Global commerce is apparently here to bind Korean firms as well as Koreans. The advertising, buying and selling of goods and services recognizes no borders. As a result, enforcing territorially based trademark rights has become ever more challenging. Remote trademark owners who peacefully coexisted in a time before the internet and increasing globalism are now bumping heads. The internet also has made it easier for unscrupulous operators to deceive consumers and divert customers from established businesses by misappropriating trademarks on web-sites and in domain names. U.S. federal courts have been willing to help American businesses halt trademark infringements that reaches outside the United States. This is particularly true for e-business, via the internet, and the trend toward enforcement seems to be in favor of the trademark owner. This article discusses this trend as well as the extraterritorial enforcement of trademark rights by U.S. courts under the Lanham Act. It also offers suggestions for protecting valuable trademark rights worldwide. This paper will contribute to global Korean firms and Koreans who carefully read arguments in this valuable literature.

Researches on U-Healthcare service integrating medical information and IT technologies are actively conducted. U-Healthcare service is the next generation's medical paradigm that ensures conveniences to many users so that the society recognizes the importance and attempts for commercialization through various business model are performed. To form such U-Healthcare service market safely, various policies on the social structure should be established through the standard and the medical law to systemize of the medical information led by the governmen. Especially, the government's security policy to ensure the safety for the government leading visualization of U-Healthcare should be firmly established. Firstly, this paper presents U-healthcare Service and policy guideline. Secondly, it analyzes security threatening factors for the safe U-Healthcare service. By classifying the analyzed security threatening factors based on three major elements of the security, Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of security policy for each element is proposed.

Insurance has been preferential treatment than other financial products for risk ensure as a original function in tax law. However, the recent insurance products is being released in a variety of ways combined with investment and savings, as well as risk ensure. In addition, as the insurer's sales approach including to tax avoidance, tax saving strategies, tax policy associated with the tax-free savings-type insurance has been criticized. The government amended Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act 2013 in order to prevent tax avoidance and equity among other financial instruments, but there are still many problems exist. this study looks for the validity of the tax policies of savings-type insurance In terms of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act as amended in 2013, and derived for ways to improve.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of external-social and cultural factors on the perception of corruption in the public society through the Structural Equation Model(SEM) and to seek ways to reduce corruption in the public society. Currently the level of corruption in public sectors that people think is still large, and it is necessary to continuously reduce corruption in public sectors in order to improve national competitiveness. Since one society is a part of a country in system theory and social network theory, public society needs quantitative research in order to find the causes of corruption and solve them. The model was built and the variables were defined in SEM based on 600 questionnaires. As a result of analysis, corruption in public offices has decreased since the implementation of the solicitation and graft law, and socio-cultural factors have had a direct impact on corruption in public offices. The further research area is to seek detailed ways for transforming the education and awareness of civil society across the country in addition to the efforts of the public officials themselves in order to reduce corruption in public offices.

The game industry has a very important position. However, a problem with the game rating and legal issues so called "Internet Game Shutdown System" is with significant impact. So, this study looking for many information on this issue, over the course of the study of solutions was looking for a way to contribute to the game industry. This paper provides the emerging flow of new communication technology using ubiquitous learning (u-Learning). In the intelligent Ubiquitous environment, humans and devices with computing abilities become interoperable. u-Learning will lead students to open their minds to the world and motivate self-learning, which may lead them to learn and communicate more efficiently, and save time, cost and energy. Through case research, regarding education, learning attitude, custom and, personal relations, one must solve the fundamental issues of misuse and outflow problems regarding personal information that will be widely collected in detail than the present condition, and in order for this not to happen, further support of the law and system, plus ethical perspectives must be considered in order to progress.

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the effects of job characteristics on job characteristics on job satisfaction and life satisfaction and the moderating role of social support among the Senior Job Replacement Project participants. For the purpose of this study, "Senior Job Replacement Project Participants" data collected by the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged were used and analyzed employing hierarchical regression analysis technique. This study found that four out of five job characteristics variables(job requirements, working environment, education program and service environment) had significant positive effects on participants' job satisfaction, whereas pay did not; that job satisfaction made a positive contribution to the enhancement of participants' life satisfaction; and that two social support variables(children support and outside support) did not play a moderating role in the relationships between job characteristics and participants' job satisfaction and between job satisfaction and life satisfaction among participants.

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the factors and strategies to revitalize the policies of elderly-friendly care industry. The analysis was carried out using the method called DEMATEL. The analytical method is based on the DEMATEL technique. The purpose of this study is to clarify the complexity and unclear relationship between activation factors and factors that constitute the elderly friendly-care industry through the prioritization of policy strengthening. As the result of analysis, it was analyzed that the most intensive activation intensity was the highest total strength of meal service(22.095). Followed by health promotion facilities(19.97) and health care(17.726). The lowest factor is sport(15.896). Therefore, in order to improve and promote these factors, continuous policy measures should be sought that are closely related to facility care services, home care services, and preventive support services.

This study examined the effects of CSR characteristics on company image, CSV, customer satisfaction, customer citizenship behavior for customers using mobile phones of Samsung, LG, Apple, and Pantech in domestic market. 213 questionnaire samples are used to test 10 hypotheses using structural equation model with AMOS. Results of testing are as follows: First, economic responsibilities, law-ethical responsibilities and philanthropic responsibilities factors of CSR influence positively to company image. Second, economic responsibilities does not influence to CSV. Third, company image influence positively to customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior, but CSV does not influence to customer satisfaction This study shows that CSR, company image, CSV are important for customers' increasing customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior. Implications and limitations of this study also suggested.
