This study was done on the basis that IT convergence-contents can help the elderly. The effects of IT convergence-contents were analyzed on the occupational performance of the elderly. This investigation was done with 100 elderly people above 65 years of age who lived in local community and two senior welfare centers in Busan and Kyeongbuk. The 100 elderly people were split into two groups of 50: the one group who has experience with IT convergence-contents was the experiment group, and the other group with no experience was the control group. In both groups, body functions, cognitive functions, activities of daily living and community participation were tested. The experimental group had higher scores for cognitive function, and activities of daily living than that of the control group. In conclusion, future studies can support continued IT convergence-contents at the local business community level rather than with smaller samples. This work lays the groundwork for follow-up studies to evaluate the effectiveness of IT convergence-contents.

Many scholars have addressed the technological convergence of small-medium sized firms in Korea and their impact on the economic growth of nation. Nevertheless, most studies have been investigated the relationship between entrepreneurship and venture creation, and a few studies have analyzed the innovation and technological convergence of SMEs. The purpose of this research is to gain industrial insight into the technological convergence and to suggest a dynamic growth policy for entrepreneurs of SMEs to improve their convergence performance based on IT and BT. Therefore, we intend to propose solutions to these key questions in convergence such as; what are the key patterns in the process of technological convergence of SMEs on IT and BT, and what kinds of strategy do their need? In order to answer these research questions, we adopt network analysis using patent citation information. Results of network analysis revealed that building ecosystem based on government and universities is one of the most important factors for the future growth of SMEs in Korea. Also, the fit between technological convergence direction of SMEs and division of convergence structure of government and universities will be positively associated with dynamic growth of SMEs in Korea. In conclusion, this research extends the current studies on important aspects of SMEs in the technological convergence process by proposing their growth in convergence process to a newly converging context, IT and BT, and shed light on the integrative perspectives of crucial roles of SMEs on innovation performance in the IT and BT technological convergence.

최근 지속적으로 발생하는 보안위협은 기업의 비즈니스 연속성을 저해할 뿐만 아니라 사회적 국가적 차원에서도 그 심각성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 보안위협은 기업과 국가 간 경쟁력이 심화 되면서 기업의 지적 재산권 침해가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라, 기업들은 다양한 IT 컴플라이언스(compliance) 법제들에 대하여 의무적 준수와 더불어 엄격한 법적 책임을 부담하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 능동적인 IT 컴플라이언스 활용을 위해 머신러닝(machine learning) 기술을 이용한 융합보안 컴플라이언스 관리 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 IT 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시설물의 설비진단과 관련된 융합 기술의 발전이 가속화되어 가고 있으며, 설계에서 유지, 보수 단계에 이르는 모든 관련 정보를 효율적으로 처리하고 관리할 수 있는 기법에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT융합기술을 기반으로 설비 진단 및 시설물에 대한 복합정보를 효율적으로 처리하는 처리기법을 제안하고 실시간 복합정보 관리시스템을 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 특정 시설물을 대상으로 실시간 관리시스템을 설계하였으며, 결과를 분석하여 제안된 기법의 성능이 우수함을 입증하였다.

재난예방단계와 사회재난분야의 관리강화를 위해 지능정보기술(ICBMA, IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile, AI) 활용하여 상호 연계한 To-Be 재난관리시스템 제안을 고찰하고자 한다. 민간Moble, IoT등에서 생성되는 재난발생 전후시기에 재난징후의 Big Data와 분석 결과로 초지능 인프라를 구축함으로써 현재 재난관리 시스템을 고도화할 수가 있다. 재난징후의 Big Data를 AI의 지도, 비지도 강화훈련 학습으로 사용자에게 적시에 맞춤식 제공이 가능하고 장기적으로 재난대처 능력이 향상될 뿐 만 아니라 예방단계 중심의 관리 능력이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

4차 산업혁명의 핵심 IT기술인 사물인터넷은 타산업과 융합되어 사용자로부터 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. IoT 융합기술은 사용자의 편의성 증대에 따른 통신환경에 대한 커뮤니케이션 패러다임을 이끌고 있다. 하지만 빠르게 발전하는 IoT 융합기술에 대한 보안 방안 마련이 시급하다. IoT는 디지털 윤리와 개인정보보호와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있어, 타 산업에 IoT 도입에 따른 위협요소 대책안을 마련해야한다. 보안사고 발생 시 정보유출, 이미지 실추, 금적적인 손해, 인명피해 등 다양한 문제가 나타날 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 IoT기반 클라우드 융합 환경에서 안전한 접근 제어를 위한 인증서 관리기법을 제안한다. 디바이스 및 사용자 등록, 메시지 통신 프로토콜, 디바이스 갱신 및 관리 기법을 설계하였다. 공격기법 및 취약점에 따른 안전성 분석을 수행하였으며, 기존 PKI 기반 인증서 관리기법 대비 효율성 평가결과 약 32%의 감소된 수치를 확인 할 수 있었다.

정보통신기술 발전에 따라 많은 장치들간의 통신과 네트워킹의 수용이 이뤄지고 있다. 장치간의 통신을 위한 융합 사업이 빠르게 발전되어지고 있다. IT 융합 통신은 무선통신에서 차후 개척분야의 하나로 여겨지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT 융합 구조에서 M2M, 지능형 자동차, 스마트그리드, U-헬스케어에 대한 보안 위협요소를 분석하였다. 임베디드 시스템 보안, 포렌식 보안, 사용자 인증과 키관리 기법에 대한 IT 융합 보안의 방향을 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction with the overall education of current students, who are major consumers of education by department at the Health Care Convergence University, and to establish development strategies such as improving education quality and satisfaction by deriving problems and improvements. Research design, data and methodology: This study drew conclusions through secondary data analysis based on data surveyed by the Educational Performance Management Center of a university in the academic year of 2020. The target of the education consumer satisfaction survey was 470 students of the College in the academic year 2020. Frequency analysis and correlation analysis were applied to the data using the statistical package program SPSS 25 version. Results: In the major curriculum satisfaction survey, the department with the highest score was optics and optics, 4.11, and the department with the lowest score was medical IT, 3.29. Conclusions: The department with the highest correlation in the correlation analysis result of the demand survey by department was the Department of Medical Management and the Department of Medical IT, with a correlation coefficient r=0.984, and the lowest correlation in the correlation analysis result of the demand survey by department was the Department of Medical IT and Dental Hygiene, with a correlation coefficient r= -0.085.

The advent of the convergence era led to the convergence of industries while increasing the uncertainty of R&D. R&D uncertainty can be addressed by identifying and addressing industrial innovation patterns, which Neo-Schumpeterian suggested can be identified through the process of identifying the technical characteristics of a particular industry, which can be embodied in the concept of technology trajectory. Thus, this study considered and proposed a method to track the technology trajectory of the convergence industry through topic modeling and patent citation network analysis, and applied it to the micro medical robot industry, which is a representative convergence industry, to track the technology trajectory of active catheter. In particular, it is intended to identify the unique characteristics of the industry by identifying the industry before the promotion of the national-led medical robot industry support policy. Therefore, we tried to understand the innovation pattern of the industry by tracking the technology trajectory of the industry before 2017, the time of full-scale support for the medical robot industry in the United States. Through tracking technology trajectories, the role of each technology classification, the development path, and the knowledge flow between applicants were analyzed empirically. The results of this study are expected to contribute to resolving the remaining uncertainties in the process of establishing an active catheter R&D strategy, one of the leading convergence industries, and furthermore, it is expected to be available for tracking technology trajectories in other industries.

In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.
