Organizational Culture, Organizational Structure and Emotional Labor of Dental Workers Impact of Convergence on Job Satisfaction (치과종사자들의 조직문화, 조직구조 및 감정노동의 융합적 관계가 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study surveyed the convergence of organizational culture, organizational structure, emotional labor on job satisfaction of dental workers and analyzed it with SPSS WIN18.0 program to obtain statistically significant results(p<.05). Organizational culture was high men, dental hygienist, university graduates, hospitals, many workers, High income. Organization structure was high hospitals, many workers. Emotional labor was high low age and career, single, drinking. Job satisfaction was high more than 10 workers, high income. There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational structure. The regression analysis showed that Y (job satisfaction) = .907 + .106 (organizational structure). Therefore, in order to enhance job satisfaction of dental workers, it is necessary to make an effort to form a positive organizational culture by considering variables related to organizational structure.

Design of Reader Baseband Receiver Structure for Demodulating Backscattered Tag Signal in a Passive RFID Environment

  • In this paper, we present a demodulation structure suitable for a reader baseband receiver in a passive radio frequency identification (RFID) environment. In a passive RFID configuration, an undesirable DC-offset phenomenon may appear in the baseband of the reader receiver, which can severely degrade the performance of the extraction of valid information from the received tag signal. To eliminate this DC-offset phenomenon, the primary feature of the proposed demodulation structures for the received FM0 and Miller subcarrier signals is to reconstruct the signal corrupted by the DC-offset phenomenon by creating peak signals from the corrupted signal. It is shown that the proposed method can successfully detect valid data, even when the received baseband signal is distorted by the DC-offset phenomenon.

  • In this study, a method for improving the light extraction efficiency of organic light emitting diodes was presented using the polymer Poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] having an island surface structure after annealing. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) imprinted on the island-structured P(VDF-TrFE) surface has a spike structure, which improves the external light extraction efficiency aroud 20%. It was confirmed that the produced film showed a low haze characteristic of 8.2, and the Current and external quantum efficiency could be improved without pixel blur due to the excellent transmittance of 93.4%.

  • We present the optimization of a birefringence-enhanced-waveguide (BWG)-based polarization beam splitter (PBS) in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) configuration and analyze the structure-dependent or polarization-dependent phase difference, using a delay-line MZI (DL-MZI). We fabricate the DL-MZI using silica-based planar lightwave circuit technology and, using the DL-MZI, demonstrate the ability to optimize a PBS by measuring the birefringence of the BWG and structure-dependent phase offset.

  • This letter presents the design of a small and low-profile RFID tag antenna in the UHF band that can be mounted on metallic objects. The designed tag antenna, which uses a ceramic material as a substrate, consists of a radiating patch and a microstrip line with two shorting pins for a proximity-coupled feeding structure. Using this structure, impedance matching can be simply obtained between the antenna and tag chip without a matching network. The fractional impedance bandwidth for $S_{11}$ <3 dB and radiation efficiency are about 1.4% and 56% at 911 MHz, respectively. The read range is approximately from 5 m to 6 m when the tag antenna is mounted on a metallic surface.

  • This paper proposes an image classification algorithm that transforms the number of convolution layers in the residual block of ResNet, CNN's representative method. The proposed method modified the structure of 34/50 layer of ResNet structure. First, we analyzed the performance of small and many convolution layers for the structure consisting of only shortcut and 3 × 3 convolution layers for 34 and 50 layers. And then the performance was analyzed in the case of small and many cases of convolutional layers for the bottleneck structure of 50 layers. By applying the results, the best classification method in the residual block was applied to construct a 34-layer simple structure and a 50-layer bottleneck image classification model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed image classification model, the results were analyzed by applying to the cifar10 dataset. The proposed 34-layer simple structure and 50-layer bottleneck showed improved performance over the ResNet-110 and Densnet-40 models.

  • Today, the convergence of fashion design and digital technology has become a popular method and accordingly been tried variously in the fashion area. This study aimed to analyze the character of the collaboration with fashion and technology, and the meaning of technology as emotional expression methods. Selected designer's collections, literature and other related studies were reviewed in order to analyze the generative structure of the meaning and the binary-opposition in the convergence of body, fashion design and technology. Literatures and selected designer's collections were reviewed and quantitatively studies were performed to classify the convergence of human bodies, fashion design and technology through Greimas Semiotics rectangle based on binary-opposition of meaning and isotophy analysis. The research presents three types of fashion technology methods: mechanical movement, light/digital media, and virtual image. The convergence of fashion and technology was classified as the direct convergence and the indirect convergence. The direct convergence was characterized by variability and has automatic, independent movement, but the indirect convergence was shown closed and to have contradistinctive images.

  • In this paper, we define that a fuzzy convergence approach limit and a fuzzy approach Chuchy structure on X. And we investigate the relations between the category CAP and the category FCAP. And we show that the categories $FCAP_{RC}$ and $uFACHY_{cpl}$ are isomorphic.
