In this work, we suggest a new system of generalized nonlinear regularized nonconvex variational inequalities in a real Hilbert space and establish an equivalence relation between this system and fixed point problems. By using the equivalence relation we suggest a new perturbed projection iterative algorithms with mixed errors for finding a solution set of system of generalized nonlinear regularized nonconvex variational inequalities.

The purpose of the present is to investigate the relation of organizational cynicism to organizational justice and organizational commitment. Questionnaire data were collected from 185 employees. To test the hypotheses, structural equation model was employed. The model showed adequate fit to the data. Results showed that organizational justice(distributive justice and procedural justice) were negatively related to organizational cynicism. Also, results supported the hypothesized relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational commitment(affective and continuance commitment). Organizational cynicism negatively affected organizational commitment. Implications are discussed and future research directions are outlined.

This study was conducted to examine the depression, study stress, adolescents' problem behavior in middle school students. A cross-sectional survey was conducted. 116 participants were selected from middle school in Y city, J area. A structured questionnaires were used as a study instrument which included general characteristics, children's depression inventory(CDI), study stress and adolescents' problem behavior. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used for analysis. the result was that grade level, relation with parents and Friends were major predictors of problem behaviors of male students in the second grade of middle school. As a result of this study, it is to suggest the necessity of guidance, education policy, and program development for the experience and formation of healthy human relationships among adolescents.

This research was psychological convergence research for job satisfaction improvement of emotional worker, and verified the effects of jobscape on psychological welfare and moderating effects of ego-resilience through the relation between jobscape and psychological welfare. Research hypothesis was verified by SPSS 20.0 program based on surveys from workers in travel agency in Seoul. As a result, jobscape that includes physical, emotional and social environment has a positive effect on psychological well-being and has a negative effect on psychological burnout. Moreover, ego-resilience plays a moderating role in relation among these factors. Based on the result, this study suggests that jobscape is an important factor in psychological welfare of the employees in tourism industry and emphasizes the importance of role of the employees' ego-resilience by revealing ego-resilience as an important moderating variable.

This study was conducted to identify the convergence relation of critical thinking disposition, problem-solving ability and college life adaptation and to find out the factors that influence college life adaptation. The survey was collected on 172 2nd and 3rd grade students majoring in dental laboratory technology from three-year colleges in Chungbuk and Jeonbuk. The analysis results showed that the critical thinking disposition was 3.50, problem-solving ability of the study subjects was 3.55 and college life adaptation was 3.27. The most influential factor in college life adaptation was critical thinking disposition followed by major satisfaction and college satisfaction in that order. In order to improve the level of college life adaptation of dental laboratory technology students, it is necessary to reform the educational environment and develop a variety of educational program to increase critical thinking, major satisfaction and college satisfaction.

The purpose of the present convergence study is to investigate the relationship among self control, fairness, and happiness. It is to determine whether fairness had a mediating role in the relationship between self control and happiness. Participants were 275 undergraduate students. Self control, fairness, and happiness scales were used. For data analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, structural equation modeling analysis were conducted. The present study used structural equation modeling to examine the relation among variables. The analyses revealed that the present data best fit the research model in which self control were directly associated with happiness and mediated by fairness(${\chi}^2(51)=91.723$, TLI=0.919 CFI=0.937 RMSEA=0.054). The results indicate that self control affect happiness directly. And also self control affect happiness indirectly by mediation of fairness. Self control had a positive effect on fairness and happiness. This suggests that it is important to have educational and psycho-social interventions to improve happiness of undergraduate students.

In this paper, we study the process of McShane delta integrals on time scales and discuss the relation between McShane delta integral and Henstock delta integral. We also prove the mono- tone convergence theorem, Fatou's Lemma and the dominated con- vergence theorems for the McShane delta integral.

In this paper, we define the notion of statistical A-summability for double sequences and find its relation with A-statistical convergence. We apply our new method of summability to prove a Korovkin-type approximation theorem for a function of two variables. Furthermore, through an example, it is shown that our theorem is stronger than classical and statistical cases.

It is useful to check static and dynamic rigidity with relation between lost motion and current of rotor. For checking error of feed in assembly tuning with machining center proposed checking algorithm is useful.

This study examines whether there is a moderating effect of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on the relation between sales, general, and administrative(SG&A) expenditures and future corporate performance. SG&A expenditures are decomposed into maintenance and investment components and the latter component is focused. Using 968 Korean firm-year observations with CSR scores in the KOSPI market for the period of 2012-2017, this study investigates the relation between SG&A investment component and future corporate performance and then the moderate effect of CSR on its relation. Main results show that the SG&A investment component increases the future corporate performance and the moderate effect of CSR on its relation is more positively explicit. This finding implies that the effect of SG&A investment component on corporate performance is differentiated according to the level of CSR.
