노사관계는 향후 융복합 글로벌환경에서 기업들이 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 반드시 풀고 가야할 핵심과제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 융복합형 노사갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 노조참여행동의 매개효과 검증해 보고자 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 자료의 수집은 대전시, 충청남 북도에 위치한 중소기업의 종업원 491명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노사갈등이 노조참여행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노조참여행동은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노조참여행동은 노사갈등과 이직의도와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노조지도부가 노조원들의 이익과 욕구에 민감히 반응하고 이를 통하여 노조의 필요성과 가치를 지속적으로 제고시키기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

페이스북 광고 메시지에서 메시지 구성요소의 세 가지 형태인 A문자, B문자+사진, C문자+사진+동영상의 융합형태는 SNS의 주요 속성들에서 어떤 영향의 차이를 보이는가를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 연구절차는 A, B, C 세 가지 Type으로서 모바일에 적용가능한 광고샘플을 제작하여 230명의 피험자들에게 노출시키고, 제1가설에서 SNS의 주요 속성인 정보성, 신뢰성, 유희성, 상호작용성에서 각각 다른 차이를 보일 것인가를 ANOVA, Scheffe 사후분석으로 검증하였다. 제2가설은 SNS 주요 속성요소는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합유형에서 주요 영향력 요소가 무엇인지를 회귀분석으로써 확인하였다. 연구결과 제1가설에서는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합형태에서 유희성과 상호작용성은 A

It is the concept of this paper to build up the convergence type of the total class service system, and the goal is to develop the education services, which are differentiated from existing digital textbooks and development tools. We establish developmental programs and convergence strategies from market analyses related to apps and digital education. Then this paper proposes 'E-Class Author Service System (ECA)' as an education service system based on the tablet PC. It is the convergence system of the app type of textbook development tool and class management system. Teachers can produce and develop class materials and textbooks using the app type of textbook development tool in ECA service system. They can also add necessary functions from the class management system for efficient class progress. ECA improves the interaction and communication between a teacher, student and parents in the sever-based network. This study expects that ECA will achieve prior occupation of the app market as an educational app development tool and reduce private education expenses.

In this paper, some $L_p$-convergences and complete convergences of the maximum of the partial sum for negatively superadditive dependent random variables are obtained. The proofs of the results are based on a new Rosenthal type inequality concerning negatively superadditive dependent random variables.

We prove a common fixed point theorem for S-contraction mappings without continuity. Using this result we obtain an approximating curve for S-nonexpansive mappings in a Banach space and prove Browder's type strong convergence theorem for this approximating curve. The demiclosedness principle for S-nonexpansive mappings is also established.

In this paper, the new claw pole type linear stepping motor(CPLSM) is proposed. And the magnetic equivalent circuit of CPLSM is derived by the structure of the CPLSM. The design parameter and the magnetic flux density of CPLSM are performed with three-dimensional finite element method.

In this paper, we define the notion of statistical A-summability for double sequences and find its relation with A-statistical convergence. We apply our new method of summability to prove a Korovkin-type approximation theorem for a function of two variables. Furthermore, through an example, it is shown that our theorem is stronger than classical and statistical cases.

The Paley-type inequalities for the complete convergence and lower and upper bounds in the Baum-Katz law of large numbers for i.i.d. random variables sequence are obtained. The results obtained generalize the result of Pruss [8].

In this paper, we introduced a new extended extragradient iteration algorithm for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of equilibrium problems for a monotone and Lipschitz-type continuous mapping. And we show that the iterative sequences generated by this algorithm converge strongly to the common element in a real Hilbert space.

We investigate the rate of convergence of the distribution of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of an unknown parameter in the drift coefficient of a stochastic process described by a linear stochastic differential equation driven by a fractional Brownian motion (fBm). As a special case, we obtain the rate of convergence for the case of the fractional Ornstein- Uhlenbeck type process studied recently by Kleptsyna and Le Breton (2002).
