Video platforms, including YouTube, have a structure in which the number of video views is directly related to the publisher's profits. Therefore, video publishers induce viewers by using provocative titles and thumbnails to garner more views. The conventional technique used to limit such harmful videos has low detection accuracy and relies on follow-up measures based on user reports. To address these problems, this study proposes a technique to improve the accuracy of filtering harmful media using thumbnails, titles, and audio data from videos. This study analyzed these three pieces of multimodal information; if the number of harmful determinations was greater than the set threshold, the video was deemed to be harmful, and its upload was restricted. The experimental results showed that the proposed multimodal information extraction technique used for harmfulvideo filtering achieved a 9% better performance than YouTube's Restricted Mode with regard to detection accuracy and a 41% better performance than the YouTube automation system.

To improve the performance of DRAM, it is essential to reduce sensing failures caused by mismatch in SA. Unlike flip failures, delay failures can be degraded, especially when high-speed operation is required, making it a critical consideration in the design of next-generation memory. While conventional SA operates with all transistors starting amplification simultaneously, SDSA selectively activates only two transistors that output BLB, thus alleviating offset. In this paper, we validate the superior performance of SDSA in mitigating delay failures through simulations. It was confirmed that SDSA exhibits approximately a 90 % reduction in delay failures compared to conventional SA.

This study was carried out to investigate the feasibility of the used frying oil as a bin-oil which was one of the alternative fuel for diesel engine. From tests of engine performance, it was shown that the bio-oil and blends and the sufficient potential as alternative fuels of diesel engine except NOx and Smoke emission.

This study was carried out to investigate blowing performance for blowing type in space heater. This paper present that power requirement, static pressure, total pressure and static pressure efficiency were increased in proportion to air flow rate. And in the Korean space heater, side ward blowing type was effected than downward blowing type.

The Maximum Likelihood Sequence Estimation scheme is modified to improve the error performance of the correlative coding in the Tamed FM. To remove intersymbol interference, the Decision Feedback Equalization scheme with the delayed LMS algorithm and the Viterbi algorithm(10-symbol delay) in the delayed adaptive equalization are proposed for the performance of decision-directed adaptive equalization under the High Frequency channels, and the condition of convergence is analyzed.

In this paper, a DLC method is suggested for linear feedback systems to improve the tracking performance when the task of the system is repetitive. DLC can generate the desired control input directly from the previously teamed control inputs corresponding to other output trajectories. It is assumed that all outputs considered in this paper have some relations called "proportionality. " To show the validity and tracking performance of the proposed method, some simulation are performed for the tracking control of a linear system with a PI controller.

These days a great mix of traditional and digital contents such as movie, broadcasting, advertisement, e-books, music, game, animation, cartoon, character, knowledge information, and art performance are widely available. Many more are yet to come, with improved quality and added features. It is expected that all these contents will be evolved into a new breed of convergence content through the process of consolidation, expansion, integration, and recreation. Across the digital ecosystem, a new formula is being added to the industrial structure : 'Information/Content-Platform/Device-Goods/Service.' In the near future, as a result of technological innovation and convergence, the business sector will lose its boundaries as well, as businesses will be forced to look beyond the product itself and focus more on multi-functionality. Especially, in the era of creative economy, more policies need to be crafted in order to procure a new growth engine for the future with the agenda for convergence between humanities and technology. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the concept, factors, elements, types, and cases of convergence, which are the essence of content convergence. This analysis, with its focus on the convergence process, will help identify the effects and limits of content convergence as well as the prospects for convergence contents in the smart ecosystem under the creative economic system.

Information technology (IT) convergence have been recognized one of the key drivers in the industry perspective. Especially, IT convergence have been one of the most important innovative way for defense sector. Korea government established IT convergence policy in 2008 and have been applying it to the core industry such as automotive, shipbuilding and defense industries. Recently, the creative vitamin project has been launched. Vitamin 'D' means the way to create the value of defense industry. This research analyzes and evaluates various IT convergence business models based on an operation of defense IT convergence center from 2011 to 2014, which is the industry IT convergence centers. Defense IT convergence business models can be classified into four types of mission area as follows : weapon acquisition and management, military intelligence, military power construction, and resources management. We define the concept of defense IT convergence and describe the framework and processes for applying IT to the defense sector. We analyzes and evaluates various business models designed through defense IT convergence framework and processes.

This study evaluates the convergence radiation protection performance by measuring the PSNR(peak signal-to-noise ratio) values of the image J in the image evaluation program based on increased relative to this exposure of radiation workers.The aim of this study was to evaluate radiation protection performance of apron for design of it's basic information. Method was used to PSNR of Image J program and good condition apron was more than 27dB, the PSNR value of poor condition apron appeared to be less than 24dB. The result is the normality were satisfied distribution and T-test values were statistically significant with p<0.001. Results of evaluation of the performance protective apron through the more easily accessible experimental conditions and methods in the clinical was confirmed distinctly different. in order to reduce the radiation exposure we need to evaluate convergence protection performance and to be having a good performance apron.

This study applied a home therapy convergence program to patients who had undergone mastectomy and examined its effects on their arm functions, occupational performance, quality of life, and depression. The number of subjects was 20. The subjects were those who visited an occupational therapy room as outpatients and received the intervention twice per week, forty minutes per each time, for 12 weeks. In order to look at their arm functions before and after the intervention, K-DASH was employed and their edema was measured with a tape line. In order to examine their occupational performance, quality of life, and depression before and after the intervention, COPM, FACT-B, and BDI, respectively, were utilized. After the intervention, their arm functions significantly increased, but their edema did not significantly decrease, their occupational performance and quality of life significantly improved, and their depression was significantly reduced. Thus, a home education convergence program positively affected mastectomy patients' arm functions, occupational performance, quality of life, and depression.
