이 연구는 기업의 사회적책임(CSR)활동과 재무성과간의 관계에서 경영혁신의 매개효과를 분석함으로써 지속가능 경영을 위한 CSR활동의 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구가설 검증을 위하여 국내 제조기업 종사자 517명의 설문결과를 확보하고, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, CSR활동은 경영혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내었다. 둘째, 경영혁신과 재무성과는 긍정적인 관계를 보였다. 셋째, CSR활동과 재무성과간에 경영혁신의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 CSR활동과 경영혁신의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 부분적인 조절효과만을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과를 통하여 제조기업의 사회적책임활동에 대한 방향성을 제시하였으며, 향후 다양한 매개변인에 대한 추가 분석을 통하여 CSR활동과 재무성과간의 체계적인 이론을 정립할 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동과 소비자 의사결정의 관계를 분석하는 것에 있다. 본 연구는 미용기업을 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 한 설문지 355부의 자료를 SPSS v.18.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 친환경 경영활동의 속성은 에너지 절약, 지역사회공헌, 친환경 서비스 3개의 요인으로 구분 되었고 소비자의사결정의 속성인 구매의도, 구매평가, 재구매 3개의 요인에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 소비자 의사결정에 있어서 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동이 기업의 성공적인 마케팅 전략에 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동을 유형화하여 연구한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동에 친환경제품사용, 친환경정보의 제공, 친환경적인서비스를 마케팅 요소로 활용한다면 성공적인 마케팅 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문의 연구목적은 대학생의 자기생활관리, 자기효능감 및 건강증진행위의 실태를 파악하고 이들 간의 상간관계를 확인하여 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법은 K 대학교 대학생 225명을 대상으로 2014년 8월 22일부터 8월 26일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 연구도구로 정호순[24]의 자기생활관리와 자기효능감, 최정미[29]의 건강증진행위를 사용하였다. 분석결과 일반적 특성에 따른 건강증진행위는 학과, 거주 형태, 주어진 시간에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 건강증진행위는 자기생활관리의 하위변수인 건강관리, 생활습관관리, 학업관리 및 대인관계관리에서 중간정도의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또 자기효능감도 중간정도의 상관관계가 있었다. 자기생활관리가 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 관련요인으로 설명력은 64.0%로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 건강증진 행위를 향상시키기 위해서는 자기생활관리와 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 요구되며, 건강증진 프로그램개발이 필요하다고 본다.

본 연구의 목적은 융복합 시대에서 지속가능경영활동(사회적 활동, 경제적 활동, 환경적 활동)과 혁신성(관리혁신, 기술혁신)간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다양한 영역에서 시행된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 지속가능 경영활동과 혁신성간의 관계에 대한 모형을 구성하고 기업에 근무하는 종업원들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구모형의 검정은 기술적 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계적 기법을 활용하여 실시되었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 지속가능경영활동의 세 가지 측면 모두 혁신성에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 지속가능경영활동의 각 활동들이 적절하게 수행된다면 혁신성을 창출할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 실행적인 측면에서 기업의 혁신성을 증대시키기 위해서는 기업 구성원들이 지속가능경영활동을 잘 이해할 수 있는 교육이나 실행전략이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 기업은 지속가능경영활동과 혁신성의 적절한 조화를 이루어 수행해 나감에 따라 지속가능한 기업이 될 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we propose the AI certification standardization activities for systematic research and planning for the standardization of trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI). The activities will be in two-fold. In the stage 1, we investigate the scope and possibility of standardization through AI reliability technology research targeting international standards organizations. And we establish the AI reliability technology standard and AI reliability verification for the feasibility of the AI reliability technology/certification standards. In the stage 2, based on the standard technical specifications established in the previous stage, we establish AI reliability certification program for verification of products, systems and services. Along with the establishment of the AI reliability certification system, a global InterOp (Interoperability test) event, an AI reliability certification international standard meetings and seminars are to be held for the spread of AI reliability certification. Finally, TAIPP (Trustworthy AI Partnership Project) will be established through the participation of relevant standards organizations and industries to overall maintain and develop standards and certification programs to ensure the governance of AI reliability certification standards.

Children of three-to-eighteen-years-old have been brought up in the institution (Orphanage) for several reasons such as family dissolution, divorce and poverty since the Korean Was of 1950. The Cottage, where these children are housed and brought up has dining room, library and bedrooms, plays as a significant social interaction place as well as study. Since the most facilities were built during the 1950-1960s period, most of the cottages are now in the condition of being rebuilt or remodelled. Because living space and studying space are mixed, it will be necessary to provide another studying space separated from living space. And then it will be also necessary to provide a space for play or rest between the two spaces. This study was conducted to obtain some basic data necessary for design of spaces in the orphanages by examining the relations between the studying activities of children and residence types.

Psychological aspects of children are being observed distracted and differentiated to some degree according to the sizes of bedroom floor spaces ranging from 2.3 square meters to 9.0 square meters per child. Since the most facilities were built during the 1950-1960s period, most of the cottages are now in the condition of being rebuilt or remodelled. This study was conducted to obtain some basic data necessary for design of spaces in the orphanages by examining the relations between the meal and sleeping activities of children and residence types.

In this paper, we conduct a study on the design that can secure the safety of the EPLA system by performing safety activities based on the ISO 26262 standard for vehicle functional safety. In the case of a company developing a detailed system, it is responsible for verification through hardware design and safety analysis in the overall flow of safety activities, and safety analysis according to the ASIL safety level must be properly performed. At this time, there are cases where the safety goal quantitative metric value suggested by the ISO 26262 standard cannot be satisfied only by the hardware design of the basic function, so it is necessary to design and install the safety mechanism. Based on ISO 26262 safety activities, it is possible to derive an effective design plan through hardware safety analysis.

본 연구의 목적은 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 사례를 분석하여 향후 관련활동이 더욱 효과적으로 지속될 수 있도록 하는 방향을 제시하는 데에 있다. 연구방법으로는 선행연구와 개별기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 사례(사보, 공개정보, 담당자와의 면담 등)를 통하여 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 도출된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동은 교육, 사업, 의료 보건, 환경보호, 문화 예술, 기부 등 매우 다양하게 수행되고 있다. 둘째, 기업의 사회공헌활동 및 다양성은 기업규모와 연관성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 사회적 기업과 전문기관과의 협업을 통해 사회공헌활동의 효과가 배가될 수 있다. 넷째, 사회공헌활동에 대한 전략적 접근과 체계적인 홍보, CEO의 책임의식 등이 관련활동에 주요 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동이 보다 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있겠다. 아울러, 향후 국내 외 화장품기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 비교분석의 필요성도 제기된다.

본 연구의 목적은 CIPP 모형을 활용하여 대학 융복합 교육과정의 효과성을 분석하는 것이다. K대학의 융복합 교육에 참여한 교수와 학생을 대상으로 조사한 758개의 데이터로 집단 특성에 따른 차이 분석과 성과인식과 교과만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 먼저, 수업활동(CA)이 가장 높았고(M=3.85), 교과이수설계(CD)가 가장 낮았으며(M=3.35), 집단의 특성에 따라 교과목표와 교과내용, 수업활동에 유의미한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 융복합 교육 과정의 성과인식과 교과만족도에 미치는 영향 요인으로는 요구반영과 교과이수설계, 학습자활동, 성과인식, 교과만족도로 나타났다. 결론적으로 기획단계에서부터 교수와 학생의 요구를 반영하여 설계하고, 참신한 내용과 적극적인 교수학습활동으로 만족도와 성과인식을 높여야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 융복합 교육과정의 질적 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
