop to remove the print file after completing the printing of the business card.

In this paper, the spatial and spectral characteristics of an optical demultiplexer based on a chirp volume holographic grating are presented. The chirp grating is recorded by illuminating the photopolymer film under the interference of a convergent beam and divergent beam. The dependence of the spatial distance on the grating-focusing lens separation is observed. The bandwidth and the crosstalk between two channels with 0.4-nm spectral interval are 0.13 nm and 12 dB, respectively.

This paper proposes the regularized constrained iterative image restoration algorithms which apply new space-adaptive methods to degraded image signals, and analyzes the convergence condition of the proposed algorithm. First, we introduce space-adaptive regularization operators which change according to edge characteristics of local images in order to effectively prevent the restored edges and boundaries from reblurring. And, pseudo projection operator is used to reduce the ringing artifact which results from extensive amplification of noise components in the restoration process. The analysed algorithm is stable convergent to the fixed point. According to the experimental results for various signal-to-noise ratios(SNR) and blur models, the proposed algorithms other methods and is robust to noise effects and edge reblurring by regularization especially.

This study is to find convergent effects of collaborative peer tutoring on communication ability and self-leadership of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0 for the survey of communication and self-leadership before and after experiments, there were significant differences of personality type, discussion preference and leadership in communication, and of motive of admission, leadership and school grades in self-leadership. There were positive correlations between communication and self-leadership before and after treatments. The results of Wilcoxon signed ranked test showed cooperative peer tutoring increased communication ability and self-leadership significantly each(p=.008, p<.001). These results could be used in developing intervention programs for enhancing communication and self-leadership of nursing students after further studies with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

This study examines the effects of student-centered project-based learning for the development of creative problem-solving skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and cooperation. A college students' creative personality test was used and pre-and post-test were performed. and TOEIC Speaking practice test by Educational Testing Service were selected to measure the English communication skills. The SPSS 18.0 was used and validated at a significance level of 5%. The result of this study shows that in the case of 'independence', the post-test average of the experimental group was statistically significant at the significant level (p<.01), which also showed statistically significant difference. There was statistically significant difference between the control group ($M=127{\pm}08.2$) and in the experimental group ($M=132{\pm}18.7$) applying project-based and problem-based convergent learning to English class were positively changed.
